You were all so incredibly kind! I appreciated the extra time you took to sit on the floor and help Harley to feel safe and comfortable before bringing her back for her exam. Love them. They treat you and your pet like family, seriously. The entire staff has endless patience and are so good about answering your questions. I especially love that they take donations and work with the homeless support. Definitely give this place a try if you're looking for a vet.

The vets and staff here are super caring and very knowledgeable about animal health. We have trusted them for several years with the care of our dogs and cats.

Always 5 stars when we take out animals here. Having moved her from Dallas a few years ago it was hard to find a vet we trusted with our dogs. The staff and vets are top notch. They even made a donation, in the name of our pug who we had to put to sleep, to OSU vet school. I cannot say enough how this made us feel when we found the thought was truly appreciated.

I called this vet office requesting services, after I explained twice what I needed, I was put on hold, after a long hold I hear someone picking up the phone and hanging up. Please note that when I initially started to talk to the receptionist, she answered something completely different to what I was asking about, in another words, no idea what I was saying.

Took my cat to have his nails clipped. Never left my vehicle. Staff was professional and attentive. So grateful for their assistance.

I took my 15 year old pitbull to be examined she won't eat and she is having problems getting around they were very helpful throughout the entire process and my dog was more than happy to go with them which says a lot because my Daisy doesn't really like strangers they have fair pricing and you can tell they really truly love animals it is curbside service because of the Coronavirus but other than that 10 out of 10 would recommend

My husband and I are very thankful for the staff at the Family Pet Hospital. Because we are first time pet owners, we had a lot of questions about how to properly take care of our pet and they went above and beyond, making sure to explain anything and everything we needed to ease our minds and help us care for him. The staff was so kind and patient with us and we look forward to working with them in the future.

Took great care of my dog.

Very nice and I didnt feel pressured by any additional services. And took care of my puppy even when she was super shy and took the time to exam her and not rush her around. Also very friendly with taking the time to break things down for me since my disability hinders my processing skills. Very happy to find a good veteran facility that I can be happy to go back too.
