Absolutely brilliant service, my dog Pete (a long haired German Shepherd) went in on Friday 16th April, we asked if they had time could they bath and groom him. We picked him up today 18th April and he looks amazing. Brilliant place cannot recommend Pet Central Hotel enough. Thank you for not only giving us piece of mind knowing he is being well looked after, but for making him look stunning.

I've been taking my dog, Storm here for a number of years now and cannot recommend Pet Central high enough. Wouldnt take him anywhere else, he gets so well looked after. Love seeing the photos of him when I am on holiday

I collected our pet after a few days stay and had to take her to see my vet with in 2 hours of collecting her as she was in such poor condition. After further vet visits the worst outcome happened. Unfortunately response from the proprietor was also unprofessional.

Pet central, look after your dog, as if its their own. My dog always goes in wagging his tail and comes out wagging his tail. This place is excellent. Thankyou

My cat Verity spent a week in there and they gave my cat the love and devotion that all animals should have in Catteries ,i would recomend to anyone

Lovely place to take your dog or cat for a holiday while you're away on yours.???? staff are lovely and you can see what your pets been up to on Facebook, as they have a page and post photos of what the dogs and cats have been up to. Would definitely recommend.

My dog was happy here, but i didn't see her interact with other dogs which she likes to do and i didn't see her room before we left her. Staff very friendly and they sent her home with a stuffed toy.

My dog loves visiting here and the staff always make him feel comfortable and welcome! I also adore the regular updates via social media, the daily picture is amazing and lets me see my dog enjoying himself!

The staff there are really good have used them the last few years. They post pictures of your pet on Facebook so you know what they are doing. 1st class pet hotel while you have your holidays. Would highly recommend these guys to take care of your pet.

Have taken my dogs here for years now and they are always happy to go back to stay staff are lovely too I will use this kennel for many years to come

Love this place, or should I say our dogs do. The staff here are really friendly, caring and helpful. When we arrive to drop the dogs off the staff always welcome the dogs with plenty of fuss.

Not sure about this place, you can't actually see the kennels as they are hidden behind a gate. When I picked my dog up she stunk of talcum powder which suggests to me trying to cover up a smell. It could have been innocent but make of it what you will.

Would not go anywhere else. Always well looked after and owners very friendly. Frankie loves staying there!

I used Pet Central for my 7 year old terrier, who hadn't been in kennels before. When I arrived to collect her she was happily running round with other dogs and obviously hadn't missed me. Very happy with the service and made another 2 booking before taking her home.

It's Home from Home - Pet Central Hotel is the only place that I would leave my cat Silky ! The staff are really well qualified & experienced and are extremely friendly and of course really look after your pet as though they were their own to make them feel at home. Pet Central has a fantastic new cattery which is immaculately clean and tidy, with beautiful cosy accommodation for my fussy cat, she can even have a heated bed in the winter ! Lovely relaxing music playing to make it even nicer. Will be booking Silky's next stay soon, it's like a holiday for her too !
