Covid is the highest it’s been. Our hospitals are full, medical staff run down. I was refused service for wearing a mask ???? and was told Dr. Mary would not wear one. None of the team wore masks or seem to care. Neither did the clients. This seems insane to me when our medical systems are over run. I emailed the doctor and called and communicated it was important to me, to be protected. Then after waiting an hour in there spot was refused service for being a mask wearer. Real intelligence. Highly unprofessional.

Dr. Cody and Dr. Scott are the best. The standard of care is excellent, prices are fair, and everyone who works there is very kind. Just one example of their magic: my young cat had what turned out to be an idiopathic liver infection, and wouldn't be here today if Ranch Acres hadn't diagnosed it quickly and treated her so well. Thank you guys! <3

Dr Scott is the absolute best. I’ve taken my animals there for years. When I was having an issue with my cat that could have ended in rehoming, she followed up after my appointment with me via phone for over 30 minutes to work out issues and solutions. Now he’s like a whole new cat! Just confirmed why I’ve stayed with them all these years.

Never had a bad experience here. Lowest price we've found around town and we've taken two cats and a dog here. From the receptionist to the vets in the back, everyone is always so pleasant and caring. This place generally had a great feel to it as soon as you walk through the door. Thanks for taking such good care of us and our pet family ❤

Unless you want to be gaslit and disrespected, STEER CLEAR. I have never received such horrible customer service. Per COVID-19 protocol, I got in line at my appointment time and called to let the office know I had arrived. After waiting on hold for 6 minutes, my call was disconnected so I immediately called back and continued to wait my turn. Fifteen minutes after my initial call and appointment time, I finally spoke to a staff member and learned that the vet had already left for the day. This is frustrating as I was on time for my appointment, but the real shock is how I was treated by a staff member named Al. When I let him know I was confused why the vet had left when I was in line and had been on hold two times, he told me I was lying (“you’ve actually been on hold for 5 minutes”) and proceeded to tell me there is no way we could have been disconnected because “[he] doesn’t hang up on clients”. I offered to show him the call log and his attitude remained completely unnecessary, hostile, and defensive. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way that I was spoken to lacked dignity and was frankly gross. Really disappointed to be writing this because historically the staff has been wonderful. However, if this is how Al speaks to clients directly, how does he treat the animals in the office when their owner’s are not around. Take your money and your pets elsewhere!

I have been using this vet clinic for about 15 years and love them! All of the employees and Vets are so caring and just wonderful to me and my pets. Al is the newest member of the team that I've had contact with and he is GREAT! He is so friendly, caring and always accommodating. I pray he continues to be there for a long time! He is a great addition to an already fantastic vet clinic and I'm so thankful for him!

The Vets, and staff are wonderful caring people. All are respectful and know how to give the care for person and pet. Except for Marty Allen. A well known felon, who still engages in the things that put her in prison. I would not take any pet of mine anywhere near this woman. Her actions should not reflect badly on the veterinary clinic itself. But background checks should be done.

I read the reviews prior to scheduling an appointment and we NEVER truly believe the negative reviews we see. As we all know it is more common for one to leave a terrible negative review on a place because they’re MISERABLE or think they are PRIVILEGED! We go based of the vibe and focus on the facts, the good. So recently, we brought our cat and new puppy in and I would just like to mention how AMAZING this place is!!!! Such a small clinic but it has a great reputation! From the front desk to the doctors, they work like a well oiled machine. Truly amazing how busy and crazy this place gets with business and everyone seems to get it all down on point! We felt so welcomed, we felt confident in knowing this place would be our next home vet because of the way they all work together and how their staff manages their line/payments. VERY COOL!!! As we all know, we are in these pandemic times, there are so many businesses with different protocols/policies in place for a reason. Many people may not agreed with it but that’s too bad, go somewhere else if you don’t agree. With that being said, I found out they ONLY have TWO phone lines which is unfortunate but they seem to be making due, there was a very long line around the building but it seemed to have moved very fast. Al, the man at the front desk was SUCH A GEM!!! The best customer service I had ever experienced, I felt so bad he was running around outside taking payments, taking pets inside and even bring a few outside. There payment system is so neat!!! I saw him taking payments from multiple cars and then before I knew it, this line shrunk! I followed instruction given prior to this appointment was made & we were next in line. I finished my paperwork and they were ready to see me shortly after. Things are very different these days and the sooner EVERYONE realizes this, the better it will make the experience not only for yourself but for the staff where ever you go! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! The doctor was so knowledgeable and sweet, pricing is beyond fair! 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!!

