Dr. Windle and her staff are THE most caring and kind group of people! I can't recommend Spaw City enough!

We had just moved to the village and our 12-year-old, female lab, Hayden, failed. We knew that her time was limited and did not want to see her suffer. I’d researched vets in the area and chose Spaw City based on the reviews. Thank you for that. I called and set up an appointment for the next day. Hayden passed while I was on the phone. I called right back and Ashley said that if we could bring her right over, they would handle everything. And, they did. The staff was remarkable. They unloaded her-still on her dog bed and had us choose an urn. About a week later, we received a call to pick up the ashes. They were very professionally boxed and labeled. Inside, the cedar box was wrapped in purple tissue paper, had two sympathy cards, a certification of cremation and the story of the rainbow bridge. I can’t say enough about the staff at Spaw City. They were compassionate, responsive, and made the process so easy for us. We so appreciate everything.

Profit over pets I recently took my puppy to SpawCity Animal hospital, to be vaccinated. I’m a low vision person on disability and don’t drive. I live on a budget and set money aside to make sure that I can care for my pets. The vaccinations, flea and tick prevention and heart worm medications, cost me much more than expected, but saved me having to get a ride into town. When it was time for me to reorder these medications, I tried to order through Chewy.com. They responded by saying that I needed to contact my vet. When I called SpawCity and asked fo them to approve my prescription, I was told that they preferred not to do that, because they didn’t trust that the medications from Chewy.com, weren’t from China. When I explained to them that I was low vision, didn’t drive and had everything delivered, I was told that they would make an exception, but I would have to come and get the prescription and I would be charged an additional $10. This vet is lying to every patient, by telling them that she doesn’t trust the medications from Chewy.com, because they might be from China. Chewy.com earned more than $7 billion last year and is owned by PetSmart. I’m sure they have safeguards in place, to ensure that they aren’t getting black market pet meds from China. This is a greedy ploy by this vet to take advantage of people, by being dishonest. She wants to make a profit off of the preventative medications, so she dissuades people from ordering online. If they choose to do so anyway, they will have to drive to her location and pay for her to write the prescription. No customer service or consideration for anyone else, even someone with a stated disability. It’s all about money and greed. When I called her out on what she was doing, she told me to find another vet. I’ve found another vet, who’s concern is my pet and not their bank account.

Super friendly and caring. I was nervous bringing my senior cat to a new vet, she's in kidney/renal failure and I wanted the best possible care for her. The assistant and the vet were both sweet and caring, listened and took wonderful care of my Miss Prissy.

A little pricey but well worth it because they actually care about your dog. I’ve been using them for 4 years and absolutely love them.

My husband and I moved to HSV almost two years ago. Having two aging dogs we fairly quickly found Spaw City, the wonderful Dr Windle and her terrific staff. After getting the awful news that our beloved 12 year old lab mix had cancer, we were faced with the most devastating decision one must make after his rapid decline. Dr Windle and her staff were so compassionate, understanding and kind during the whole ordeal. We chose to have him cremated and Pet Cremation Services of Arkansas handled it for us. They provided a velvet bag with his ashes and a lovely card. Everything was handled with professionalism and kindness; my husband and I are so grateful to everyone for all they did to help us through this sad time.

First visit with our little dog..Staff is very friendly which I feel is important. A good doctor will have a good staff. Wonderful doctor warm, friendly, & knowledgeable. Recommend highly!

Outstanding veterinary clinic! Dr. Lyndsay is not only experienced, but she is also caring, compassionate, and very personable! They care as much for your pet as you do. I will never ever go anywhere else. The support staff is as nice as they can be. My dog loves going there!

I love this place I have 4 fur babies and have had so many times I needed these guys and they have always been there. They love my babies and give great care. The doctor is wonderful and the staff is fantastic.

They are outstanding and are great with both of our dogs. I highly recommend them.
