Way to expensive for the cut my dog received. If they were lacking in the experience department they should’ve just said so…. The owner was rude about it when I said something to her. Will not be taking my dog back. I would say I highly do not recommend going but they need the experience in order to learn so be my guest.

We have two Shelties and they always look like new dogs after the grooming they get (in a good way)!

Love this place! I take my Newfie mix here and have since we got her. We’ve never had a dog that needed to be groomed, and I’m so glad I found this place. They’re great with her, and they do a fantastic job!

Update: We have been going here for over a year now. We have a standing appointment every 4 weeks. Our dogs get so excited when they know they are going to the groomer. They document everything they do and we get the same great results every time. Update: We love these groomers! Our dogs are perfect every time. They really listen and try to do everything exactly how you want it. Even better, my dogs are excited to go there! They stand behind their work. Literally, these are the best groomers in town. I took my dogs and my mom's dog to be groomed here for the first time today. They did a fantastic job! Our dogs were not afraid to go in and they're groomed perfectly! Thank you so much for the excellent quality of service. The employees were very nice and friendly! We will definitely be back!

Just went in for gland expression nail trim . My fur baby loved her.

The groomer that cared for my Bandit did a great job. He may not have enjoyed the process but he was ready to give her kisses when he saw her again. She obviously won his heart.

Finally, found a salon that cuts my dogs hair exactly like I want. Friendly, professional.

The grooming was amazing!!! It's so hard to find someone to correctly groom an aussie and they knocked it out of the park on my 3. They even corrected my oldest coat, she was butchered at the last groomer. My issue was payment. re's some issue with however they are typing in payments....instead of offering to come and run my card on the chip reader even after I told then my bank didn't show attempts for them I was sent to at ATM. When I insisted they let me watch them type it in they allowed me to use the chip reader and viola it went through. The manager acted so put out because I was upset and cursed. Smh yea it's a part of an upset vocabulary when a customer is telling you there's an error on your end and gone as far as calling their bank you should do a bit more investigating on your end. The manager also made sure to point out they do prefer cash or check and was upset when I replied that should've been disclosed when booking or even upon drop off. My dogs came home adorable and happy but ill know now take cash since it is what they prefer.

Our dog has been groomed here for several years and we have always has a positive experience. The staff is always pleasant and love animals. Even most of the dogs are wagging their tails while getting a haircut. I am so happy and you will be too if you come here with your furry baby.

Victoria did exactly what I described! Excellent service! My dog was covered with mattes and I was nervous she would look like a rat afterwards. To my suprise, she looked just as cute if not more than she did before. Victoria is an amazing magician! Will definitely return again.

The groomers at Diamond were very professional and knowledgeable about our Bichon Frise and Teacup Yorkie! The grooming on both our babies was amazing! The staff was also very friendly!

I’m sure this was an unusual experience but because of an emergency with my groomer, my dog ended up being there 8 hours. Other than that, Spock, my dog, looked better than ever. This was my 1st appt with them but overall my experience was good. Beautiful job.

Please never use Diamond Dog Pet Grooming. Every time you go the prices are a mystery, the groomer Audriauna does a good job but her attitude is not worth it - and they cut my Doodle’s tongue and Zelda the “manager” didn’t want to tell me. I even tried to call the owner Christina and was told i was disrespectful. I just wonder what standards there really are when they treat people this way. It is not worth the hefty fee i paid for grooming of three dogs and tips. I have definitely argued with this owner and groomer and i shouldn’t have to be in a verbal altercation feeling like i am protecting my dogs and then suffering this rude treatment and lack of understanding. There are other good places to go.

Today was my dog first day at this grooming Spa and his haircut was amazing after so many years I finally loved the cut and look for him, it was perfect. I was also applaud at how the staff informed me how great he was doing during grooming in which he is usually difficult to groom . I am a very pleased client and will return . I definitely recommend!
