Diagnosed and fixed my boy right up. Service was spectacular, and the environment was clean and inviting. Would highly recommend.

The veterinarians are great. All the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the clinic.

Pretty pricy for what they do. Obvious they are into animals but geeze, the costs for simple services has me looking elsewhere.

Dr. Chris is the best veterinarian, bar none! Every animal in his care receives the highest level of knowledgeable, skilled and compassionate treatment. Pet owners are also treated kindly and patiently, with proper doses or humor and seriousness.

My Pomeranian fell ill when we returned from vacation. Our regular vet had since left the veterinary clinic unbeknownst to us. They couldn't get us in for 3 days, gentle Care animal hospital got us in that afternoon. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, Dr Baker is amazing! I was having a little bit of a bad day, and took a comment the wrong way. To diffuse the situation the tech behind the counter brought out his new little pomeranian. Puppy therapy is the best! We have now switched both of our dogs to Gentle Care Animal Hospital!

Dr. Chris and his whole staff are the most wonderful people I have ever met I take my little Yorky sweetie in there when she is sick and they take care of her so well and they are gentle and kind with your babies and if you Are concern on the weekends dr. Chris always gets right back with you I appreciate him so much and I trust my baby with him if you need the best this is where you need to be thank you so much!!!!

Love Dr. Chris! Our dogs have been patients for about 6 years since we moved to Edmond. We've lost two and he cried right along with us when we had to let them go. He is direct and will tell us when a treatment no longer works when it is time, which is of most importance to me when I'm not ready to hear it but he is also compassionate. Their comfort and well-being are most important to us, as it is to him. Our new rescue loves going to see him, getting to hang out with the office kitties and the treats of course. Dr. Chris is very passionate about his job & always takes the time to answer questions and treats our kiddos like they're his own.

Dr. Chris and his staff are amazing! We have needed him twice this past year and an emergency revisit from those. He always makes time for us, and you can tell how much he cares. I also feel like it is a good value for the service. Thank you so much

The owner was rude and unprofessional both over the phone and by text. Wish I could attach screenshots so you can be warned of who you could be doing business with. Trust me, DO NOT USE THIS VET!!!!

I strongly recommend this place! Our family had an immediate need yesterday to have our Zoe see a new vet. Our normal vet recently went out of business due to the pandemic. We were blown away at how kind, caring, and awesome this place was. Though we had to go through a tough process, the doctor and staff were so helpful. If you didn't know better, you would have thought Zoe had been a patient there her whole life. They took the time to answer our questions even for our 9 year old son, didn't rush us, explained the process thoroughly, and allowed us plenty of time to say goodbye. They made a customer out of me moving forward. Thank you Gentle Care Animal Hospital!!!

I've been taking my fur kiddos to Dr Chris for 8 years and have always adored him. I showed up for my 3:30 appointment yesterday and was told my appointment was at 3 and 3:30 and I needed to leave and reschedule. I was told I was sent an email and voicemail to confirm . After checking email and voicemail i called the receptionist to explain her voicemail said 3:30. She put Dr Chris on the line who scolded me for disrespecting their time and offered for me to wait out in my car and he would attempt to squeeze us in. He said it wasn't fair to his other customers that I didn't pay attention. I texted him my voicemail and received the attached reply below. I'm very disappointed - I've been very loyal to Gentle Care. I can no longer recommend them "Mean you didn’t know both dogs were coming since message only said one dog. You never thought to check your email. It doesn’t matter how long you have been coming here, it not fare to make the next client that is on time wait for their appointment. Plus I offered to get you in and I’m looking at email that your never opened. Don’t try to play the poor me card. I also have a busy schedule and if you feel your inconveniencing us you are by not being punctual. Do you not base your business on scheduling. There is a vet hospital on every corner find one you are fired!!"

I had an initial appointment and shots set up for a pup today. At 245 I received a message that they would have to cancel my 330 appointment. I understand bad weather happens. That call could've been made much sooner. I also had planned my 1 day off a week around this appointment today. The girl on the phone could've cared less. I also read and understood your cancelation policy. A policy you don't abide by at all......You owe me $25.

Thank you so much Dr. Chris for all that you did for my Penny. You are an amazing vet and such a great person. I will always come to you for my animals.

I’m so thankful I heard about this place. I had been going to a different Vet, but he has retired, before him I was going to a small town Vet, but I moved. The staff is wonderful. My fur baby sees Dr. Baker. You can tell they really care.

Knowledgeable, compassionate and affordable. This is the only place you should take your pets.
