So I was told after a 20 minuet phone call that they were not accepting new clients and was promptly hung up on with nothing said after the phrase, "we are not accepting new clients". with no explanation other than no we dont care and will not help you essentially.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. They aren't worthy of the one you have to give, it was good under the previous owners but the new owners have taken the place down. I got my Gran a gorgeous golden doodle who has gotten groomed her whole life without problems. She took her sweet girl to this place for her recent grooming and they absolutely butchered her. On top of that, it isn't advisable to cut off a dog's whiskers without a vet's permission, which they did not have, yet they cut them off too. They left bloody knicked spots on her skin and left her traumatized. We took her to the vet and he wasn't happy they trimmed off her whiskers without permission either. Please DO NOT take your fur babies here!! They with leave completely hacked up and traumatized. No reimbursement was offered upon being called out on their mistake either. Check around and find a better groomer for your fur baby, this place is not good and not worth the chance. I've included a photo of what she looked like before and photos of her knicked up damages and missing whiskers. They have yet to assume responsibility for their bad business and bad service. Also we never asked them to leave her a fur hat on her head, it looks terrible. On top of paying for the worst groomer ever we had to pay even more money to take her to the vet to treat her wounds. They clearly don't know what they are doing here.

Messed up there scheduling. Sent me a text to be there at 1030 and then told me I was not supposed to be there until 230. No big deal. They would work it out. My dog was not done until 530. Again no big deal but she was huffing and puffing like she was super hot when I picked her up. Again not a big deal except I get her home and she headed strait to the water. If you are gonna hold a dog for that amount of time at least provide them water and take them out. She is a big girl with a thyroid issue and does not handle heat real well.

My two boys love going here, and we love how they look and behave when they come home. I’m so happy we found Awesome Pawsome!

Had an appt at 9:30am and when we got there they said, "OH your appt was at 9am, we gave your spot away!" I have a screenshot and proof of my confirmation and appt reminder AT 9:30AM! I sent it over to them. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. Not happy and will not be going back. If you screw up, admit it, take accountability and give a free appt as soon as possible to your customer!

My husband took our cat for what I thought would be similar to the plushie cut that she got from Aristocats but they left her tail and legs untouched and a very harsh line on her head. If you have a cat please take them to Aristocats, my sweet baby looks ridiculous.

Kirstie is the best groomer ever I took my little pup in to get a bath and all dolled up, she looked better than ever thank you so much for your hard work! Will definitely be back!!

I took our 17-year-old catahoula girl in for a de-shed wash and they pampered and loved on her --allowing as many breaks as her old soul needed. She is SOOO incredibly soft and smells amazing. ???? Great pricing and incredible customer service. This place ❤ LOVES ❤ dogs and it shows in their work!

This is the only place I feel comfortable leaving my pups! Everyone is super sweet here and especially Kirstie she is amazing!

I have been taking my frenchie, American bully & Great Dane with them for a while now and I love their service. They are very accommodating to the needs of individual dogs and their prices are even better! If you’re looking for a good service and a good price- this is where to go.
