I moved my pets here recently. My senior dog needed a more attentive vet. They are very thorough and they are great with communication. The new vet made some changes to medication and found some other issues that needed addressed through doing some diagnostics and blood work.

They have performed an eye removal on my dog, Raphael, this week. He’s almost 12, so I’ve been concerned for complications. There have been no major complications, but his eye wasn’t sealing up completely from the stitches. So every day they have seen him for it, and they call and text at least twice a day to see how he’s recovering. Since his eye wasn’t sealing the way they wanted with stitches, yesterday they had me bring him in and they put him under anesthesia and stapled it. They haven’t charged me anything for the after-care. It was all included in the original cost. *update-we ended up having to see them 2 more times because they originally did not stitch him right. They put staples in and that didn’t work and so they had to stitch him again. And for a 12-year-old dog to keep going under anesthesia it just didn’t sit right with us. We were also charged further, and they tried to blame it on us and the dog—saying that he didn’t wear his cone. However, I can assure you we were very diligent about the cone and after-care of our baby. We ended up taking him to another vet because his stitches just wouldn’t heal. The new vet completely restitched them and he ended up healing within a couple of weeks like was originally supposed to happen. They also prescribed him some antibiotics which helped with the healing.

This was our very first business and they treated our little Toy/mini Aussie like a Princess. Very knowledgeable, concerned and caring. We had to put our older dogs to rest at our previous veterinarian (just couldn’t go back) and are so happy to have found this spectacular animal hospital.

As I have WAY TOO MANY dogs I’m always looking for a great vet. I have raised a couple litters and have 6 adult dogs. They are always prompt and great to deal with. Their location is great and I will continue to use them ????????

Vet has lower prices than some others and always works to get to the bottom of what is going on with your pet. One of the few vets I’ve had that checks in with you a few weeks after a visit to make sure everything is okay. They even dropped off our dogs prescription after hours which they didn’t have to do.

My husband and I were looking for a new vet after moving to Edmond for our three dogs and found Woodland Trails! We have fallen in love! They are very responsive, informative, kind, and only want the best for my furbabies! I’m generally very picky about finding a vet for my dogs and I can honestly say that they have exceeded my expectations :)

We have been taking our 8-yr old dog here for the past year+ and enjoyed great service each visit. I especially appreciate their follow-up and ease of making appointments. They ensure that our pup is always updated on vaccinations and flea/tick/heartworm prevention. I look forward to in person visits in the office, but the staff is always willing to over explain any issues and discuss any concerns we may have.

I have been going to Woodland Trails for 18 years with 4 dogs. Dr. Morey gives as many options as possible when faced with costly procedures or medications. The staff accommodates your needs and are very nice. Dr. Morey earned her degree from OSU and she has over 20 years experience which means each patient receives the best care possible. Highly recommend!

Dr. Morey and her staff are wonderful. Whenever I have had a question they answer promptly and are always willing to help. They are even understanding of my anxious kitty who may not be the nicest at times. I would recommend anybody who has a pet to come here!

We love Dr Morey & staff! They have taken care of all our fur babies for almost 22 years. They’ve helped helped 2 of our treasured babies cross over the rainbow bridge. We wouldn’t take them to any other vet. Thank you Dr Morey!!

We have used Dr. Morey for many years, and multiple pets. I know lots of people get attached to their vets, but I REALLY think Dr. Morey is outstanding! She is so calm, even when you aren't. She is great about repeating things and taking as much time as you need to sorta process the situation. When she can't provide what your pet needs, which is rarely the case, she will refer you to other practices. She even called the OSU vet school for us once. No, she isn't going to be the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive. If you're looking for a top tier, experienced, empathetic vet, Kim Morey and Woodland Trails is a good choice!

Dr. Morey has taken great care of all my cats through the years. She knows the tests to run and what to look for in treating them. If you are looking for a vet, look no further. Dr. Morey and her staff are caring and professional.

I have been going to Dr. Morey for a long time. I had to take my cats to her yesterday. My cats wouldn’t cooperate so they had to sedate them. Before Dr. Morey did that she called me and asked my permission to sedate them. She kept me informed the whole time and told me what I needed to do. Dr. Morey and her staff are great. Before I had cats I had dogs. They have always taken goo care of my pets. If you have a pet that needs to see a doctor take them to Dr. Morey. I had to take my cats back in on 8/6/21 for a follow up. They also had to have dental work done today. Midnight just had to have her teeth cleaned but Shadow had to have cleaning and two teeth pulled. Dr. Morey kept me informed and advised me how to take care of my girls when I got them home. Great care by Dr. Morey and staff.

