I cannot say enough good things about each and every visit that we have had here at Hunters Glen with our "girls". As I write this, I'm trying to find the correct words to convey the warmth and compassion that is standard protocol each time you bring your pet in. I have an allergy dog that they mail monthly prescriptions to, and a dog with a liver issue that is doing beautifully thanks to the care that she receives here. I have an older girl with digestive issues that is living a very good life right now thanks to Dr. Carley suggesting a weekly supplemental injection. These people are warm and compassionate and they treat the pet parents as well as the pets. We just feel so blessed that we found Dr. Carley and his crew. The negative reviews that you might find here are ridiculous and so false, so please pay them no mind. We happily drive from Owasso to take our babies to Dr. Carley. How many people do you know that gets a toll tag to go to the vet?

Dr. Carley has the perfect combination of expertise, experience and compassion. He always does an amazing job providing care for our dog. He even helped her make it through a life-threatening situation when she was very young. The entire team does a phenomenal job of taking care of the animals while also treating their owners with kindness and respect. They all truly care about their patients and their "humans". It's refreshing to see a team work so well together! I highly recommend Dr. Carley and his team at Hunters Glen Veterinary Hospital!

I called this clinic to make an appointment for a second opinion and the receptionist was incredibly rude. After speaking with her I told her never mind but thank you and she literally laughed and hung up the phone. Good luck getting business with someone so rude answering your phones.

They saw us on short notice and were thorough and informative. We were presented with multiple options for care in a difficult situation. The staff were professional.

No helpful to low income pet owners

t's not very often where you walk into a business and everybody is doing a good job besides the owner/vet. All the girls there were very nice but Dr.Carley was awful. I've only met a few people so rude in my life. Very poor representation of that business. I understand everyone has a bad day but being rude as a busniness owner is SO UNACCEPTABLE. You've lost mine as well as my family, and friends business. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Hope this review helps bring some light to your attitude.

It has a great loving and caring staff that informed us on Agent Scully's progress daily.

We took our family pet here during an emergency situation because it was close to our home and were turned away because they had "appointments." This was an obvious emergency and they gave us no assistance. So terrible!

Great Service. Took good care of my dog during boarding. I forgot to have them clip his nails and they did it before we left at no charge. The woman at the front desk is always polite and friendly. I use them for vet, boarding, and grooming.

I have used Hunters Glen and Dr. Carley for over 20 years. I have NEVER had anything but a pleasant experience from Dr. Carley or his staff as referenced in a previous post. No details at all regarding your complaint of rudeness. There are 2 sides to every story, It's probably best that your business moves elsewhere along with your family and friends. Good luck with that.

I just wanted to take a minute and say how much I love Hunters Glen Veterinary Hospital! We started taking our pugs there last year and I am so happy that we did. Dr. Carly and his staff are the best around! They care so much for all their patients and clients...I wish we would have found them sooner. Your care and compassion does not go unnoticed! Everyone is wonderful! They all take such great care of our babies. It's a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Dr Carley is wonderful, and so is Dr Gonzalez. Crystal and the other vet techs are always caring as well. Love these people!!

We've had pets for the past 30+ years and Hunters Glen is far and away the best practice we've ever dealt with. Not only are they medically superior, but they authentically treat us and our pets like family. Dr. Carley and his staff have never failed to be there for us in every phase of our pet's lives, including the sadness of having to say good-bye to them. His "pet-health-first" approach, rather than "revenue first", has been refreshing. He is holistically based and is not afraid to integrate alternative medicine if he feels it gives the four legged family member the best chance of thriving. We're big fans and tell everyone about how awesome they are!

When I found Hunter's Glen I had been looking for a more holistic approach for Sadie, my kitty, and her chronic digestive problems. I felt at home immediately. All of the ladies were so sweet and very knowledgible. The time I spent with Dr. Carley on our first visit was unbelievable! He took the time to get to know me and Sadie and offered solutions based on my input not just standard treatment. I love Hunter's Glen!

I love the integrity of Dr. Carley and the care and concern of everyone at Hunters Glen. Although we faced a difficult decision, I felt comfort and some relief in turning Hudson over to them. I appreciated the frequent updates during his surgery. I look forward to my family and friends going here.

We LOVE Hunters Glen! They genuinely love our dog, Rosie and we always feel confident that she’s in the best hands and receiving the best care! We go to them for everything! Our favorite Vet, Groomer and all around staff!!

I called at around 11 am for an estimate on a dog surgery and they said they would get back with me within 30 minutes, well 4 hours later, I call back and they said that they will call me back with an estimate before they close, okay....so I waited until 10 minutes before they close because nobody had gotten back with me about this, and they said oh I will get back with you first thing in the morning! Okay, first of all this is bad business, all I wanted was an estimate for something so simple, just go to AMSH because they gave me an estimate over the phone within 2 minutes!!! This place sucks if you ask me.

The staff are always so very kind to my puppy (and me). They are all very friendly and I feel very safe to leave him there. I also like the fact that Dr. Carley always takes the time to share the results/concerns over the phone himself. He also won't push any unnecessary treatments -he will explain what may benefit in the future, but if it is not truly necessary at the moment, he will not go for it. I liked the app they used previously since the current app is somewhat useless, but it doesn't affect my puppy's health so I am OK to overlook. I really like this place. Thank you so very much for all you do!

Everything is fantastic when I take my pets here. It's just the one male vet that sounds polite but is actually just getting high off his own fumes. Learn some manners, Dood.

His advice blends Western and Holistic Eastern medicine, arguably the most credible advice you could get for your pet in this part of the US.

Got a text that said happy birthday to my dog. Even had my dog's full name. Well, I haven't brought her in to Hunter's Glen in about 11 years. If I had a vet hospital, I'd probably make sure the dog is healthy before sending happy birthday texts out of the blue. You know, 11 years is a long time. She gone

The customer service is sub par. They do not take individual situations into consideration when setting policy on how to treat pets. Every animal is treated equally poor. Best just to find another vet to see.
