I just moved to Oklahoma recently and am VERY particular about my baby. He already had some wounds on his hip and he was sensitive to touch that area and they assured me they would watch out for him. I picked up an extremely happy baby who had a good haircut (NOT CHOPPY), itching hardly at all from the shampoo they used for his sensitive skin, and they trimmed him exactly how I wanted. My only concern was the cut from the clippers under his belly. I knew he was sensitive to touch and accidents happen so I dismissed it, but would have liked to at least been told. But I will be back.

They were very personable and friendly. Lucy looked beautiful when we picked her up. Definitely will be back!! But why no bows in her hair?

Piper had her first visit today and picked her up looking AND SMELLING great!! We will be back!

My dog was stuffed in a cage terrified and left with no water for god knows how long. I showed up early and found him shaking in a pool of his own urine scared to death. Never again will ANYONE at this place touch my dogs. I should have reported Dustin and the doped up kid he had manning the front desk. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!

Cindy, Dennis and Dustin are so great with all of the pets they take in for routine grooming. I highly suggest taking your beloved pet here and watch the magic they can do on your furry friend.

Awesome place! The owner took my pup and got her nails done promptly

Probably been there 20 times over past few years and we always have to tell them to correctly cut our dog after reminding them every time we drop them off. Frustrating

They are very kind and good at their jobs. I used to use a mobile groomer had a bad experience with them so this was the first time I took my fur babies to a brick and mortar dog groomer. They were scared and anxious as was I. I even called to check on them. They were kind and understood. My doggies did good and I was more than happy with the outcome. The price was more than reasonable also. I highly recommend them.

I've been a loyal customer for years. They've always done a terrific job on my dogs.

Took my 14 year old Bichon to be groomed before my surgery. I suspected they sprayed perfume on her and did very little else. After my recovery, I took her to another groomer and I correct in my assumption. Will never return to this place.

It's was good but, they didn't do what I wanted them to do and when I got their the groomer wasn't even there.

Walked in on a Saturday to get my puggle's nails trimmed. They got it done right away...easy peasy.

We take our dog here for nail trims. Great people fast service!

Love this place! Great service very friendly. You can tell they love being around pets. Highly reccomend this place!! My dog always comes out smelling good and looking better. They listen well to what you request done on your puppy. Definetaley give them a shot!

These folks always do a fantastic job.

Did not have a pleasant experience here. Minimal done, my little girl got a bath but the owner recommended she not get a cut. I suspect it was because she didn't WANT to actually cut her hair. $40+ for a bath and nail trim. I bathe her weekly anyway so this place did me no favors. From the moment I walked in and then when I returned, the owner had an attitude of literally not caring about new business. She was not friendly and there was nothing welcoming for a first (and last) time customer. I'll definitely be using the groomer I originally used. The only reason I tried this place was the proximity to my house as well as a personal recommendation.

The staff there is great. They listen to how you want your dog trimmed and cut right every time. Their prices are very reasonable. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else!

I took my dog here to get groomed. Yes I will admit that he isn't the best dog when it comes to being groomed but after working at a vet clinic for 5 years not all dogs are but they nicked his ears with the clippers and didn't say a word to us about it when we picked him up. I know accidents can happen but they should have mentioned it to me. Now it is really bothering him. They also didn't want to see proof of his shot records which I should've seen as a big red flag. I won't be going back.

They do a very good job on my dog and have the friendly service with a personal touch.

I've been a customer for the past year and couldn't be happier! My Rocco looks great every time and I can tell he's in great hands. Love the staff. You can tell they love animals.
