Took my dog in with bad ear infection. We had to wait for 2 hours just to be seen. Didn’t get to go with the dog to see vet. After 2 1/2 hrs we finally got to go. Got home with meds and looked at his ears. They didn’t even clean his ears out. So I had to clean them best I could and put meds in. They didn’t even put meds in them. I was very upset and will never go back and won’t recommend them to anyone. No one was concerned about our wait .

Definitely do not recommend. Took my dog in (Boots) for an ear infection. Waited 2 hours for them to take him back, and they didn't even clean his ears.. At least he got his shots ???? Needless to say, I'm not coming back.

If anyone needs to board their dogs I DO NOT recommend Air Depot Animal Hospital. I called and told them about my dogs asked every fee I could think of being charged for and never was I informed there were up charges for: Not being patients Holiday (which I asked if there was an up charge for and was told no) Medication administering Boarding in separate kennels And the quote I was given for my dogs weights was apparently wrong. Apparently they charge more for not being patients, holiday boarding, food aggression which I informed them was only with each other and why they needed separate kennels, and fence jumpers. All of this came up tonight when I went to drop off. I went in yesterday to fill out paperwork and again none of this was brought up. So I was totally blind sided. And when I called them on it the office manager told the front desk to relay they didn’t want my dogs to board with them. Extremely poor communication and zero professionalism on their part.

Did all the could too help, my dude was just too sick. Very thankful of the ladies at this establishment!

They are wonderful and the doctor is very thorough with explaining diagnosis and treatment for my Ellie she was so compassionate and caring!! Thank you so much for taking care of my fur baby! I would always recommend you guys to anyone who has pets!

I’ve brought my baby into this vet before and had a good experience the first time, but this time around was not so pleasant of an experience. The receptionist are great and kind, but when I spoke to the vet and expressed budgetary concerns and limitations and asked her to confirm the price of all the services together she got angry and yelled saying she didn’t have time to dilly dally on the phone with me and waster her time over pricing and that she could either administer treatment or not but that she was done talking to me because she had other patients. Mind you the whole time I was polite and just trying to gain clarity on the whole picture of how much I would be financially impacted because I could not afford over night stays and possibly feeding tubes. I think she took my questions as accusations and responded unprofessionally and rudely. I’m definitely never bringing any of my pets there again. I understand that a pet is a responsibility and I wasn’t asking for discounts or for them to adjust their prices, I was just expressing my budgetary limitations in order to ascertain they didn’t do anything I couldn’t pay for and the least she could have done is pretend a little compassion and provide clarification. In the end the receptionist was able to explain things more clearly, but her utter callousness just left such a bad taste. 10/10 would not recommend.

7 ounce Princess Ashtra Grayson slept really good after they checked her out. She loves her new wet food. Friendly workers!????

They do take FOREVER, even with an appointment but took care of my puppy with a broken paw

Couldn't get an appointment for my cat at any vet including my own. Air Depot vet got me in So happy with the service and the help for my cat that was in pain.

Loved Dr.Cindy, I took my litter of puppies for there health checks and shots. I really liked her.

They are the best!!! They take amazing care of the pets and have always given proper diagnosis. We bring qll our animals here. They know just what to do. They also work with you if you dont have the full payment. Thank you guys for all that you do!

When I arrived there was no one behind the desk. 5 other people and I waiting about 15 mins until one of the other customers called the clinic letting them know that we where all waiting. They did not allow me to accompany my dog in to the back. Which was unfortunate, because I like to make sure the area is clean and that the vet uses proper hygiene.

Love the doctor, long wait but worth it.

This vet may have experience with animals and whatnot. But I am very tired and frustrated when I have to wait at least 2 hours, in 96 degree weather, with animals in my car EVERY SINGLE TIME. Then I have to pay for waiting in my car for 2 hours, and the prices keep going up. Not to mention there is never enough room for parking, and they have given my carrier and blanket for my cat, that had my name on it, away to some other person who took it home. This vet is overrated.

Been trying to find out what’s going on with my dog when I dropped her off with a hurt foot at 8:30am and get told someone will call me back and never does every time I call up there. About to just go get her and take her somewhere else

I have been taking my dog there for years. He's happy with them, I don't have to drag him in there. In fact he's nearly dragging me in there. So, that makes me feel good about them.

Found a vet that listens to me and understands how much my fur baby means to me will not take any of my fur babies anywhere else

We have been going here for over 20 years. You wont find a better place to take your pets. Our dogs loved going there.

I would give it a zero if I could. If you go in there any time sooner than 1.5 hours after your appt time, youre just wasting your own time. For a 615 appt, you ask at 715 how much longer, they tell you maybe a half hour more, like they're doing you some kind of favor! They are the nosiest people I ever seen. I gave less personal info when I bought my house. I'll never even consider them in the future. They respect absolutely no one's time but their own

Family friendly!!! They took care of my momma's pup when she was having her seizure, and were determined to help her. It's a great choice for your family pets.

A couple of years ago, my dog was poisoned. I couldn't get approved for the CareCredit and was in between my pay period. This place took her in and worked out a payment plan simply based on the fact that I had brought them another one of my dogs 8 years prior and paid them. So basically on good faith. They kept my little girl and gave her the best possible care for 10 days before she ended up having to be put down because there was no hope. The vet and the tech kept me updated on her prognosis every day. The fact that they gave my little girl a chance at survival based on good faith alone lets me know they truly do care about the pets and not just the money. This place will always have my business.
