This was a very negative experience! I got the run around about what exactly could be wrong with my dog , spent hours there only to be talked down too when I decided it was best to leave with my pup! They are only after the money , saying what could and could not be wrong with my baby! This was a horrible experience and I will never return nor let my loved ones go there. Sorry excuse of a place !!!

Know that most people won’t take the time to write a positive review. My in-laws used this place in the past and my father-in-law recommended them profusely! Glad he did! Borderline MIRACULOUS recovery and care for my Dog Riddick who couldn’t walk at all when he came here. He’s walking and behaving almost like he did before he started presenting with any signs/symptoms - you can tell he feels better and almost like his old self. Last update I received was that he was still wobbly when getting out of his kennel but that he was good - with minimal assistance at all - after getting up and about. He’s now basically doing it all on his own with us being there to “spot” him/support him in case he starts to fall. We still have 8(+-) weeks of recovery from his IVDD surgery this past Monday evening/night, but he’s 100% better than when I brought him in. I can’t thank Dr Roca or Jaskaran Sangha enough for their professionalism, dedication, and updates! Dr Barillo was also very calming and informative when we came to pickup our boy! Apparently he closed up the incision as well - looks marvelous! Backstory: Riddick was starting to present with what I thought was vestibular ataxia - even though I didn’t think he had an ear infection of any kind. I’m not a DVM though and needed to get more info than what I could find from webMD type searching… Riddick had started acting almost drunk and it progressively got worse. We set an appointment at a local vet for Saturday 10/16/21 - our normal vet wouldn’t have been able to see him until the following Tuesday. Friday during lunch, I went to check-up on him and he couldn’t hardly walk. I decided I was going to forego an appointment and take him to an ER immediately. I took him to one in KC. They referred him to another with MRI capability. When I got there, they informed me he wouldn’t be able to have imaging until Monday and to take him home with strict cage rest and medicine. I was informed he most likely had IVDD and that it could get worse before it got better and that he didn’t necessarily need imaging/surgery. My wife and her father offered to be able to take care of him and watch over him daily in Tulsa and see if he would improve, so we met and exchanged him halfway. Sunday came and he was so bad that my wife was frantic. I came to Tulsa and we took him to Boren Monday and the level of care, urgency, treatment, and post-op has been both exemplary and unparalleled! I couldn’t be more happy! My boy is going to likely make a near full recovery! Thank you! Photos: Before - when we thought he might have some neurological deficits in his left front paw and his little “niece” keeping him company and worried about him. After - walking more and more strongly and going to the bathroom without any support other than spotting in case he starts to lose his balance… he hasn’t yet and continues to get stronger and better! Thankfully!

If you LOVE your animals please read the reviews. don't go here unless you want the ultimatum. 3000 or your dog dead. Go ANYWHERE else and your animal may have a chance. The other vets will be baffled by the incompetence of this place.

They convinced me my only options were to put my dog down or pay $2800 dollars. After getting second opinions I found out my dog could have been ok for a much more affordable price. I do NOT recommend sending you'r pets here. A lot of the staff are students, still learning, and making mistakes. I won't risk my loved ones to their mistakes again. Please don't make the same mistake I did, try to go anywhere but here.

I cannot recommend going here unless you have no other choice. Some of the staff may be considerate and understanding, but overall we had a very poor experience.

Just went to have our cat's bp checked and the staff there was friendly, regulations to our questionsand most importantly they took care of our pet.

Called them to get help with a stalled birth an they wouldn't help. This is twice for me never again will i call them.

The worst treatment, super unprofessional, didn't get to the root of the problem, and caused my mother's bulldog to go into respiratory distress. They had the time to tell my mom and our regular vet how he needed all of these other baseless surgeries though. Absolutely ridiculous!! Also, let's tell our vets not to tell your clients when they bring their bulldogs in that there is a good chance that they will die because of respiratory distress. I don't know what kind of cold unfeeling heartless vets you have on staff, but that's completely uncalled for. Our vat has ALWAYS recommended her emergencies and bigger cases come to you, she is LIVID on the poor quality treatment we received. She is now recommending Blue Pearl and we will HAPPILY go there and tell everyone to go there and how you treated our bulldog, how you couldn't follow up on his care when called numerous times. Unacceptable, especially with the amount you charge and with the amount of staff you have.

Just want to say how happy I am you were able to perform surgery on Cranberry on a moments notice. Extremely professional staff with great vets. Thanks to Dr. Roca for doing such a difficult procedure. Called to follow up on the weekend too. A special thanks to the artist that decorated her collar. It really was something special that sort of took the sting out of the traumatic experience for dad. I highly recommend this hospital. A+++++

I give the veterinarian's and vet tech's a 5 star review. some of the receptionist I rate them at a 1 stare because of their rudeness and lack of compassion and Care. Otherwise the veterinarian's are wonderful compationet people.
