I brought my dog in because he had a limp and had an odd cough. Our vet took an X-ray, platelet counts, and took his temperature and came to the diagnosis of tick fever. She didn’t recommend a tick panel and said that it would be a waste of money. She prescribed us a light pain medication along with an antibiotic and said come back if he doesn’t resolve within a couple of days. Five days later my dog wasn’t better and had begun to worsen and was limping more and had trouble eating, drinking, excessive drooling, and had puked once. We called the vet and they once again affirmed us saying it was alright for the night and to bring him in the next day with no charge. My dog had passed by the morning. They said later that the excessive drooling was a sign that they were wrong and it was much more serious but did not tell us over the phone the night before. I was at college and they didn’t allow me the courtesy of seeing my dog one last time by at least telling me how serious it actually was. If you’re thinking about using this vet service. Do not.

All the doctors here are top notch, but I'm extremely partial to Dr. Park, she helps me over and over with all my pets. She's the best.

We are so happy to have found a great vet clinic! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the doctor thorough in his explanation of what my pet's problem was as well as how best I could treat it. They also called later that day just checking up on him again too - loving care doesn't even begin to describe this level of customer satisfaction!!

There are not enough words to say how much we love Britton Rd. The team of individuals here are the best around and we cherish them all like family. All of the vets at the clinic are AMAZING doctors and they care so much for your fur children. We have been with here for many years and hate to be moving because of these great people.

My sister got a brand new puppy who wasn't feeling well. They got him right in and they were so thorough and sweet

I recently had to put my dog down. I can't even tell you how painful it is and this hospital was so awesome with my situation. I had been going to my other vet for 15 year's and she would not see my dog. I called these guy's up they told me to come in, they Carried my dog out of the car, the girl's in the front were so caring. The Dr. came out and told me it was time and i had put her down. The process was so loving that they will now have my business. These guy's are so stand up, thanks again

Excellent Vet & very friendly & helpful veterinarians. I love that they take walk-ins which is super helpful when your pup is sick. As a new pet owner they have been super patient with me and helped me with all my small questions. Super happy to have them to take care of my pet!

Go I ng again tomorrow. So far seem reasonably priced, and the whole group is helpful. Taking lucky bac tomorrow.

Loved Dr.Park she loves bulldogs ! Everyone was super nice and its reasonably priced they dont push extra stuff on ya that you dont need. I can appreciate that

AMAZING staff!! They are so kind to the to your fur-babies and you too. Great phone and in person communication from the reception, techs, and doctors. My dog and cat(picky cat) both are comfortable with staff.

This is by far my favorite vet clinic in town. I have a GSD that has somewhat of an unknown background (potential abuse), and she can sometimes be reactive to strangers. Every time I’ve come they’ve selected a vet tech that owns GSDs to bring her in to the clinic and she’s done really well. They have always been quick to diagnose any issues and quick to get her back out to my car. Highly recommend this vet clinic!

Had to take our cat in because of a really bad tail injury , ended up having to amputate half of his tail. The cost was actually very reasonable and the care they showed our baby was outstanding. Couldn't ask for a better clinic and staff.

They have been taking care of my son's three dogs four years. Great place for animals. And human animals to.

We have been going to this clinic for about 7 years and love every single person who works there. We usually ask to see Dr. Riffel because he's been the one handling a terminal case for one of our kitties, but when he's busy all the other vets on staff are very thorough and ask questions to be up to date on the situation. I see other reviews about how they're too busy, but I feel like they give each patient quality care and never rush exams or become frustrated with questions, which might lead to longer wait times occasionally. Overall they are very affordable for the services they provide and along with the above and beyond care they provide our kitties I don't ever see us switching vets unless we moved out of state.

Maggie Mae is always treated like the precious princess she is here at Britton Road!! The staff is totally incredible as during this COVID they have come to the client's vehicles and picked up pets!! Then Dr. Mauldin (Maggie's main guy) comes out and gives me her report!! Ya gotta luv it!!!

Absolutely great.We have taken our dogs to Dr.Malden for years.The newer doctors seem very caring and capable.

I've gone to this vet for over 15 years and I love them as much today as I did back then! They truly care about your pet as if it were their own. Some people complain about pricing, but I believe you pay for what you get and it's worth every penny!! Katrin recently retired and she will be dearly missed with her wealth of knowledge and expertise of 37 years at BRVC. She was a joy as are the rest of the staff.

Always treats my dog well. But sometimes seems a little too busy. I've felt lost in the shuffle at times.

We had an emergency with our little one, they were welcoming and quick with helping him.

What a wonderful clinic to offer the walk in feature. It saved my puppy's life. Dr Baptiste was wonderful and caring every step of the way. If it hadn't been for this clinic, Dr Baptiste, and the wonderful tech who was on parvo duty, my new puppy would have never lived. I'm so thankful for them.

If you care about your pet, do not use Britton Road.
