just want to say a big thank you to all the staff working here for taking care of my cat "sooty". he was brought back discreetly by your driver and all the little things . card, flower seeds and certificate were a nice gesture.

Beyond pleased with the service of the staff here at The Rainbow Bridge, our dog unfortunately lost a few of her puppies during birth and i’m so happy we found The Rainbow Bridge, they came within an hour to collect them and not expensive at all. Thank you so much for your help ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The most Heartbreaking time was made so much easier with the kindness shown by Rainbow Bridge . The service they provided was amazing . Frankie was collected on Wednesday morning and back home with us Thursday morning . Thank you so very much for everything from the kind people on the phone to The care taken Putting Frankie in the van and bringing him home again .

Sadly had to use Rainbow Bridge only yesterday after loosing our Millie, they were super compassionate and respectful. The farewell room was by a country mile a better setting than going back to the vets to say our goodbyes, they picked her up for us and the level of service was unbelievable, made a difficult time just that little bit easier for us. Oh my goodness, what a wonderful place. We lost our gorgeous chocolate Labrador Tia Maria. Both Tia and ourselves were treated with kindness and respect, the crematorium is absolutely beautiful, very comfortable and relaxing. It is just like a human crematorium. I cannot praise them highly enough, they made such a sad time a little easier and would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you so much.

Oh my goodness rainbow bridge are the kindest most compassionate company. I lost my girl during the night and I rang rainbow first thing in the morning once I'd composed myself. Nothing was too much trouble and the kindness and care Jack gave was over and above the call of duty. He treated my girl as if she was still with us. She's home now and along with her ashes in a beautiful casket, there was her certificate of cremation, a candle with forget me not flower seeds and a card of condolence. So very kind thank you. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in the unfortunate position of losing your faithful furry friend. Thank you Rainbow Bridge xx

Our lovely dog had to be put to sleep whilst we were on holiday in the area. Our priority of course was to be able to take her ashes home with us. Rainbow Bridge were able to collect her from the vets and we could collect her ashes the following day. Compassionate throughout, we really appreciated the care provided and have no hesitation in recommending Rainbow Bridge

Sadly lost my beautiful 14yo cat and decided to have her cremated by Rainbow Bridge, can't fault the service at all, the staff are very sympathetic and kind, which was much needed as I was still very upset. The gentleman who collected Tibby was very kind and explained the whole process and told us she would be back with us the next day. The lovely lady who called to arrange delivery of her ashes was also very kind and helpful and made the whole payment process super easy. Overall I can't reccomend this company highly enough, they are truly kindness personified. Thank you for taking such good care of my darling girl xx

I cannot recommend Rainbow Bridge enough and wish there were more stars to give them. My dealings there were with Gerry and Claire who were both so compassionate and caring. I was able to see my boy laid to rest and could stay for as long as I wanted. I lost my Sexy Rexy on Saturday night and they collected him from my vets. The next day they opened especially for me to see him and he was ready to be collected the following day in the border collie urn I chose. They are also very reasonable and cheaper than if you went via the vets, I know this as the vet told me. Your pet will be treated with love and compassion as will you. Thank you Gerry and Claire. Absolutely first class... amazing family business who genuinely care about the service that they give to the customers of those of all animals of whom have recently passed. We have used them a couple of times now and we have great faith in knowing that they will always so a first class job not only to the owners but also more importantly to the animals of which have passed. I really cannot fault what they do at all and we are more like friends we feel over the years in regards to there servicing as they always keep in touch with those who have had pets depart.

This has been a terrible week, our beloved cavalier Amber died suddenly. We then contacted Rainbow Bridge (our son had used them) what a kind compassionate lady Claire is and what a fantastic service they provide to us bereaved pet owners. We cannot thank you enough for the extra mile you went to help say goodbye and the speedy return of our pet. Thanks doesn’t cover it but it’s all we’ve got :)

If you are ever in the position when your loved pet dies then do not hesitate to use this firm. We lost our beloved labrador and Rainbow Bridge collected him from the vets, took him into their care, and returned him home after the cremation two days later. Their service was exemplary and the little personal touches were outstanding. The whole experience helped with the grieving process, and all the staff were attentive, understanding, and wonderful. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Our lovely cavalier Flex died last night and after many ring arounds I got the feeling this place cared. I was not mistaken, right from arrival we and Flex were treated great. Flex was placed in remembrance room and we were offered a drink. Although there is a cost in pet funerals there was no pressure about money at all, we had time to spend a say our goodbye. It will be a while before we replace the dog who stole our hearts but we will return here if services needed again.

We had to say goodbye to our little Jasmine after 10 years on 22.04.21, she stole our hearts and many of those who met her. We chose Rainbow Bridge to take Jazz on her final journey and we are so pleased we did. The service was amazing, so kind, caring and sympathetic. Jazz was collected from home, we were given all the time we needed to say goodbye before she left us. Everything was explained to us and all questions answered which made Jazzie's final journey a little more bearable. We had Jazzie safely brought home to us the next day, the special touches that came home with her were very much appreciated. We would recommend Rainbow Bridge to anybody who loses their beloved pet. Thank you everyone at Rainbow Bridge for the kindness and understanding you all showed to us last week when we had to say goodbye to our elderly cat Jim. You even stayed behind to welcome us when we came straight from the vets, it was outside your normal opening hours. We were treated respectfully and we were confident that you did the same with Jim. It was such a help to know that he was in your care. Having his ashes home the following day was a great relief.

We were obviously governed by our vet practice as to where our dogs would be cremated. We were very impressed by the way it was done and definitely felt the dogs were treated with dignity. The caskets were lovely even though we’ve put them in the garden with a Peace’ rose alongside each. The forget me not seeds were a lovely touch too. Our only heartbreak was that we lost both our dogs within 10 days of each other so it was very hard to collect two lots of ashes. But thank you for what you’ve done.

I couldn't be more happy with the service from Rainbow Bridge, they are so caring, and took every step possible to return our Pepper to us as quickly as possible, the service really is impeccable and I can't thank them enough Vinnie & Pepper the English Working Springer Spaniel

Would like to thanks the amazing staff at Rainbow Bridge Pet Cremations for their caring, quick service after our nearly 16 Harvey left us to join his Mum over the rainbow bridge suddenly on a Sunday night last month, he was picked up by Rainbow Bridge from vets very promptly, we was able to see him in their wonderful Farewell Room 11am next morning & pick up his ashes the next day. The staff seemed genuinely caring & knowledgeable. I was able to download short video of Harvey being carefully placed in an individual chamber. Was less than expected cost too I paid more in Ongar way back in 2013, would highly recommend Rainbow Bridge for their superb & sympathetic service.

We lost our amazing and beautiful Ruby on the 25/02/21 after her battle with cancer, Rainbow Bridge were amazing, they collected Ruby from the vets and looked after her so well, they made sure she had her blanket with her, they contacted us to inform us they had her and asked if we would like to see her which i think was lovely. The staff were very friendly and shown deep empathy with this very emotional time. I couldn't be any more greatful to them all for being so kind to my Ruby xx
