The staff was extremely friendly and was actually concerned about my puppies and didn't act like they were just doing it for the money like most vet offices.

I called 9/10 at 3pm. I explained my dog had been bitten by something. The front desk person said they didn't have time for emergency. I explained she may die by next week when there was an appointment. She said it wasn't her problem if my dog dies. She the receptionist needs another job. I have been going to Oakwood vet for at least 15 years. It is a shame I am leaving because of the front desk.

Only used this office a few times so far as my vet had just retired. But my experience so far is the dr is very knowledgeable and informative. Staff is friendly (which is always a plus)

I love Dr. Ohman you can tell that he sincerely loves nd cares about animals, he's been amazing with every animal I've brought to him and he won't charge you an arm and leg

I called to see about making an appointment for our cat, and was told the regular receptionist wasn't there, but she would call me back when she returned... THREE DAYS LATER - STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL!!!

The Dr is so kind.. he kept my dog Russell for seven nights and 8 days giving him fluids medications and IV..he almost died and only charged me right at about 500 and let me give him c/c info and charged my card $50 a week every Friday until it was paid off.. by the way he saved him and he is still doing great

The woman in the phone was very rude and hung up on me twice. Said they couldn’t help me out. I will never go here. Very unprofessional.
