HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL , UNCONCERNED ABT CUSTOMER WANTS AND NEEDS , UTTERLY IGNORING THEM IN FACT . EXTREMELY HETEROPHOBIC .

I have been taking my dog to get her nails trimmed here for the past 3.5 years. This was the worst experience I’ve had here, let alone anywhere. I get it, I show up 15 minutes before closing time. But to take your annoyance and anger out on a customer and then physically on my dog is never okay. It was the most rushed service. I should not have payed a penny tonight. My dogs nails are not trimmed. The employee was so aggressive he made my dog yelp during the nail trim. I have a Rhodesian ridgeback. This breed is not the kind to make a lot of noise. I have never heard her yelp before. Now I need to get my dogs nails trimmed again. You have lost a customer. I will not be telling my friends to come here anymore. Merry Christmas

My family has been taking our dog here for many years now and we love it! We usually do just a nail trim and a bath, but the way they swaddle my small dog while they trim her nails is the best I've seen. She's always so comfortable when they do that, and I don't trust any other places to cut her nails because I know they won't put the effort in to swaddle her and make her comfortable during the nail trim like Barkberry does. Their bath stations are also nice to use, they're very big and they are easily accessible by dogs of all sizes. I do find the blow-dryers there to be a little on the cold side, but I personally don't mind it. A also have to make a note here that I haven't really used their other services, but their nail trims and baths are excellent!

I took my Yorkie to be groomed in July and they gave him back to me an hour late, with his nails untrimmed, gland not squeezed, his coat not feeling clean and definitely not fully brushed, and his trim very crooked all over. I can't believe I paid for this. Because I had been waiting an hour in the shop after leaving him there for 4 hours, I was so glad it was over I didn't look too closely. I'm sure they were counting on that. They were right. I didn't discover they hadn't fully groomed him until I got home. I'm so disappointed. I've used this business for years for all 3 of my dogs because they were good and reliable. I found them after trying several other grooming places in town and felt so lucky when I did. After this experience, I won't be bringing my dogs back here again. I still feel shocked that people would actually do this. After being a loyal customer for years, I felt so betrayed that I waited 3 months to write this review, so I wouldn't "review while angry".

This place does a wonderful Job with our two little girl dogs. One of our Dogs has had anxiety bad when coming and got aggressive once for being in cage. They are patient and really good with your Pet. The hair cuts they get are amazing and smell great when they leave. Wonderful staff highly recommend!!

They got right to work cutting Molly's nails. He wrapped her up in a towel and did back feet first, then left front and right front last as he explained they are usually more protective of their dominant side. She did try to wiggle away but he handled her well, quick and efficient. Seemed like two nice guys with a nice job in convenient shopping center. We will go regularly unless we can get someone to do house calls for Molly and two cats. ????

They are so loving and gentle with my senior pups, and both come back looking adorable! My shitzu is very anxious and often gets hurt at the groomer, but they were patient and did a great job with her.

Been going here for eight years and have to say they have the best people, best prices and selection around. Used to go to some of the big box retailers but once I started going here, I never looked back. If you have pets, this is the place to go for your needs.

I will recommend Bark ‘n Paws to EVERYONE!! They were so friendly to me and so sweet to my puppy. I’m overly happy with my pets cut, too..its exactly what I wanted! Can’t wait to be back!

They are awesome. They shaved my double coat dog more evenly than he has ever been before. His coat looks amazing. They were very kind and patient with his anxiety. I highly recommend them and Kirk specifically. We will be back!

We took our 11 week old Schnoodle for his first grooming and had a wonderful experience. The cut is exactly what we expected and little Albert was not stressed out when we picked him up. Ryan walked us through the process well and is very caring!

I won't be taking any of my pups back to Bark 'n Paws. I took my older dog there yesterday to be groomed (hair cut and a bath) he has been there before and they did a good job. Not yesterday though! Once we got to the car we realized his hair was super choppy looking all over, we understood the hot spot areas. BUT, his legs are choppy, his head is super choppy and looks like they must have someone new cut his hair. Once I got home I called back up to the groomers and asked if they had a new groomer shave him, she said no. So, I explained how his hair cut was awful and super choppy, she first said I could bring him back up there and they would try to fix him. I said no, he had already been there for 4 hours and he is older and cannot handle standing for long periods of time. I then asked why his hair cut ended up the way it did, she put me on a brief hold and checked with the groomer-she got back on the phone and said because of the hot spots on him. I then told her I understood the hot spots, but his legs and his head and his feet all looked like this as well. I was then put on another hold, she got back on and said the groomer said his feet are that way because anytime she picked his feet up he fell over. Duh, he's an old dog!! I was getting frustrated because that still doesn't explain his legs or head! I then explained when the previous owners had the company and I brought in my older dog the groomer always came and updated me on how my dog did and any issues they may have had. Her response "yeah" and then silence, so I said maybe you could ask that for now on they go back to doing that- her response to that "I'm just a dog bather, the manager is on another phone call" and then silence. So, I told her bye. I waited, fully expecting someone to reach back out, but nothing. I spent alot of money trying to get my dog's hair cut, if they had issues getting it 1 length instead of the 20 they did they should've been upfront about it!! It shouldn't be my job after I get home to call and ask about it, to someone who has zero desire to help me figure out why! I will not be bringing any of my dogs back to this establishment ever again!

We always come and pay to wash our own dogs. The tubs are great. My only complaint is that the blow dryers do not always get very warm and/or take a long time to warm up, which usually leaves you with a cold and shivering dog. Wednesdays are "dog and a half day" so you get half off your second wash if you have multiple pets! Overall, I definitely recommend, especially on Wednesdays for multiple pets owners

Great people! I've never felt more comfortable leaving my dogs. I know they are safe there!

I am absolutely 100% satisfied with the drop off service. I have 2 German Shepherds, one is a very nervous dog. The employees are always so nice and gentle with my nervous boy. Both of my babies love coming to Bark n paws. The service we use includes a bath, blow dry, brush, and nail trim. Well worth the money!!! My babies also love the treats they sell too.

I walked into the Bark n' Paws with no appointment. assistance right away. Happy to help me. Price was decent.

The staff is very patient and the groomers do an amazing job.

I found Bark n' Paws out of desperation. But I will only use these fine folks from now on. They were able to work me in and were very professional and were wonderful with my baby. Thank you Bark n' paws ????
