I called them in a frenzy after I had just took my 9 month old bully in to see her normal vet. Her vet didn’t have the answers I needed. Dr Jones took her in for me! So awesome! I was so concerned! She didn’t have an appointment but they were able to help me! That is truly awesome on their part and shows how much they really do love taking care of animals! So big shout out!!! You have no idea what a blessing it was! And miss Legaci is ok ????

I normally only go here for routine visits for my dog, but he ate something outside over the weekend and was having some major tummy troubles and I was so worried about my baby ???? So I took him in here because they’ve always been fast and friendly and did just that again. They were so sweet and informative and took care of him well.

Girls were rude and when I'd call for the results it would bother them when they told me it would take 15 mins not 4hrs later.

Dr. Jones is some sort of dog wizard that made my insane black lab puppy sit still while he got his shots. I hope to one day learn this magic.

My wife and I had to put one of our dogs to sleep. They were the only vet open at the time. They were extremely understanding and gave us multiple option for Ruby. They were extremely gentle with Ruby and let us take as much time as we needed to say goodbye. I can’t remember the Vet’s name but he was awesome in a very difficult time for our family.

Dr. Jones and his staff are amazing! He listens and answers all of your questions. I was sent here for an ultrasound on my dog and have found a new vet when I didn’t even know I was looking for one!!

My Toy Pomeranian was seen at Neels Vet as a trama center. They wanted to do emergency surgery on her to stop bleeding and keep her 3 to 4 days afterwards. The estimate was astronomical. As soon as she was stable I picked her up and transferred her to Woodlake. They did the same procedure for $500 less money, kept her overnight instead of 3 to 4, which saved me money and I was able to care for her myself. The dog is happier to recover at home, and my pocketbook is happier as well. They premeasured her meds in oral syringes ready to give her as per instructions.

We have four English Labradors and Woodlake Animal Hospital is our veterinarian of choice!! Dr. Brian Jones is so thorough and thoughtful with each and every issue. We have only had success in treating our beloved labs when we visit Dr. Jones and the staff at Woodlake!

We have been taking our pets here for several years and love Dr. Jones! He always gives such love to our pets and takes the time to answer all of our questions. The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr Jones is the best. He’s professional, caring and upfront about all medical issues. I’ve been going to Woodlake for years. Dr Jones and his staff and fantastic.

You will always be put on hold when you call. Today I waited 40 minutes in a hot car with an anxious dog. There were still two people ahead of me! I left, got lunch, and was almost home when they called wondering why I left! We’ve seen a different vet every time, and have always waited at least 20 minutes. Four years of disappointment is enough! We will find a friendlier vet with better customer service. The only thing they do in a timely manner here is present you with a bill!

For the groomer, he is absolutely amazing.

I drive here from Moore because I know that my animals will be taken care of at Woodlake. It's a bonus that their pricing is more than reasonable as well.

Twice the cost to remove stones from my dog and no real interaction or info given . Also visited about a year ago and they missed a ear infection on my dog.won't be going back
