Although I was under quoted when I initially called in regarding ear cropping…who cares!! I’ve never had a more excellent experience at a vets office. My fur baby’s ears are PERFECTION and the staff…oh the staff ???? no words needed when your pup is excited to be there. 10/10 recommend this place!

The staff are so kind and helped us feel comfortable as we transitioned to having a diabetic pet. The vet answered all of our questions and check in with us over the phone.

Had very good experience with Dr. Gullic - she skillfully guided us through our girl's pregnancy even though we lost the puppies in the end due to unforeseen circumstances.

Our family cat was having an issue. They got us in as fast as they could and helped her out. The diagnosis and treatment was on point. Within 12 hours, our feline family member was feeling better! We know have a reliable and trustworthy vet.

We have always had great experiences when we've gone here. I was referred by my son who takes his cats there after I took my cat somewhere else and had a horrible experience. We will be going here from now on. We have since taken some rescue kittens in and they were very good about helping them even though they were pretty wild. I will be taking two of those in to get spayed and neutered and they were great about prescribing a sedative for them to help me be able to get them in for their appointments. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Exactly the kind of place you want to go to take your for babies to get excellent care. Hit the thumbs up below if this was helpful ????

Very, very bad. You’re a bad hospital. 2 months ago, my family and I took our kitten there and they said she had stomach worms. They gave her this tiny needle in her mouth and then she died a day after. The service was also very expensive. This happened again 2 weeks ago. We took one of our new kittens again there because of the same situation, and they said the same thing again and gave her medicine for the worms again. Then yesterday we came back and said she hasn’t gotten better, they told us to give her the medicine again and we woke up to her dead today this morning. Sadly, these “vets” don’t know how to heal kittens correctly. They take all the money they want, but you will never be satisfied if you take your pet there. I’m never going to this place ever again, 0/10, I would not recommend.

Great visit! My cat needed shaving but also needed some testing afterwards. She's an old cat. They told me it would take an hour, but only took 5-10 minutes. They were friendly, professional, and gave great information. I do recommend them and trust them completely with my pets.

We like all the above. But I have one question, the opening page stated there was one question, what happened?

My pit bull suffers from chronic allergies. Due to her allergies she was CONSTANTLY getting various skin and ear infections. Once we saw Dr. Pfeffer our dog saw immediate relief. The redness in her skin has disappeared and her hair has grown back. I’m so thankful for animal medical and surgical hospital for giving my girl some relief! ????????

I absolutely love the Doctor’s there, especially Dr’s V and Pfeifer (probably spelled this wrong). They are the absolute best doctors and are so good with our babies.

Dr. McClain and staff treated my Willow so well. She was a 13 year old Maltese and was not a patient for long before she crossed The Rainbow Bridge. Dr. McClain and the whole staff sent my husband and I the sweetest sympathy card that really touched our hearts. When we get a new fur baby, we will be using Animal Medical And Surgical Hospital for all of our vet, boarding, and grooming needs. Thank you, Dr. McClain and staff for being so sweet and taking good care of my baby. We will be back in the future. <3

from the front desk to the grooming department, every person treats my pet as if it were their own, Dr. Pfeffer is one in a million, I just love her, she really cares; when I had to put down two of my dogs, she sat with me and cried as hard as I did......I would tell anyone who needs a full service Vet to get to AMSH immediately!!!

We started using AMSH when we got our new puppy last year. We recently got an older dog to join our family. AMSH has provided exceptional care, seeing our puppy through her first year, and now our senior dog who has multiple medical needs. I can not give a better recommendation to this wonderful groups of vets and staff.

They are less expensive than our former vet & our difficult cat is receiving great care. They even called to let me know their flea/tick/heartworm medicine is $20 cheaper than chewy.com. They go above & beyond ????

We love everyone at AMSH. They are always courteous, professional and responsive. They love our animals as much as we do! I wouldn't trust our dogs to anyone else.

We have taken all of our animals to ASMH. We’ve had some trauma to routine checkups and immunizations with them. We love their staff, they take awesome care of the animal children, and are so welcoming. They make you feel like you, and your pets, matter.

I've gone there for my bearded dragon and each time it has been a good experience. Great customer service and the staff is always kind and helpful.

First time taking our little yorkie, we were boarding her for 4 nights, also grooming. She is current on all her shots including kennel cough. They gave her 2 shots they require, unbeknownst to us. We requested nails clipped, bathed and groomed. When we picked her up her nails had been filed with a dremmel not clipped at all. She stunk so bad we had to bathe her when we got home. She had crud still on her eyes,and very little trimmed around her face. This place is awful. I don't recommend it to anyone. A neighbor said she would have told us to stay away from there had she known we were going there. She's heard horrible reviews from them. We had to pay $61.00 for grooming that didn't happen. Shots our vet said if indeed they gave that our dog didn't need them .I usually don't post negative reviews but this time I couldn't not post. It's a terrible place.
