The staff is by far the greatest to ever deal with our fur babies! They always go above and beyond to make sure the safety of our sweet pups and everyone else's is number one priority! I really could not say enough good things about these people and the hard work they put in each day! Olivia, the manager, is definitely a rockstar, I wish I could have 5 just like her in my business!

I LOVE the hounds lounge. The staff is amazing, and really have a heart for the dogs who come there. They take great care in making sure my dog is fed with food that are within their diet restrictions. They always respond quickly to my emails or phone calls when a nervous mom is freaking out. LOL They post fun picture on their IG, and I get so excited to see my babies at daycare! My dogs have done so well, being able to socialize with other dogs outside of their home. It’s so good for them! They always come back so worn out from all the fun they’re having. I couldn’t think of a better place to leave my babies for the day or for overnight!

My little, but not so little, dude Ro absolutely adores HL in Fay! He normally starts his experience by dragging his mother, me, across the parking lot at 15 mph. Ignoring the glass front door and plowing through it. Doing a twirl or two in the lobby. And then ZOOOOMING to the back. Excited is an understatement. I legitimately can not think of a place that he would rather be. And it’s an added bonus that he comes back DOGGY DAYCARE WASTED. Worth every Penny in my books. Thank you for loving him like I do.

Frankie loves his vacation time at Hounds Lounge while we go on vacation! He is so happy when we pull into the parking lot AND when we pick him up, which is so comforting when you have to board your family member. The staff is so friendly and the groomers are the best in town. Frankie has been a client since they opened and we've always had a good experience no matter the service. Thank you!

I have taken my pups to houndslounge since they opened. Since the opening, I have experienced many changes. In the beginning the pet to person ratio was reasonable. However, over the years they have expanded the amount of animal captivity they will allow but they have not expanded the play yard and inside areas to accommodate each pet. It is impossible for them to keep the urine and feceis of the yard. My pup always had urine all Over his paws. I asked them to wash the paws once and the charge was $10 to rinse his paws. I felt over charge and taken advantage of. My daughter also took her Yorkie to be groomed once. They nicked her ear with the clippers and never told her when she picked her up what happend. She noticed after returning home and mentioned it to the manager. Her response was the pets move a lot so that happens sometimes. That is understandable but not letting the pet parent know is unprofessional. Also, the last time I was there. The three girls working up front were extremely rude to me. They did not acknowledge me like the did on past visits nor did they bring Norman to me with the excitement they had in the past. They barely acknowledge me or Norman. Extremely disappointed!

Our two pups recently stayed the weekend. The staff was very helpful and check in and out was smooth. We will use them again.

Not going to ruin their 5 star rating with a bad star review, but I live nearby and you can HEAR the dogs. Constantly sometimes. Something ain’t right over there

The groomers at Hounds Lounge are top notch! We have a golden doodle, Fitz, who they groom perfectly every time. We have tried several other groomers and can confidently say they do the best job for a reasonable price!

Hounds lounge is a place that we recommend to anyone! Rueben loves going there and gets super excited when we tell him he’s going to daycare, they are the only place that has been able to even get a drimel close to his nails! The staff is friendly and super helpful and I seriously can’t thank you guys enough for all that you do for our fur baby ????????

I am always very happy with the job they do grooming my husky. She loves going there and having her day of play while she waits to be groomed too. I can't recommend this place enough!
