This place is top notch has helped me several times without ever meeting my dogs prior. Recently doing surgery on my 13yr old dog four days before Christmas as a walk in. They are very professional and don't over charge for thier services.

I've been taking my dog Reggie to Wedgewood for several years now. His first vet was amazing. He has developed a sensitive stomach and skin allergies over the years, and she was always willing to fit him in for short notice appointments and would make sure I understood what was going on. When I adopted 2 feral kittens back in June 2021, I knew exactly where I was taking them. The receptionist informed me my regular vet had left the practice, but they had hired a new vet, Dr. Heintz. I have been more than impressed with him! He is patient with animals and their owners and seems to enjoy educating people on behaviors and any medical issues their animals may have. I've had dogs and cats most of my life and am a habitual researcher to ensure I'm doing everything I can for my animals, and he gave me tips and facts that I had never come across! Even though I now live a good 30-45 minutes away, I still make the drive to Wedgewood when my animals need anything.

I brought my boy Max here today and will absolutely continue coming back! Everyone from the receptionist Alexis to the beautiful vet tech, I wish I remembered her name, to Dr. Heintz who was the most present and kind vet I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I am beyond thankful I decided to bring my boy here and will be bringing my Scooby in soon for his wellness check. Thank you all so much!

Everything went seamlessly. They were very kind and fast. Dr. Heintz was thorough and clearly knowledgeable. We will be happy to keep bringing our dogs back.

This was a wonderful pet clinic. They squeezed me in for an appointment the same day I called. I took my kitten here and the secretaries were kind and helpful. The rest of the vet staff were thorough and upfront about the costs of the services. This was the only vet I've ever been to but I definitely recommend.

This vet clinic has been where I take my pets for 30 years. The doctors and staff are all animal lovers, so patient and kind. Waiting room is clean. All procedures have never had complications. Would highly recommend them. If you adopt a stray, he will fix them for free!

Wedgewood is now our forever vet! Dr. Heintz and staff helped us through a very difficult time with two sick puppies. I've never had a veterinarian show so much care and concern for our puppies, our situation, and all of our questions. The staff was always courteous and helpful. Wedgewood went above and beyond, and we're extremely grateful!

Thank you for making our dog's last moments peaceful. Everyone was so nice to us and respectful and empathetic. It really goes a long way. I know your job has to be tough putting animals to sleep, but just know you are appreciated so much.

I will hands down always recommend Wedgewood. They were the most compassionate from the time I called until I checked out. The front office staff is top notch and made sure my pup and myself were both comfortable and answered all my questions. Dr. Belcourt was absolutely amazing, as soon as she walked in she grabbed treats and sat in the floor with my girl. I cannot thank this amazing team enough.

We drive 30 minutes to have our dogs seen by Dr Heintz. He's amazing and the staff at Wedgewood is always friendly. Highly recommend!

Wedgewood is always fantastic! They are very friendly and do an awesome job with even the most nervous pets! They are timely and efficient and truly care about your pet!

dr. belcourt is not the vet to see. we have taken our dog in for the same issue 3 times now and the first time she hardly looked at the problem, stating he was fine. The issue persisted and we went back - it was followed by an apology and how they didn’t want to lose my business. That is the most she has spoken to us. She hardly communicated anything to us any of the times we have been in and have gotten several visible eye rolls from her. I understand completely that my dog is a bit difficult (maybe even deserving of an eye roll) when put into situations he is uncomfortable but I have been to other vets (Companion Animal Clinic) who treat my dog with no issue somehow and without acting like it’s a huge burden. I have wasted time and money. If you must go to this clinic see Dr Heintz - he has been helpful in the past.

Dr heinz is hands down the most compassionate kind person. I've been going to him for years and wouldn't ever stray. He is thorough and does what is necessary. 10 out of 10 recommend.

We can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Heintz and his incredible staff in the rooms and at the front desk. We’re always treated with the upmost care and compassion. We couldn’t ask for better hands to take care of our first loves.

Dr. Heintz is the best and Morgan one of the techs is amazing she is the only one that could get my dog Val to calm down, she is one of the best assistants for Val I have ever met. Overall best clinic in the city!
