Very clean. Great interaction by staff with animals. Quick reception and attentiveness with appointments. Caring staff.

My husband Walt and I moved to Hot Springs Village 4 years ago when we chose Dr. Porterfield to be our vet. for our Maltese Jake and our Shih Tzu Elliebelle. Our pups were older and both had to be put down by Dr. Porterfield with Ellie being put down just a couple months ago. Now, my husband and I rescued a small female rescue puppy we named Gracie Lee. Dr. Porterfield will be doing Gracies spaying later this month. Dr. Porterfield is wonderful in every way........

In my 70 years of life, I've NEVER known a Better Veterinarian Clinic than Waggin Wheel. EVERYONE cares!!!! They're all so Kind to our Babies ❣️. I've honestly never witnessed such L????VE as theirs. Cradling animals, just as we, the parents, would do❣️ I mean, seriously, no other Veterinarian Clinic does that! I can't express the Gratitude in my ❤️. ????????

Dr. Jill is the best, all the ladies in the office are so wonderful ❤ They all take such good care of me and my fur babies

Dr Rebecca Bilby is wonderful with my cats. Thorough and gentle . Usually the staff is wonderful too bit guess they're short handed.

I love this place. Dr. Brian Vandergriff is the most caring & sincere vet I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He not only gave me more time with my dog freedom, he made sure she was not in so much pain. He knew my Financial situation and still did his best, without judgment. He knew the love I had /have for my baby girl. When I thought it was time for her to go , he did not give up on her. That gave me more time with her that I will always treasure. When it did come time to let her go he took time to let me say good bye. I don’t normally trust vets. Him I will always trust!! If u want the best for ur fur babies he’s the guy to go to. When I got her ashes, it was done with love. I could go on & on about how great he is. I just hope u give him a call when you need a vet, you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! I will be forever Greatful to him & his loving & caring ways. Thank You Dr. Brian, I will never forget what you have done for me & my baby.

I've been real happy with them. They have been taking care of my cat for years now. The poor thing has feline leukemia now unfortunately but still eating so we've been keeping a close eye on him.

Our dog Ginger loves to stay here when we take trips. They take great care of her. Would highly recommend them.

Pretty nice place, they are quick efficient and helpful as well as friendly. Have not had any issues with waggin wheel, they have fixed 2 females and 1 make cat for me and have 5 more slotted to get fixed soon. They treated a kitten that was given over to me on deaths door and the drs at waggin wheel have very kindly supported my efforts to nurse her back to health.

I called this morning and they got Gus right in. All of the staff are amazing. Dr. Porterfield is awesome. The cost blew me away. Coming from Oregon, I was expecting at least $200. Not even close. I highly recommend Wagon Wheel.

Fast friendly. They seemed to have lots of regular people returning with pets upkeep.

The added touch with the candle and message to respect that we were suffering the loss of our sweet Golden Henry.....was so very nice. Dr Porterfield is an amazing, caring Vet.

The best Vets in town. Always ready to help and the support staff is great. If you need to leave them a message, do so. They take care of the pets and customers onsite first and return calls same day. Kroger loves the whole crew and loves daycare with his human buddies. They donate time and medical services to Hot Springs Animal Welfare League caring for animals in need, too.

We love Dr Bilby. The dogs trust her and she's very gentle with them. The techs are also very good with the dogs. Julie at the front desk is a real peach! Everything is really expensive but every vet is so I might as well go where I like the vet and the people.

We had to have our 15 1/2 year old rat terrier put down this morning. Everyone was extremely compassionate and sensitive to our needs. What wonderful, caring people at this clinic.

We've had 4 cats spayed here in the last 7 days - through the spay and neuter program in Hot Springs Village AR. From the day we ordered the vouchers until the cats were in recovery the Waggin Wheel Veterinary Clinic provided everything we needed. From information to pick-up animal, the experience of spaying the female cats I'm in our community was pleasant and trouble free.
