We had to rush or dog to see the Vet by the time we got there he had passed away, but they were very kind and helpful! We've used for 6 years now and they have been awesome!!

These ladies are the most caring, loving caregivers in town. They have helped me through some hard losses, my PTSD service dog (doggy daughter) of near 13 years. But most recently tried to help a sweet dog left in my care, to no avail, because my yard has the parvo virus. So, Get Your Pets Vaccinated, it is a matter of life and death.

Got in with ease on an emergency. Their set up is great & efficient. The techs & vets are caring & professional. After our 3rd visit now in 3 months ????, we highly recommend!

Thumbelina had an issue, so we took her to this place. They quickly diagnosed the emergency problem, and she was just fine the next day.

Dr. Keith and staff are great.

Pup stayed there overnight suffering by herself and no one was there to treat her. She died ALONE. Something has to be done. Edit: They tried to lie and say she got dropped off without paying anything. Then again there’s a paper trail proving them wrong. Also a missing paper of an immunization they gave her for parvo. Mariah Goodall refused to let us say our goodbyes and see her body. Called back later and a different person let us back to see her. Thank you to whoever you are. ♥️ We will get justice.

Puppy was brought in for veterinary care,was kept there WITHOUT care or concern all night. Passed in the night ALONE! IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A GOOD VET...NEXT!!! Cause this ain't the one.

They do not care for you’re animals well being They are only in it for the money I can’t comprehend how the people who work there do not hate them selves for how poorly they do there jobs not to mention I’ve heard of many situations were they had to pay twice for services.

I am a frequently at the hospital with my animals I love the doctors and the staff are wonderful I enjoy seeing them they make me feel like family and comfort me when one of my babies passes away I really appreciate the kindness I receive from them and the staff I would recommend them to friends and family

I recently switched vets and brought my Rottweiler Ruby to see Dr Goodall. I was VERY impressed by the doctor and her staff. I have been using their grooming services for a few years and should have changed over ALL my pet care then. Undoubtedly the Best groomers in Shawnee ok. I'm so impressed with Dr Goodall. She is extremely kind and knowledgeable. I'm happy I have her as our pet Dr. Thank you Dr. Goodall.

When my furry girl woke me up not acting right, they got her right in. She was older but had always been in good health. we soon found out that she couldn't be saved and this team was so compassionate and caring. they gave me as much time as I needed, my girl died on her own but in no pain. they took care of her and me and I will forever be grateful.

Best vet experience in Oklahoma! After a neglectful exam at a different vet's, I was trying to decide if I should put my cat down. I decided on a 2nd opinion and the double ear infection is now cleared up. All of the staff was great! Absolutely Thankful for the great care & to still have my cat with me.

This place is the cleanest veterinary hospital I have ever been in.

The hospital staff are really friendly. You can tell by the way they interact with pets that they -not just the vets or the techs- really do care for our fur babies.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful and took great care for our dog Moose. He was very comfortable and they was very good at explaining everything that they needed to do. I would recommend them for your pet care.

Went here for a second opinion and ended up with our forever vet place! They were the nicest veterinarian staff I have ever met and the office was even the cleanest. We have lived in 4 states and for some reason every state it took us seeing 2 different vets to find the one we liked. Cost was most of the time why, but 1 other time was also a second opinion for our first dog Bella the second opinion for her found out she had cancer, so we have been to 8 different vets in our life and for real this place is the best ever! They were so nice to our dog, my 3 children and myself. My other vet was very wishy washy about a mass on our dog Buckeaux, but here they told me within minutes what my dog’s mass was. They said it was a soft tissue tumor and they needed to remove it to analyze it if needed. His surgery went so well and ended up being fatty, which is great, no cancer!!! Everyone was super nice and helpful. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you Northside!

Price of a little bit high but overall excellent service

Very disorganized. No communication between staff. Mishandling if my pet. Overcharged and charged for their mistakes and no one personally taking responsibility. Groomer was the only employee that felt bad and wanted to make right. Main vet building staff didn't care and kept passing the buck. Only 50% effort.

Pre-natal appt. next day after calling for appt. Got us in quick without a long wait. The Vet tech. answered all questions and they went above my expectations.

All the staff is great, friendly and you have always treated my babies with the best care! Shelly always has a smile in her voice over the phone. She always makes us feel important. I’m pleased with the groomer that groomed Dax the other day. She does what I ask and she seems happy to see Dax.

This place is amazing to say the least. I had to sadly put down my 12 year old best friend and they were so kind to me and my mom. They gave us as long as we needed to say goodbye. They also gave us a box with her name written on it with paw prints drew on that they did. They provided a white blanket with colorful paw prints and wrapped my little girl up in it for us. Last but not least a beautiful box with her paw prints in it. Her name inscribed in it as well. Dr.Keith is a kind soul as well as her staff. Thank you for making the process so loving.
