Very satisfied. No wait at all! Friendly atmosphere and they kept the door open while the vet gave our puppy his set of shots. Very affordable pricing and I will be back!

My husband and I were very happy with Pro Vet staff and services for our two dogs. My husband passed away 4 months ago so I have to take the dogs in by myself. I’m a responsible pet owner. Both dogs get their shots, worm meds and flea and tick on a schedule. Both dogs are rescues snd have made wonderful companions. Today the very rude Vet tech informs me that the older dog can’t be seen without sedation because he bites. Then another tech comes in and hands me a muzzle, tells me to put it on the youngest dog and walks out. He has never bitten anyone and I couldn’t get the muzzle on him. He weighs 60 pounds. I walked out angry and in tears. 1) Didn’t have me scheduled in computer When I marked it in phone and on calendar 2) Tell me to muzzle the dog who isn’t the biter and leave me the sling to do it. By myself. He weighs 60 pounds 3) refuse to see my other dog unless he is sadated isn’t that what they are trained for ? 4) Both my dogs are gentle and loving with neighbors and the Grand kids. They hate going to the vet. I’m not against muzzling them but need help doing it. No help was offered and the first vet tech was rude and unwelcoming. I suggest more training for the staff on how to speak with clients politely and how to handle dogs that are anxious and scared

For having patients that can't talk and explain what's ailing them, this office sure can get to the bottom of the problem quickly and efficiently even if the owners idea of what's wrong is way off! They were able to get us in same day when my guy was showing signs of severe discomfort and pain. Had it figured out and got him more comfortable quickly. He woke up the next day like a brand new dog. Very knowledgeable, took the time even from lunch to discuss findings, very patient and caring. TJ and I thank you guys for being so awesome!

The facility is very clean, appointments are always on time, which means no waiting room constantly backed up. The vet is super friendly, as is the staff. I won't go anywhere else.

So far I have nothing but great things to say about the vet's and staff. I've taken my dog a couple of times for routine shots and the staff was always friendly and the vet made sure to take time to talk to me. I'll definitely continue to go back for any of my animal needs.

5 stars is not enough. The caring and compassion shown by ALL the doctors and staff is the best in the area and possibly the country. We had to put our 17 year old Jack Russell down and the love and tenderness shown by Dr. Hood and the staff far exceeds your greatest expectations. If you need a vet, or even If you dont, you need to use this clinic. I promise you won't be disappointed.

i took my baby there with her babies and they gave me the run around. she had 4 babies and now only has one. my banie was sivk they said its this gave me meds then my dog didn't get any better so i called bavk they said it was something different. i called every week to ask questions that i had and got a different answer every time. my friend took there dog therr to get shots and shortly after the.dog died. if i could give them 0 stars i would i will not be going back amd i will tell everyone i know not to go there too.and they sent me somone eles info in my email i have there name phone number adress tjere dog name what is wrong with there dog. i get there sot reminder. i called and told them and even told them when i went in the office and they whete not consder about it

Best prices, easy experience, they know what they're talking about. I called around for pricing on wellness exams and shots. They are the cheapest around and worth the drive to Siloam.

This is where I'm taking all my animals now. I've been taking them now for awhile. They are caring with you and your pet. Their exam is a little different from others but the diagnosis is always correct and is explained to you in a way you can understand. The price is fair. The waiting area is always clean. When making an appointment I can always get one, on rare occasions, same day appointments. But is typically one two maybe three days is the longest. Not like the others saying maybe next week. Or we don't do after hours. I love this place. They will have my business from now on. I recommend all pet lovers to at the least check this business out. I haven't been disappointed.

5/13/21 11:45am I am a traveling superintendent and I travel with a Servuce dog. I wanted to get a flea and tick collar as well as updating her shots. I told the ladies at the front desk about the $70 collar I bought that wasn’t working. They asked if Calista had been seen there before. I told them no because I travel and one responded with we can’t help you and pretty much just blew me off.
