Dr Dan, Dr Kate and their staff have been awesome to me and my family (pack of Chihuahuas). They've taken excellent care of my babies and have helped me thorough some tough times. They are an amazing team!

Always nice and clean better service than anywhere else in Siloam in my opinion my pup is always healthy and they care for him as their own!

I took in my puppy here very recently for his neuter procedure and some routine wellness preventatives and exams, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service that my pup, myself, and my fiancé received! My pup is a very rowdy, excitable, and nervous boy. This presents a big issue when introduced to new places and people, and I’ll admit, I was a bit embarrassed with his behavior upon meeting the staff (a big facilitating factor in getting him neutered). However, all of the technicians were so kind, patient, and welcoming with him. They spent our visit doting on him and doing their best to make him feel safe and comfortable, which I appreciate beyond words. During our initial visit, the surgical technician found that in addition to being a cryptorchid, he also had an umbilical hernia that would need to be repaired while he was under. Leaving the office, I was a bit nervous at the potential costs from the research on hernias and cryptorchids I had done. A lot of vets can charge in the thousands range for repairs. When my fiancé picked him up in the afternoon I was absolutely stunned! His hernia repair cost no more than the initial anesthesia bloodwork. The price we paid for everything he had treated and done is absolute evidence that All Creatures puts care and health as a priority over profit. For the beautiful office that they have, the amazing veterinary staff that they employ, and the services they provide at the cost, All Creatures is an absolute gem when it comes to animal clinics! Having moved to Siloam recently, I plan on making it the primary clinic for not only my pup, but my two other dogs as well. I would recommend All Creatures to anybody that has or is thinking about welcoming a furry family member into their homes.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Spiller, and All Creatures. Other than being the most affordable vet clinic in the area that I have found, Dr. Spiller is by far the most personable, friendly, and you can tell that she really cares about the animals. One of my biggest issues with other vets is that the bigger dogs always have to be picked up and put on the exam table.. Dr. Spiller has never tried to do this with either of my labs (1 is almost 9, and gets very nervous when picked up, and the other is a puppy). She always kneels, or sits on the ground and it has improved our visits to the vet and keeps my dogs comfortable. I will never go anywhere else, as long as I have the choice! She will also answer questions via email and is helpful and thorough. Both of my labs love her, as do I!

Our family absolutely love this clinic! The people are so great, caring, and love all of our babies. We cannot say enough good things about the doctors and the staff!

Every time I have brought Charles or Aries in they have been wonderful. From major wounds to simple nail clippings, I know I can always depend on ACV!

A great vet, very knowledgeable, who communicates in a frank, honest way and has a good sense of humor for animal antics. He took some time to do additional research before spaying my rabbit, and explained the risks thoroughly before I decided to have it done. She's now healed up perfectly and back to running around the house like her usual lively self. A few years later and under new ownership but I'm no less happy with this clinic. My cats are well taken care of!

Such a great staff. The vet assistants are the best! The vets are great with my pooch. She normally has high anxiety but both vets are very patient and not pushy to get you out of their practice. Hours are great also!

As always, they were kind and very helpful. I believe they genuinely care about their "patients" and respect their owners.

Dr. Spiller was very sympathetic with my girl Paris when she developed mammary cancer. She helped me with all her medications when her glands swelled up and was very informative. Dr. Ahnen performed her surgery and kept in contact with me when she was having a tough time recovering. Paris did not enjoy vet visits, but was very calm when dr. Ahnen was examining her. I brought my big boy Calvin here to get his first shots and dr. Spiller was great with him. For a 6 month puppy he was about as well mannered as he could've been while getting the shots.

this place is awesome! they did my dogs spay surgery when i adopted her and she was completely healed within about a week. staff here is very friendly and helpful. i i have called them a few times with simple questions and they gave me good advice. they also inform you of lots of other resources, such as financial aid. i am impressed by their after hours policy, and the weekly evening appointments they offer. they have also offered to come in while closed if you're experiencing an emergency, which leads me to believe they are very compassionate. i gave 4 stars bc i had a minor complaint, but after typing the rest of this, i already forgot what it was which means it probably wasn't important

The staff and Doctor Spiller were excellent and prices were reasonable unlike the other Vet I took both of my dogs to. They were rude, and I never saw the Doctor and very expensive. Thank you SO much Dr Spiller and staff. I am greatful and thankful I found you.

It was great my dog was very comfortable and calm I felt my dog was well tooken care of of and the nurses were very gentle and nice to my dog

This vet office and all the staff are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and extremely caring. We have had a couple emergencies and each time they got us in super fast. We lost our beloved dog last week and they went above and beyond trying to save him and giving our family time to say goodbye. Their prices are very fair. They don't over charge. I recommend them to everyone I talk to. They have earned our business for life!!.

You can find my original post below, I was very upset but with the careful attention that I received from Dr. Kate Spiller afterwards I have a hopeful outlook for this new business. They took the time to reach out and apologize for what I had experienced. They did not stop there, they took every word from my review and spoke with the employees involved with my visit. They discussed what had happened that day and reflected on what needed to change for their business to correct and avoid this from repeating in the future. I heard all about what they have added to their steps and procedures and am very pleased. Moving forward they have even implemented designated areas for one-on-one communication with their clients so that it can be easier compared to a conversation in a distracting lobby. They also took other steps towards communicating with clients to avoid further misunderstandings. They truly are bettering themselves and I loved hearing about it. I'm glad that my dog Rue was able to improve how this business will take steps and procedures going forward. For those in the Siloam springs area, I'm glad they have a veterinarian that truly is looking to better themselves and the experiences to their services. I live 50 minutes away, but if I lived closer to the area I would definitely consider returning to this business again. __original post__ I adopted my puppy from the Siloam shelter nearby. The shelter told me I could go here for her spay which was paid for with her adoption fees. I also needed to return to the shelter with a signed form proving she was spayed. I made the appointment for JUST her spay the next week and dropped her off. When I picked her up and brought in the paper work I was told they had gone ahead and given her a rabies vaccine. The vaccine was also paid for with her adoption fees but I never asked them to do it. She already had one done the week before from her previous owner and I had the proof for it too, which they could have known very easily if they bothered to call and ask me before doing it. Not to mention she was also wearing her vaccine tag on her collar the entire time. I told them she already had it done and if this would be something to worry about. They then started to yell at me saying that I already paid for it and that she needed one for them to sign my form. They also started to shout all her care instructions at me really fast and repeated several of them as if I was stupid. They also went through the paperwork I brought in and started yelling that she needed her DAPP and that I was over 3 weeks late for it. ( I only had her for 5 days and I had an appointment with my regular vet for the following week) I left very upset and confused. I then called my regular vet that told me it was not good she got double vaccinated but it would also not pose any serious problems. They also gave a a few warning signs to look out for.

Everyone was so loving and kind here to our sweet little puppy. And I can’t stress this enough, BEST. PRICES. EVER. I’ve never left the vet before not feeling ripped off. I made her repeat the total bc I couldn’t believe it.

Very clean! Staff was quick, friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. I will be using this vet for both of my dogs. The best thing is that they take appointments and aren't walk in only! 10 out of 10 recommend!

I am so glad I found this clinic. The staff is very nice and very informative. Answers any questions I might have. They are gentle and loving to the animals.