This is a great place to take your pet, they have a very straight up approach and very reasonable prices they go above and beyond the Call of Duty. Thank you Pam for getting the doctor's attention mumba is doing much better. Dr. Scott you have a great team thank you very much.

Ranch Acres Veterinarian's truly, truly, care about the animals they treat! It's not just a business! Each doctor is exceedingly professional & dedicated, & genuinely concerned about each animal that comes in the door!! The staff are professional and treat each of the with genuine love & concern the babies with whom they are entrusted. Everyone, Dr's & staff, are just as connected to the pet's owners! They know & treat each pet & "parent" like family & they LISTEN!!

The place smelled they were very unprofessional I brought in a puppy because I think he has kennel cough they were just letting the puppy lick and they were just petting the puppy and they were going to let the puppy walk all over the floors so unprofessional so not where I would take my dog.

I love Ranch Acres Vet! Al, at the front desk, is literally the best. He’s hilarious and he is so loving with our fur babies. ???? The vets are great & treat our dogs with kindness and love. Ranch Acres is so accommodating and has very reasonable prices. They’re a hidden gem that I would recommend to anyone.

I do not take my dogs to Ranch Acres, but last night my dog got out of the backyard while I was gone, and my other dog had chewed off his collar so he did not have his tags on. After two hours of crying and frantically searching for him, I posted him on PawBoost. Within 10 minutes multiple people from Ranch Acres had commented saying they had my sweet Leo safe and sound! A good Samaritan had picked him up and taken him there to see if he was chipped. As they were closed by the time I found out he was there, he stayed the night and I picked him up first thing the next morning. They took wonderful care of him, and even though I INSISTED on paying them for a night of boarding, they refused to charge me a thing :) Thank you so much for taking care of my sweet boy, Ranch Acres! <3

Absolutely terrible. I took my cat up there cause he was throwing up out of no where and had diarrhea and they told me they had to keep him overnight. I called the next day around noon to check on him and they told me that they had no idea what was going on and I needed to wait for the next shift to get there. Do not trust these people to know what they’re doing.

I was referred here after checking another vet that didn't have any openings for a bit. I figured why not check them out. I have a newly diagnosed diabetic cat which mean I'd be going to the vet VERY often. They are very cost effective. The same test and work they did costed me about $50 to $100 more back at my old vet. After taking her in for a routine checkup and finding out my little kitty has a sinus infection she ended up not feeling well. She ended up throwing up blood due to Ulcers in her esophagus and later to find out acid reflux. The vet told me about my options and always tried to find the cheapest but also the most effective treatment options. She seemed to truly care about my little girl and wanted to honestly find the root of why she isn't feeling better. We did have to get special testing done that was sent out to Texas A&M, but it truly wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be. My little girls Diabetes is still not under control, but the vet is trying her hardest to figure out what insulin and amount works the best for her. Whenever I have to drop her off for her blood glucose curve I know she is in good hands! I truly recommend them. Lastly, they are very busy and you sometimes have to wait, but it is truly worth it! They are amazing and want the best for your animal!

I’ve been bringing both of my dogs here for a few years now. The prices they charge are extremely reasonable. Both my dogs have had surgeries here and did wonderfully. I moved further out of town recently, but will continue to drive a little further to come here!
