I am so disappointed by this clinic. I arrived with my pet to a coughing front desk person with no mask and asked if they were vaccinated or could wear a mask. They said no we are not vaccinated here and YOU can wear a mask if you want. Clearly they don't get how that works. We will not be going back.

We were having an emergency and our long time vet couldn’t help us. Unfortunately the vet is trying to retire leaving a lot of customers hanging. Anyway, I called so many vet offices that morning to no avail until another office recommended Lyon. They honestly didn’t have any appointments either, but once they heard it might be a heart issue, they worked us in. I’m forever grateful for their caring hearts. If we lived a bit closer, I would come here full time!

They need to do a better job at communicating the PRICE before giving stuff to animals. Last year they surprised us with a $600 bill at checkout. Most likely cause 6 month of heartguard but Zero warning like “hey your bill is gonna be up their” This year we did only 1 month to avoid $600. Go to check out. Another $600 !? Give a warning, A hint, smoke signal or something On how much the bill is before you start shoving stuff up my dogs butt, it ain’t gold !

What a great Vet and staff. I would highly recommend Brad and his team to anyone whose dog hates going to the Vet as much as ours did. They really made it easy for us, even through the hardest parts of pet ownership.

This is not my usual vet, but I've had two unplanned tragedies in the last couple of months and Lyons Vet has gone above and beyond to help me. I currently have no pet , but expecting one in the next month. They will be my new vet & my sister is going to start using them as well. Thank you to the staff that has been so kind and helpful!❤

When one of my two fur babies recently had to have a surgery, Dr. Lyon took his time and was happy to answer all my questions. He was thorough and immediately identified the issue which was confirmed with X-rays. The prices are reasonable, but even more importantly the staff is excellent. They called me regularly with updates post-surgery and were clear about follow up care instructions. My fur baby has made a full recovery and has a new, special diet. Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of my girl!

We’ve been going to Dr. Lyon’s office since 2012. His staff is super friendly and always welcoming. Dr. Lyon always takes the time to answer any questions you may have, takes wonderful care of your pet(s) and is great at what he does. We have taken all of our dogs to him to have their ears cropped and he does wonderful work as well. Their ears always come out looking sharp. He is truly a master at his craft.

The team at Lyon is really good. They've handled visits for, injuries, routine care, and kitty pedicures for me. Always make it easy to come in. Very responsive. And my cat is happy and doesn't get riled up when I get out the carrier ????
