My dog got a rash on his neck after 3 days in the program so I had to pick up both dogs as I wanted them trained together. But long story short my job is moving me and they were unwilling to refund any portion of the training even though the contract says given 30 days notice they will refund 50%. Not black and white situation but I spent 3600 dollars for nothing.i don't know what caused the rash on my dogs neck but it wasn't there when I took him and I can't help the fact their training was cut short. I am disappointed in myself for paying all the money upfront.

From the moment me and my wife met Zach we knew he would be great with our dog. We were skeptical about the whole deal because Cooper was not a young dog. But Zach worked every bit of crazy out of him. My wife and I were stunned and still are stunned because of how Cooper acts in the house, in the yard, and with guests over. It is a complete 180 compared to before Zach worked with him! We highly recommend Joint Forces and definitely ask for Zach when you take your pup

I took my dog Blue a Pit bull mix for training with Bryan, Blue drug me when we took walks, jumped all over me, he was in control not me, after Blue being at K9 Joint Forces with Bryan and a the trainers for 2 weeks I am able to control my Blue. My Granddaughter was able to walk him through Bass Pro with no issues at all!! My walks with Blue are so enjoyable, he no longer Jumps all over me!! I highly recommend K9 Joint forces!!!

We took our sweet 5 month old puppy Mazely to 2 week on-leash training at Joint Forces K9 Group. We started with the free evaluation, met the trainer, and scheduled the on leash training after a positive interaction. We dropped Mazely off and got to see her in action via the Facebook story which was awesome. Alex was very professional, demonstrated the skills she had learned and helped us learn what to at home to continue training. We look forward to bringing her back for off-leash training.

**This program is a one size fits all training. It should only be advertised as a training for police/military dogs. I highly recommend training for your household pet that you find a trainer that works in your home with a program with which your dog will respond. ** It has taken me a while to want to leave this review. We picked up our two dogs from training on Nov 8, 2021. Maya looked completely worn out and did not have her normal happy look in her eyes. I sort of expected this as they had been in the board and train program for two weeks. Going into training I explained I was not comfortable about the use of a prong collar on my dogs. The owner did say they would not use anything I was uncomfortable with, which I communicated to the trainer. He seemed surprised by this and continued to request approval to use prong collars. I ultimately agreed to a less aggressive one that was plastic and not metal. This is my fault and I wish I never had agreed to this at all. Our dogs were going to this training for help with jumping on people, leash pulling, and barking and wanting to go to every dog on the trails. I was told there was no reactivity behavior towards other dogs while there even though that was the behavior displayed during our free consultation. Our dogs did come home with knowing climb on a cot and doing better with heel walk. Our trainer did also respond via email any time I reached out to check on our pups. That is the only reason for not giving a lower star rating. The jumping behavior is worse than when they went to training. There was no follow up by the trainer after bringing them home. We had an appointment scheduled that was never confirmed for follow up. I did email to cancel this follow up because I felt our dogs had received everything they could from this trainer and we were doing our follow up training with them at home. There was a delayed response apologizing for not seeing the email sooner. Here comes the negative experience. Our dogs have been siblings in our house for over a year with no displays of fear or aggression at all. Maya came home from this training program fearful of EVERYTHING including her brother. It has resulted in several fights we have had to separate. River has started resource guarding as well. The day we brought them home I noticed that Maya had a cut in each ear and on her lip. We spent a lot of money on this training for them to display worse behavior than what they had going into this program exhibiting. Now we are working with another trainer to repair our dogs relationship so we can have a normal life again.

We took our pup to Joint Forces a few months ago to get some help with obedience and general commands from their handler Zach, and what we got in return was tremendous! Zach was able to accomplish things with our dog we were blown away by. From our dogs behavior to his obedience, we couldn’t be more happy with the results. Zach even took the time to train us up with tips as well to better help our dog moving forward from training. We will definitely be returning to joint forces and especially to Zach in the future.

I took my dog here about 3 months ago and my experience was fantastic. Alex was the perfect handler to do the job that I needed for my dogs. He went above and beyond not only with training my dog, but also gave me tips along the way. I will defiantly be bringing any dogs I have in the future here for Alex to train. Overall an amazing experience, thank you Alex!!

Completed a two-week board & train with Joint Forces K9. The process was professional and easy to set up, our assigned trainer was a joy to work with, and my dog - a year old Aussie - seems to have had the time of his life.

In May, 2021 adopted a rescued Yorkie mix who was mistreated. He is still very afraid of others and, therefore, difficult to groom. The Joint Forces ladies were extremely patient in getting to know him both before and after his grooming and he looked awesome. I really appreciated their patience.

They took in TK and trained him to respond more positively to new people and other animals. My five star review is mainly for TK, but he seems to be doing pretty well there, so... I give TK six stars out of five.

Highly recommend trainer Alex Ouimet if you need anything when it comes to dog training. Alex is a very knowledgeable and experienced dog handler and trainer, while being extremely versatile in the work environment and tending to all needs to the customer and dog.

