Vera's Posh Paws Moore, Oklahoma

I started taking my dog to Veras Posh Paws after our apartment flooded about one year ago during a winter storm. My initial impressions of Veras was really nice, the employee that I talked too was super helpful, and my pup seemed to love it. I would take her once to twice a week, and every time I would ask her if she wanted to go to Doggy daycare, she would jump up and start barking at me to go. Every single time the staff was very friendly, and always made sure that my needs were taken care of. The manager at this location was always super kind and helpful, and shoutout to Kaitlyn, who was the friendliest and most down to earth employee that always made me feel welcome. I would gladly continue taking my dog there, as the prices are very reasonable, but I will be moving back to Wichita for College. Veras posh paws has been an amazing company that I would gladly come back to any time I am back in Moore.

We have been coming here since 2015. Every time we come here the person at the front desk always knows our dogs' names (we have 3). They also know the names of every other dog coming in. We have no idea how they keep them all straight. Our dogs are always happy and safe when we get them home from boarding or daycare. We have never had a problem with any of their services! Highly recommend.

If you want your dog to come back in one piece, go somewhere else. Manager is a pathetic excuse of a human being. They do not watch or water your dogs. Would give 0 stars if I could.

My sweet pup Sakura loved spending her day here while I was at work and would get super excited to go every single time. She was able to visit a few days before we lost her and had so much fun, I’m glad she was able to go one last time. We lost her tragically at a young age and VPP handled my email informing them (so they wouldn’t think they did something wrong and we chose to stop bringing her) with such Grace and sympathy for our loss. When we decide we are ready to add another fur baby to our family we hope to continue using VPP as a daycare for the new addition

My dog got kennel cough while staying at the OKC location Labor day weekend, 2021.

They took good care of our dog even when he developed a noncontagious skin allergy just a day before we boarded him.

I was an eager customer, because they came with a recommendation from a friend. I called three times but only got an answer once. The woman on the phone seemed short with me and disinterested in my business. I was seeking a groomer and possibly some boarding. I admit I did not do business here but when a person does not do business at a place they really want to do business at, that says something. Thank you 4/24/21 called the Moore Location like suggested by management in reply to my comment. Got no answer but quickly got a call back, things are looking up. Spoke to a lady I did not get a name but she let me know that the manager was not available and would give me a call back. I made that call 4/16/21, it seems ignoring customer’s is a standard operating practice, I wish I could give this no stars.

We love taking our pup here while out of town & for a good groom while at doggy daycare! We've always had a great experience.

I boarded my dog at Vera's twice. There were no issues on the first visit. However, during the second visit shortly after dropping my dog off I received a phone call stating that my dog had escaped the kennel. Not only the kennel but the ENTIRE building and she had set off the alarm alerting them when she exited the building. Luckily she was found across the street with a police officer or so is the story. My dog has broken out of kennels before so this was not surprising to me but has never been known to open doors. This really made me question the security of the building and how a dog breaks out of it. Unfortunately I was already on vacation but was able to have a friend pick her up the next morning. When she was picked up my friend said she was visibly scared and shaking. When I returned and picked her up she had scabs around her muzzle that eventually fell off and turned into scaring. Ultimately I received no apology and no refund from Vera's for this incident. The only phone call I received was the initial call stating she had escaped.

They treat my Tibetan Mastif like a king he loves to go there. They will even take him if they are full

I bring my dogs here every time they need to run out some energy. I work all the time and don't get to let them run out enough energy so I take them here for the day (or a few days if I'm gone). The staff are amazing and really nice. The prices are really good as well. We drive and extra 20 minutes to go here rather than anywhere else closer.

My dog is always super excited to leave to doggy daycare in the morning! He has so much fun, and I love that! I can check up on him on video at anytime of the day on their website. I definitely recommend taking your dog there! The staff is also very friendly, attentive, and reliable.

My experience was horrible, my dog died, 12 days after I picked him up. I was told nothing , about any part of his care. I still have no idea how my Brandy got Sick or was injured. Be careful!! Evelyn

My dog loves staying here. The staff provides friendly and professional service. I buy the packages so when I travel the cost is pre-paid.

Great place to take ur kiddos for daycare.

I love it, my Lab loves it, and the staff is GREAT! I had her groomed and was very pleased. Prices are reasonable and it is great break in the middle of the week for a bored dog. I like it better than Camp Bow Wow! Hoping to get my new Goldendoodle in soon....(but she is nearly 2 and has not been socialized.)

This place is awesome! Amazing staff, super friendly and great with the doggos! The cameras to watch the different areas is great if you stress about leaving your pups too. I can't suggest this place adamantly enough if you are new to the area or looking to change boarding places!

Knute loves going to Vera's Posh Paws!

Called on Tuesday to make an appointment for our dogs to be interviewed and the girl I spoke with asked if Friday or Saturday would be preferable. I said Saturday so we could be with them and see the facility, she was super nice and said ok great how is noon? I thought it was kind of odd that it wasn't during their regular hours but the employee suggested noon so I didn't think much of it. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday go by. Now this employee had taken my name, number, the dogs names, and breed along with my appointment time. Saturday comes by and we are super excited because we have heard great things and we loved all of their options. We drive 35 minutes with two large dogs in the back to the location. When we started the drive I called and left a message to verify the appointment but got no call back. I get to the door and it's locked. I can see someone behind the counter so I call stating I have an appointment at 12:00. A few minutes later the door opens and I'm told they are closed. I explain and show my caller history to the lady and she goes back to speak with someone. She comes back out to reiterate that they are closed and I tell her how far we drove for our appointment that I made on Tuesday. She goes back to get someone higher up. 2-3ish minutes later another woman comes out and apologizes stating they have no access to their computers and that they are closed. That I can call back and reschedule. We are very upset that no one verified the appointment or even thought to call to reschedule once the employee had taken all of my information down. They didn't offer any solutions to the fact we have two large dogs and almost 40 minutes from home with no where else to go. Will never be back and will never refer them.

My family and I were going on a trip for about a week. We decided to take my dog to this place thinking it would be a safe, fun area for her. The employees seemed so nice when we got there, but little did we know it was just a mask. While we were on the trip, I was looking at my dog through the pet cams. My dog was being harassed by another big male dog (he was trying to mate with her) . There were no staff outside and they put the girls and boys all together. They had not told us about this at all! I called the place and I told them about the dog. They knew exactly what dog I was talking about without me having to describe it. I saw them take the dog away and I waited. They brought the same dog outside AGAIN 10 minutes later. I would not recommend going here ever. Horrible experience.

I take my pup there all the time! They do a great job at keeping me updated on my pup if I go out of town and have cameras that you can look into online and check on your pet! They even offer daycare packages so you can get days free!
