My daughter and I rushed our 12 yr old Shitzu to them at 8 am she was attacked by a stray dog???? needless to say we were in hysterics and I can not say enough how much I truly appreciate the Angels God sends us when we need them they took excellent care of her and we want to say a big Thank you for being so kind to us!

These people are the best!!! They are swamped dealing with the covid but always do their best to provide service.

As a potential customer with a pet emergency, I should not get placed on hold for 20 minutes. Completely unprofessional. Definitely steer clear of here if you have a pet emergency.

First of all, Troy don't ever threaten me again. Secondly, that front desk staff, they're rude, very childish, unprofessional, they yell at people, they interrupt you when you're talking, they talk over you, they talk when you're talking and they blame YOU for the Veterinarian not doing his job. Everyone there is very defensive about everything and it's no wonder why they have had so many previous employees leave them like a bad habit! They're defensive for a reason and I wonder what they're hiding, I just wish I would have read the reviews before I ever went there. Last but CERTAINLY not least, to the young child who doesn't know how to conduct herself in a professional work environment; you need further training in Customer Service and remember being a snowflake and hanging up on someone is what we don't do, so I would suggest that's where you can start.

Dr. Scree was so kind and he and his tech explained everything, took their time and you can tell they love dogs! I also was happy with the reasonableness of the charges.

I had been online looking for somewhere to take my dog to get her toenails clipped because she's been whining at night so when I take my dog in this lady tells me I don't have the proper papers so she can't help me majorly upset I turn around and walk out I'm getting into my car when this young lady came to the door and ask if I've been helped and I told her my situation and she told me to get back in here.She took care of my dog like it was hers. I truly felt the Blessing that day It had freed my mind and time no more stress. Customer service and Care A1...... My doggies angel...

The very Best Veterinary hospital around!! Wonderful, Amazing Doctors!! Dr.Troy is sooo compassionate about every fur baby that is brought in!!! Their staff is so caring and they answer every question you ask. If they don't have the answer, they are quick to find out. Spot on Staff. Wouldn't ever dream of going anywhere else! ????????❤❤❤❤

Went here for a simple X-Ray for a pregnancy to just count skulls which was already overpriced. Complete waste of time. They "counted" six skulls when there were only five puppies. The whole point of getting the X-Ray is to know when the stopping point is when she does go into labor. We waited 4 hours after the fifth puppy stressed out not knowing what was going on with this last puppy. "Oh it was just a miscount". Oh then how about you give me my money back. I even asked for a copy of this X-Ray and never received it. Do not take even a rooster or pet goldfish to this location.

They did a great job taking care of my cats. Nice and clean with claws trimmed and flea treatment. Outstanding service!

Very helpful in advise when I couldn't brings cat in due to finances. Not a substatuye for the vet care but in a 911 emergency I was given sound advice on what to do without the guilt trip of them treating me like a cheapskate and trying to get something for free like some do. I was treated professionally and was given sound advice to tide me o er til we could get in. I thank you very much for all you do for animals.

My little Fluffy was so sick I was scared of losing her. Now she is so much better and eating a little more. Nice Dr and nice people. They really do care for our fur babies.

I've never been disappointed with the staff and service throughout my years of taking our family pets to them. Whenever we had one of our dogs put down, the head vet (his name is coming to a blank at the moment) was really kind and consoled us. I would highly recommend these people for any kind of service you would need to your pet

Second time visiting this clinic with our two puppies. 1st time was with strict covid restrictions but this time we were able to go in the back with our puppies. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back. The lady who assisted the doctor was very nice and the doctor was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and we learned a couple of things from him during our visit. They made us feel very welcomed. I totally recommend this place. We will definitely be going back.

I have used Midwest veterinarian on and off for many many years for many many years. Doctor Thompson is the best. Today they didn't have any appointments but said if I dropped my dog off they would work her in then call me back.

Very busy....waited a long time to get seen, but good experience

We have been taking our miniature schnauzer which was diagnosed with epilepsy from the beginning (the last 8 years and current) The support staff is amazing and the Doctor’s are as well always available for you and your furbaby. Highly recommend!

I went there on a Saturday for shots to baby maltese I so so impressed with all of the personnel an dr.troy and peggy they are wonderful that dont ask for the money that helps such I'm so appreciate of that Hole place in People I cant say enough .they no other veterinarians around like this place .Steve ..????

After 5+ yrs using Midwest Vet for my senior yorkie mix, today was his last visit before crossing over. I just wanted to especially thank Dr. Acree and the staff for always taking such good care of little Biscuit and helping us extend his life as long as ethically possible. The process of putting him down was made much easier with the compassion, softness, and patience of this veterinarian. We love Midwest Vet and will continue using them for our other animals. Thank you.

Dr Troy has accomodated our needs as a giant and Saint Bernard rescue. He is kind, caring, compassionate and patient! Prices are great but the service and empathy towards our rescue dogs is top notch!

The whole staff is just wonderful. From the vets to the vet techs to the reception ladies to the kennel staff all are compassionate professionals that always go above and beyond to make sure your pet gets the best care possible. I am so thankful I found them 3 yrs ago.