I just picked up my two year old lab/terrier mix, Julie, yesterday from the 2 week board and train program and cannot say enough good things about Joint Forces K9 Group. Prior to dropping Julie off she struggled with anxiety around all kinds of new events and people and had poor manners in my home. Zach has helped turn Julie into a more confident and less anxious dog. Not to mention her obedience skills are so much more than I had ever expected from her. Zach was nothing but friendly and professional to me. He was accommodating and has answered all my questions along the way. It is evident he has a passion for the dogs he trains and wants them to be successful in whatever environment they are living in! Not only does my dog feel more confident, but I feel more confident in my own ability to continue to train her in my home. Julie will definitely be back for off leash training sometime soon!!!

I have used JFK9 for both training and grooming. While I think both are exceptional, I cannot say enough good things about the grooming service. Felicia called to let me know when she would be arriving, was very friendly and professional. Arrived and pet my fur baby, Koda, who is extremely shy and nervous around new folks. Koda had a rough start to the grooming session but Felicia took her time and made her feel comfortable. I just wanted to say thanks Felicia and we have already booked another appointment.

We had their Mobile Grooming service come to our house today and give Sydney a bath. WOW they did an awesome job with her. They treated her like she was their dog, with lots of love. I would highly recommend you have them come to your house and groom your fur babies!

Extremely happy with my visits to the facility and the great progress with my furry family. The kennels are always clean and climate controlled. It's nice that they have blockers to divide the pens visually from each dog. The handlers and every employee I met were always very professional and courteous. They are all genuine dog lovers. The updates and progress pics are a nice touch and are posted online. Now that my Ruby is home I can enjoy being outside with her off leash from the second wet got home with very little correction needed. Before she had never had any boundaries so her desire to run when she didn't have a leash was immediate. Not even a concern on day 3 after training! I also recommend their grooming service (mobile), she is so much softer and fluffier and smells great! I can tell you she is still the same great fun playful pup, but now can be contained easily off leash on our 5 acres with us.

Highly recommend this business! They worked with me to have an senior dog groomed at a shelter to help him get adopted. His owner went to assisted living and the 13 year old dog was in desperate need of grooming. The groomer did a great job and the dog was adopted within an hour. THANKS Joint Forces K9 Group for helping little Bo find a loving home.

The place, and especially the people, are top notch. Whether you want a top tier security dog or an obedient family dog these are your people. I would not think twice when it comes to trusting them with my dogs.

Amazing facility! The staff of trainers are highly skilled, their love of training every dog to be the best dog they can be was a huge part of their training program! The trainers made me feel like I was part of their family from the first day! Spending time with the trainers during a Deadpool Decoy class it was obvious each of the Trainers employed with Joint Force K9 Group were all very skilled and wanted to absorb as much knowledge as possible! For most it was their first time learning some of the advanced skills and I was so happy to see each of the trainers master it after one or two attempts! I felt like Joint Forces K9 Group were some of the best overall trainers I have meet in the country I would suggest them and trust them with my own personal fur babies! Hands down one of the top five star facilities and trainers in the country! Being Veteran owned and operated and working with Law Enforcement means a great deal to me as well! Their ????????flies high with service, honor and patriotism!

This is possibly the most unprofessional and negligent company I have worked with. I called on 9/13 to sign my dog up for their 4 week program and paid $3,200. Less than 12 hours later I had to cancel due to a family emergency. I e-mailed them and let them know I was canceling and would like my money refunded. They responded with they do not refund money “per the contract I was supposed to sign.” I wrote them back and let them know I never signed the contract they sent me which I’m assuming they know by saying the contract I was “supposed” to sign. I have contacted them multiple times now and they will not respond. I had planned on using them in the future but now there is no way I will ever use their services. I am contacting the sheriff’s department and my bank in the morning to dispute the charges and see what my options are. They should not be allowed to do this to people. Most legitimate businesses understand that this is a basic transaction. I am not contractually bound to them at all and have not received any service. Worst company I have dealt with in a long time and I will not recommend them ever to anybody.

I’ve been fortunate enough to train dogs all over the world for a long time. Rob and his staff at Joint Forces K9 Group are second to none. As professional as they come and they will treat you and your dog right. One of the best facilities I’ve been to. Well organized and as clean as any facility you’ll ever find. I can’t recommend enough

My dog is calmer since coming home from board and train. He responds to commands. I truly believe it was the best thing for him and our family. I appreciated the photos and short videos to see his progress. It also reassured me that he was happy and well taken care of. It is time to train the humans.

I've attended a few working dog seminars at joint forces, with special guess teachers, the staff always goes above and beyond to make sure all in attendance is taken care of. The facilities are top notch, I've never seen a nicer, cleaner kennel, I'd feel 100% confident leaving my working k9's or home pet dogs in their care.

Joint forces is a top notch facility, i sent my 5 month old Belgian malinois (from Florida) there for the 4 week obedience program. I was absolutely shocked when i saw the results when i picked her up!! 10/10 recommend!!! This is my first malinois and with out the amazing training with Zach and the rest of the team i will never not have another dog with out being trained! Everyone i met at the facility was very kind and welcoming from the time i came in the gate to the time i pulled out of the gate. The communication between Zach and i was amazing, he gave me weekly updates and has still to this day answered any questions I’ve had!! I can’t thank everyone there enough! I would not send my dog anywhere else!
