Crestwood Animal Hospital Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

A stray kitty decided to adopt my parents by walking into their house. We brought her into Crestwood to get her scanned for a microchip since it was the nearest vet to us. Everyone there just gushed over the kitty and was very helpful, and was also very encouraging to my parents (being first time cat owners). After owning her for several months, my parents started to notice kitty was acting strange and freaked my parents out, come to find out she was in heat! Dr. Rosier reassured us this was very normal and recommended to get her spayed. My parents brought her in, they kept her overnight to monitor her after surgery, and Dr. Rosier went in-depth about the surgery, the kitty's bloodwork, what to expect, etc. Unfortunately, about 5 days passed and kitty was still not recovering like expected. We brought her in, come to find out she had a bad reaction to the stitching used in the surgery. Dr. Skube jumped right in and said they will take care of her (no charge to us). They kept her for almost a week and a half and gave us constant updates about her. Dr. Skube was very patient and kind to our contstant worries. We know she was well taken care of, and are grateful for the constant reassurances.

These people are great i thought i would have trouble with my 95lb bullie he was pretty much comfortable. I recommend them to everyone. They were great with both my dogs. They had tp put my xena down she was 18 they made her comfortable. I will take all my animals there as needed.

I moved here from Portland, with my two cats Logan and Tobi. Then we adopted another kitty Zoey, Dr. Z is super sweet and friendly! I’ve been bringing my fur babies here since last year in March of 2020. Just the start of the pandemic, then last year in December of 2020. I lost my sweet baby boy Logan, everyone was so kind and shared their condolences with me. Crestwood has been great to my fur babies! And our dog Oakley!

they took care of my babies hades and sylvester. sylvester was really sick and i didn’t know what to do, i called multiple other hospitals and they told me it would be better to send sylvester to a shelter, i didn’t want that for my baby. i called crestwood and talked to a sweet cat lady named penny, she helped me set up appointments for both of my babies, i found out sylvester had a very high temperature and was almost deathly ill, i was very emotional but Penny was so sweet and kind to both me and my cats. Sylvester and hades are both feeling healthy and it wouldn’t have happened without crestwood.

Initially, I was really happy with my first visit here. Staff & vet were friendly. HOWEVER, they just lost my interest after a less than pleasant experience while trying to get my pet’s prescription refilled. When I called last week I was told that due to COVID, they were out of my pet’s prescription and there was a nation-wide shortage so they did not know when a shipment would arrive or how many they would receive—that’s verbatim. With some Research, I saw that Chewy.com had the prescription (and for $10 cheaper) but they required a prescription write-up from the vet. I chose the option to have chewy.com directly reach out to the vet to expedite the process. First, Crestwood was not responsive to the fax request, despite chewy.com having the correct fax number. It took me calling Crestwood and telling them that I needed them to acknowledge the fax and then they “magically” receive a fax that they somehow weren’t receiving prior to me calling. Then, the receptionist calls me back to tell me she “forgot to tell me there was going to be a $10 processing fee to send my pets prescription to chewy”. According to her, it’s because people buy prescriptions online when the hospital offers them as well. MAYBE IF YOU WERENT OVERCHARGING, that wouldn’t be an issue?! ????????‍♀️ Either way, $10 is a steep charge to “write a prescription”. I argued how ridiculous this charge was, given that the only reason why I even ordered online was because Crestwood was out of the meds and voiced how dissatisfied I was with this ridiculous policy. To put things into perspective, $10 would’ve been HALF THE COST OF MY PET’S PRESCRIPTION! Secondly, Crestwood should have given me a copy of my pet’s prescription during my initial appointment, when I paid them for the medicine. In the end, They offered to waive the $10 fee this one time....to be clear, I will always support a local business over a big corporation, but not at the expense of my pet’s health & comfort! In this instance, I did not want to play the waiting game for Crestwood to get their inventory in order....bottom line: any business that values money over my pets health gets no support from me! ????????

My family and I have been coming to this vet FOREVER. We love all the staff and the vets. They've been extremely kind and taken great care of all of our fur babies. We've had a bunch of goofy dogs (big and small) and a lot of cats (crazy and cool)--ALL have been taken care of well. Crestwood has become like family to us!

We take our dogs here to board when we leave town for a few days. They are always so sweet with our dogs and have reasonable prices.

They acted like they wanted to help but they just wanted to get my animal in there so they could tell me how much it was going to cost to do test after test after test and all I wanted was some prednisone to make his life a little better

Really good people work here, sometimes a little pricey but very professional and you get what you pay for which has always been good in the 10 years my family has gone there.

They called me to inform me my dog needed to take a pill, but I never picked it up. Yet they keep sending me bills as if I owe. Then once I called the lady was snappy & cut me off after asking me a question with repeatedly saying “okay”. Terrible customer service!

The vest and staff are wonderful at this veterinary clinic, they know their clients and pets so well. I have used them for over 20 years and have always been extremely satisfied. We need more like them❤️

Very accommodating and sympathetic and caring regarding the process of the loss of our family cat. I couldn't have asked for a more empathetic and professional staff and their compassion in helping us make a very difficult and emotional decision.

God bless this clinic. This clinic saved my Cocoas life. Gabby the vet tech is the best tech I have ever met. I have never met anyone so compassionate in my life. This was my initial reaction a week ago. I pray what all they did works. So far Cocoa is doing much better. Gabby the vet tech is a god send to my babe. I hope she gets a lot of blessings for all she does for others.

Love this place! All the vets are very knowledgeable, kind and took their time to exam our cats and answer any questions. Besides yearly exams, I’ve also had to bring in my cat for a torn nail and sickness. They were very accommodating in fitting us in their schedule. Would definitely recommend this clinic!

Everyone is so friendly and thoughtful. They take time with you and truly love animals. We feel really confident bringing our dogs here.

Someone brought my cat into them and they kept her for almost a week before we qere reunited. The staff is super friendly and truly cared about her as their own.

Spectacular vet! The entire staff is super knowledgeable and friendly to their patients and their fur babies. Dr. Zuckermandel and her assisstant are very good with animals, you can tell she tries her hardest to ensure your pet gets the exact right treatment plan. You feel very welcome in the clinic. I love looking at all the photos of pets on the walls and petting the adorable office cats! The receptionists are very nice and everyone shows concern and love for your animal. The first appointment was free! Plus, they sent us home with several samples and information. This is definitely the place to take your pets; I wouldn't go anywhere else!
