No wasted time there. Two dogs in and out. We love this place.

We liked the staff at White Oaks, but they’ve become so busy that they couldn’t get my pups in for anything, even routine checkups. If there were an emergency I would be more than happy to take my dog to an emergency vet because I know White Oaks is probably not equipped to handle emergencies, but when my dog had a bad ear infection they told me it would be 3 weeks before I could bring her in. She was absolutely miserable and I knew that was too long to wait. I (politely) told the receptionist we would be finding a new vet and she said “wait just a second” and came back two minutes later telling me she found an opening and I could bring her in that afternoon. Why wasn’t that offered to me initially? We were never unsatisfied with the care our pets received but not being able to get our dogs seen in a timely manner was unacceptable to us.

I’ve been bringing my two dogs to White Oaks for over 11 years. They have had regular check-ups, all of their vaccines, heart guard and teeth cleaning at White Oaks. I also buy their flea and tick medicine from them. This week I called to make an appointment for our new puppy. They told me it would be 2 to 3 weeks. Obviously, anyone who is a dog lover knows this is an unacceptable time frame for a new puppy. However, I own my own business so I understand scheduling can sometimes be difficult. My main issue was the absolute and complete rudeness of the woman who answered the phone. She basically hung-up on me! All of that after 11 years of loyalty not to mention money spent here. I called another vet and will never be going back. If you love your animals, find a place that cares as much as you do!!!!!!!! ( I think there is a previous review basically echoing mine)

They were so fast and efficient. Once I was checked in, my dog's regular checkup only took maybe 10 minutes.

I tried to get medication for my pet from another source which required White Oaks approval for a med they furnished my fog. Their customer service is so bad that a 1 star rating is much to high. My daughter also had an emergency with their pet and were told come back in 3 weeks. Never again will I bother them!

Very nice people but pretty expensive relative to other options. Also, seem to suggest or push shots that don't seem necessary (kennel cough).

Informative, friendly, professional and clean facility with very affordable pricing. Was recommended as the best veterinary care by a close friend and we’ve been recommending White Oaks the same since they’ve been taking care of our little guy.

Switching vets immediately. This vet is for vaccines only. Any kind of emergency situation they will turn you away... tell you they don’t have time for you pet.: and tell you to go to the pet hospital. What kind of vet turns away an animal in need??? when it’s the middle of the day on a week day??? Very unfriendly vet tech. I can’t believe how Horrible the customer service is. Not informative. And I have taken every single pet of mine here for the last 4 years....I have a diabetic dog as well... what happened if they tell me I can’t bring him in if he has a seizure??? Take him to strangers to help him??? 30 mins farther away??? So sad this place has gone down hill..

Very slow check in and slow check out there were no other customers - needed ear drops for very small dog wasn't there very long and charged 118. 00 ....I feel they charge to much

My family and I have been taking our animals to White Oaks for years. We love the value and care we get from Dr. Bianchi and the wonderful staff. I really appreciate how clean and inviting the waiting area is.

My family & I have been using this vet clinic for a few years now after using one closer to our house. We are pleased with a short wait time and competent veterinarians & staff. They are all friendly and take the time to listen to our concerns. I recommend this vet clinic highly!

They have a shot clinic on the first weekend of the month, $30 for vaccines. Staff is really nice.

I have been going to this vet for over 10 years ...my Golden is 10 and has a kidney issues I got home from work one day and he was having a hard time getting up and I called to see if I could bring him in and was told NO during regular working hours (this was at 1:30) ...that I would need to take him to blue pearl a vet that has never seen my dog and does not know of any of his past or present issues but they couldn’t/wouldn’t make time for us! We went to blue pearl and they took X-rays and found other problems with my dog that this vet didn’t know because they told me X-rays were not necessary... they also said that one of the medications they had my golden on should NOT BE TAKEN WITH HIS Kidney issues ...So I took him to another vet and wrote a bad review on here but felt bad so deleted it. we also have a dog with diabetes but he was not diagnosed here even after taking him here several times for heath issues...he got diagnosed when we were on vacation in Florida and almost DIED! If they had just checked his blood or ran a urinalysis they would have caught it 3 months earlier...today when my daughter went into their office to try to buy her dog his insulin she was met at the front desk by a vet that wasn’t ours and proceeded to talk down to my daughter saying “I ripped them a new one with my bad review “ (in front of three other customers in the lobby) and that they sent our records to another vet... when she stood up for herself and explained the confusion the doctor continued to argue with her(they did sell her the insulin but said this would be the last time... needless to say we will NEVER be returning to this vet again!!!

Dr. Bohi is very knowledgeable and explains things in an easy to understand and thorough manner. Today she ran blood tests for my almost 13 year old Chocolate Lab, Tater, to deem him safe for daily pain medicine which he now requires. She is in depth and concise in her physical exam of Tater explaining along the way her findings. I left feeling informed and very satisfied with her treatment and diagnosis of Tater. Tater is my ❤ .

Very friendly and caring place to take your beloved family pets. They really care and it shows. Several years ago when one of my cats died they sent a sympathy card, seriously, that was so kind and thoughtful. They are just a tad bit more expensive than the vets in town, but the convenience is worth it to me. Highly recommended.
