Dirty, rundown, and a very disappointing selection of items. Most of the aquatic plants are dead or dying, algae everywhere in the tanks, and I think they had a bunch of fish tanks roped off because of disease last time we were there. I don't think it's run very well. Go to PetSmart instead.

3time In a row the change times and they don say anything on social media or google . I think if you want to be on business time and communication it’s the first key. I’m audition page online said they have the product when I sho up they tolde sorry but this product has been out for 4 days now .

The rest of the store seems ok but the saltwater tanks are absolutely disgusting. And this store should be ashamed of how nasty they are.

You'd think such a large business could keep up-to-date hours on their Google page. Open til 8? Nope, open until 6. But of course they didn't bother posting that online, just on a paper on their door. I drove over 30 minutes to buy a specific product only in stock at this location, after verifying this location's hours on Google, and they can't be bothered to be open when they say they will be. In the time that I was parked trying to figure out where to try next, quite a few other people also walked up, saw the paper, and went back to their vehicles. Y'all are losing business- not that you care, being such a large company- and also wasting your customers' time.

Honestly this Petco made me sad. Their betas looked like they were depressed and potentially dead in their little cup containers. There were little to no reptiles. The whole store had pallets all over making it hard to traverse the store.

This place has gone down significantly since we started going here when we first got our dog 4 years ago. At that time everyone was so helpful and friendly, now when you go in your lucky to find anyone to talk to and the people you do talk to are rude and act like it annoys them to have customers in the store. Yesterday I went in for an XL dog crate. I finally found some one and to ask a question to and she gave a me a short answer and went back to what she was doing. Luckily I had my daughter with me bc we had to carry the box to the check out and passed the person asked the question to while a male employee stood at the front of the store and watched awkwardly weave through the store with the massive box to the counter. I asked for a price match at the register bc the price online was significantly lower than in store . The same rude lady came over and tried to argue that the box we had was not the same as the one online but I we proved it through the sku number. We paid and left, still being watched by the male that never offered to help. Not only are the employees rude, the store is pretty gross inside and always is such disarray. I will definitely be taking my business to PetSmart going forward.

The only thing I get at your store is the crystal cat litter. And the last 4 times I have been in you have been out of the large bag. The manager was nice though and gave me 2 smaller bags for the price of the large one

They were out of stock on standard kitty litter, crystals. I went there specifically for that product. To be fair, Wal-Mart and target were also out of this product, so I suspect there may be some embargo on it. On the plus side, the employees were friendly, and racially and culturaly diverse. Nothing I hate worse than walking into a store and seeing all the workers being one gender, or race, or "look" or universally attractive by western standards. I'm frankly impressed by the hiring standards. Even if the product I wanted wasn't in stock. In the end. I bought designer cat food. So, it wasn't a total loss. ????

Store had lots of nice inventory. Lots of unpacked boxes laying in isles. Maybe a bit short staffed to get things done.

They don't lesson too the costumer anymore if you have something planned on the day of the appointment, they mess up the whole day for you the costumer.

They do not carry deworming medication for puppies under 12 weeks. The deworming medication they do carry is also way overpriced compared to any other store in town.

We came to Petco looking for a Halloween costume for our dog. There were not really any options. We found a Razorbacks jersey that would fit him but it was not labelled. After checking out, we noticed it was more than $30 for little to no material. We decided to return it because that is just a bit too much.

Don't get me wrong, I love our local PetCo, and I love the employees. They actually try to make the lives of the animals on-site comfortable, and be helpful to customers. But this place is in such disarray, it always looks like a hurricane has hit it. Nothing is where it's supposed to be, and rarely do I find what I'm looking for, anymore. Most of the blame rests on customers for being such a mess, but there's a lot to blame on management, too. Maybe if they cared about employee retention, they'd be able to keep some of the awesome employees that inevitably leave, and actually keep the store staffed. My next complaint is geared entirely towards customers: clean after your animals. My 5 month old chihuahua holds her bladder better than your dogs, and she's barely trained. I cannot believe how many puddles there were in the store because people can't behave like human beings and clean after their own pets.

The store in Fayetteville wasn't very welcoming and it was disorganized and dirty really and their prices were kinda high. PetSmart smoked them after visiting both places today. Hate to leave negative remarks but it is what it is.

The pets are well kept here and the place is clean and bright. This is the best pet store in town in my opinion.