I’ve Called around to different vets in Edmond and woodland trails got my dog in within hours of my call. My dog had a bad ear/paw infection and now he’s running around, without being in pain. From the beginning to end, they reached out to check on my dog to make sure he was doing well & gave me great advice to help keep my dog happy! I highly, highly recommend them for all your animals & issues you may have, they will care for them. My dog approves!

I haven’t had the best of luck with vets in Oklahoma. They’ve been extremely rude, not shown much care, and prices have always been extremely out of our pocket book. We visited the clinic in a emergency situation on one of our pups. They took amazing care of him, answered all million of my questions and treated my pet and I like we mattered and while money is important they made us feel more than. I’d recommend this vet to friends and family. Needless to say I’ll be moving all three of our dogs care here. Thank you all again for all of the love you showed Maverick. You’ve gained a big family❤️

I had a scare with my cat really late at night (after 11 PM) on a Saturday and was able to reach Dr. Kim to help decide if my cat needed to go to the emergency room. She ended up having to go and Dr. Kim was able to squeeze in her in the morning on Monday to make sure everything was okay. She cares a lot about the animals and definitely recommend to anyone.

I would highly recommend Dr. Morey and her staff! I have been going to her for over 15 years and she has helped me and my dogs through good and bad situations. Her compassion for pets, and their owners, is truly remarkable! She loves her job, and it shows! Thank you Dr. Morey!

Excellent treatment and willing to work with us when we found a dog wondering in the rain. I would absolutely recommend this clinic. Everyone was very kind, polite and caring during a uncertain time.

We lost our rescue puppy, Graham, after a horrible series of events, and they truly did all they could for him. The clinic was so incredibly kind to my husband and I, and we will absolutely trust them with our next dog’s care. Thank you for everything.

Rushed our dog to this vet immediately after being hit by a car. (Had never been before). They were able to treat him right away. Such a great staff, helping to keep him calm during all of this. Took X-rays and kept him there to monitor him the rest of the day. I was really worried when picking him up that a dog visit to the "ER" + X-rays would be outrageously expensive. I was pleasantly surprised when our bill with treatment and all his meds was under $500. Vet personally text me every few hours to check in on him the next few days. Answered all of my questions with a timely response. People complain about places' lobbies not being open still because of covid...but with three little kids in the car, I'm ALL about their curbside service!

Needed to get my puppy in last minute after what appeared to be a seizure. This was the only vet willing to see us on such short notice. The staff stayed for nearly an hour after closing and took plenty of time to examine her, make recommendations, and answer questions. They have since called and texted to follow up and offer more help. So thankful for the team here and will definitely keep using them as our primary vet!

While the diagnosis was not what we wanted to hear, the treatment and care shown to our furr baby was so appreciated. We were a "walkin" as our regular vet was booked. Our needs were met quickly and compassionately. Definitely will recommend and will revisit in the future. Thank you

They won't let you inside to watch the exam, hold your pet until your payment goes through, an employee held the cat carrier away from me as I was trying to hand them cash outside, taking the cash before releasing him. Our cat was misdiagnosed with kidney failure by the vet who gave us no treatment plan and no medication. Their only plan was to hydrate him once a week for $40. I was also told by an employee that my cat was there the second time to get Cytopoint, which I found out later is only for dogs, which the vet denied. The vet also stated that his runny eye needed tear duct surgery which I found out later is not possible for cats, that is for dogs only. A different vet found he had a kidney infection, not kidney failure, which had been going on for at least two months. Our cat was prescribed antibiotics and appetite stimulants and put on an IV for three days as he was half his normal weight. The runny eye cleared up completely with one round of wide spectrum antibiotics. His kidney values are now perfect. How strange. Update: an hour after this review the vet texted me and my spouse to criticize my review, then attempted to call. I never complained about the cost. Calling 5 minutes before close, one time, was me inquiring about an appetite stimulant since he hadn't eaten a bite in three days, their "alternative" was a phone number to the 24/7 Emergency Clinic since they're not open on weekends and wouldn't stay an extra 3 minutes to write a script that could have been sent to Walgreens. Please stop contacting me. Update: Again, you're being creepy. Please stop communication, and I do appreciate that you posted my name in your cell phone screenshot, very professional.

A rough situation was exacerbated by a brusk Veterinarian. I would not take a pet there and drop them at the door. I have concerns about what is going on inside. I didn't sense any compassion towards my pet.
