This is a great vet clinic that cares!!! We’ve saved thousands ( yes, thousands) of dollars over the past 10 years having surgeries done here versus other clinics in more populated areas. We grew up in rural Iowa so when our first dog needed an ACL repair we knew we couldn’t afford the “city” vet prices so we were willing to drive to this clinic. Since then, we’ve had two other difficult situations with our pets and they’ve been so caring and professional we couldn’t thank them enough. It’s nothing fancy, just real down to earth hardworking folks that are in the profession for all the right reasons!

I have now taken one of my dogs and my cat to be seen. My dog is a German shepherd/lab and had major anxiety. They put her on medicine to help & it has made such a difference. I had to take my cat to be seen to have stitches taken out from a surgery they didn’t perform & they took them out within 5 minutes of stepping in the door. They are always busy, but seem to get the job done!

We have had opportunity to get acquainted with Dr. Morgan Smallwood this year. She has a kind caring heart for your pets. Has been a pleasure to get to know her. Trust her because in addition to her own knowledge, she is willing to consult with others more experienced or more specialized training on questionable lab results. Highly recommend her. Plus we will never forget our treasured friend that we have 100% faith and confidence whatever he tells us- Dr, McCarver! We thank you for loving our animals.

My dog had surgery at another local vet and sent her home, told me if we have any issues to let them know. Well not even 12 hours later we were in panic mode because the procedure turned into a complete nightmare mess, we rushed my dog to the emergency vet in Springdale, where I sat ALL day into the night, to be told the surgery caused so much damage that my dogs foot died and to have her seen at our vet 1st thing in the A.M for scheduled amputation, unfortunately for me and my dog, our vet was closed Mondays. So I called Siloam Vet, told them my situation, they told me to bring her in. We get there, and the wait was long, but so worth it. We spoke with Dr. Jones, and she was just the best at explaining everything to us. She had real sympathy towards what my dog was going through and the fact that she suffered for 2 days because my vet did a surgery, let her go home that day, and was closed for 2 days where we had no other option but to take her to another vet. I regret so much putting my dog through this, but am beyond grateful Dr. Jones was put into our lives to give my dog the best care she deserved and to put mine and my husbands minds at ease a little. I recommend this place a thousand times!!!! The wait times are worth it, for getting the best care in town for.

I've taken my little dog there since I got him. They're very good with him I have no complaints about the staff.

My dog died because she needed surgery that I couldn't afford. I really wish you cared more about people and animals than you do money. If you would have worked out a payment plan with me when I told you I only make a $100 more a month than what the surgery would have cost, she would still be here. But no, my baby is gone and I'm devastated.

I've never been to the Siloam clinic but I have used southwest city branch. I gave this 5 stars to let my review be seen. My mom has been trying to make an appt for her old dog for a week. The office person has been trying to deter her from bringing in her old dog. I finally convinced my mom to walk him in. My mom's dog was having difficulty breathing, couldn't get comfortable and was getting stressed more by the minute. Had severe pus coming from eyes. They put my mom in a room and he sat there waiting for the vet. They treated a cat and a dog for fleas and allergies and my mom's dog is still in the room waiting. It's been over 30 minutes. It's bad enough when you come in that the office aid gives you a bad look but to let an animal suffer while you are flea treatment other animals is horrible. Nobody even came in to assess the dog for emergency. Sitting here listening to the office worker telling another patient that they can't see her dog because they only do appt. Emergencyies are urgent. My mom is 77 years old and can't drive to Siloam. You think they would be exception. Well it's 11:50. Finally got seen. He has a heart murmur. He may not live. Do you think maybe when my mom called a week ago that if he could of been seen it might have made a difference. We will never know because the office aid keep defering her to bring him in. So sad and unprofessional

My family has trusted out pets to SS Vet Clinic since I was a little girl. The doctors, assistants and staff are all great, helpful, friendly, and they care about your animals! Definitely recommend them for all veterinary needs-- large animals or small ones!
