I can say that each time I've gone to Heritage my bill has gotten more and more expensive (no exaggeration), which I thought was normal and I've taken my dog here for almost 2 years now. I can also say that I have never once received an explanation/information(besides the pamphlet they give for heartworm information) from the vet for certain vaccines and exams. They are the experts so I never questioned, and during early covid they probably didn't want to stand outside my car to explain it all before taking my dog inside to get treated. More recently, I was charged for heartworm test and fecal float exam without being aware or informed before the tests were done (and these tests are not required, but recommended). Unfortunately, the only response was an apology for the unexpected charge and that it is included in the package, of which I did not request. I would hope that this was not an attempt to take advantage and collect extra money. I think the customer service can be better and properly informing customers of all tests being performed, prior to administering them, would be of great service to customers.

That will continue to found a stray when they were very helpful. She is now a member of our family and they are our new vet

Visited from out of town to get an Adequin injection for my dog. Staff was friendly. Felt price gouged big time.

I cannot express how thankful I am for Heritage veterinary Hospital. Sadie is an elder bulldog requiring lots of love and attention, not to mention multiple medications. She will be 13 summer of 2021. The staff at Heritage have shown compassion, patience and understanding in my times of stress, sometimes even in tears when I call. I highly recommend Heritage veterinary Hospital.

Friendly staff they will take good care of your fur babies

We took our beagle here to see about acl surgery on his knee. Dr. Landers was very professional and confident. He said our dog definitely needed the surgery but explained an alternative called Platelet Rich Plasma therapy. The down time and crate rest is similar to the surgery. It's about 2/3 of the cost as conventional surgery. We decided to try the PRP therapy. The results have been very positive. Our dog appears to be completely healed of his injury and is doing well. You MUST follow his instructions or you will waste your time and money. We were very pleased with the staff and care we received. Highly recommended!

I love this place. I board my german shepherd for weeks at a time here while I travel. She is a Houdini dog and gets special crating for this purpose. Everything is quick, easy, and reasonable.

Dr. Landers and his staff are wonderful. Their care and compassion when they had to help us send our sweet Buddy to the Rainbow Bridge was above and beyond. They love animals and it shows!

We adopted our dog from here over 7 years ago and the staff still love and dote on him when we drop him off for boarding or shots. Staff is always friendly and they are reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Heritage has been amazing to us! We brought in our old gal Dolly in for some sensitive symptoms. They had her in had the blood work done, and in the midst of all of this kept us informed. Dr. Bradley as well as all of the techs seemed very compassionate. The price was more than fair, again very compassionate people and, all in all Dolly is at home recovering and happier by the hour. Thank you guys so much! 10/10 would recommend every single time!

Great staff. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you have all the information you need to keep your pet as healthy as possible.

There are no words to express how grateful we are to Dr Zink and staff. Dr Zink has always treated our dog but this week she saved our cat and she was able to do so within our financial means. She and the staff were all so kind as we were making serious decisions about saving our cat. We will not take our animals anywhere but Heritage from now on.
