AMC has the best staff. Always helpful and very good about notifying me about any issues with my animals when boarding.

Very nice and friendly. Brought my son's puppy up here and was so scared and thought he wasn't going to make it they made sure I was calm and made sure that Checo( the puppy) was all taken care of before they sent us home. They even called to check on us the following day ..I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a vet and they do so much more here. Will be coming back in the future:)

Listen. I haven't lived in Fayetteville in two years and I seriously consider making the five hour drive to this vet every time one of my dogs needs anything. Dr. Champlin has got to be the best vet in all of America. We miss her and her thoroughness, her compassion, her knowledge, so so much. We have tried so many other vets since moving and all of them fall short. I would move back to Fayetteville just to bring my dogs back here. Sincerely, Buddy, Stuntman Mike, Gozer, and the Edwards

Everyone is very kind and helpful! The vets and staff are truly exceptional and are far better than the previous vet I was seeing. Everytime I end up bringing my pup to them I always leave more than grateful!

All the staff was taking covid precautions and took good care of my cat, and didnt charge me an arm and a leg for a check up, will definitely be returning!

My girlfriend has a 13 year old cat she had to take in when she put her mother in a nursing home. Sadly Scarlett is not good around her 5 year old son, and where we are moving to, we would not be able to keep her anymore. We checked with friends and people we know, and had no luck with anyone willing to take her in. We called every shelter in the area who are understandably overrun as it is, but never received any kind of response back except from one which suggested to put her down. This greatly upset us as we felt like we were letting Scarlett down, and we struggled to accept the best course of action was to euthanize her because we failed to find her a home. I called Animal Medical Clinic in order to get a quote for euthanasia, and spoke to Shane(really hope I am spelling your name correctly, apologize if I'm not). I can not say enough great things about her. She does not know me, but listened to the situation and said she would check around herself and see if she could find a solution. It was very polite of her to offer, but I honestly did not expect to hear anything back, and started trying to plan in my mind when I should call back and make an appointment to put her down. Shane did call back, and had found another amazing lady that would take her in and give her a home. The character and heart that Shane showed is truly overwhelming and I can not put into words how grateful my girlfriend and I are to her for helping us find a solution we could feel good about. Whether it was your love for animals, or the goodness of your heart to help a stranger, Shane, I can not thank you enough for being an amazing person and for what you did for us. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

My vet sent me to the Animal Medical Clinic due to him being unavailable for my extremely ill and suddenly actively dying 11.5 year old Old English Sheepdog. I was so devastated that I couldn't even talk when they answered the phone, but they did not hang up on me, as I was just crying and could only get one word out every 10-15 seconds. They made an immediate spot for Bubbie and I was able to hold him as they helped him comfortably pass, pain free. They were absolutely wonderful to me and Bubbie. They helped me through an absolutely unbearable crisis and they truly showed the highest level of wonderful care and pure human to human compassion. I will never be able to pay them back for helping me through this devastating time. They truly went above and beyond. Thank you Animal Medical Clinic of Fayetteville... I will never forget their compassion and their help that got me through this terrible day (5/18/21). I have no children and Bubbie was like a Son to me. I was devastated to the core and they showed so much compassion and understanding. Thanks again..

As a nurse of humans and very little knowledge of dogs...I get a little more than anxious you could say. They calmed this mom of an 11 year old puppy right down upon our arrival. A friend recommended their establishment and I am so glad I went with her recommendation. I will be switching from prior vet from simply this one experience not a problem!!! Thank you for caring for my puppy love and in turn me. ❤

I have been going here for a couple of years now. I'm not sure what's been going on but their customer service has been going downhill. It's very hit and miss now on getting the great customer service that made me fall in love with this place.

You do not get to visit with the vet. You sit in your car while they look at your dog inside, they come get your check, and they bring your dog back to you. I get the impression they don't care so much anymore.

Very friendly and informative with everything going on with our dogs. We had been under a great deal of stress, but Dr. Champlin put us at ease. Everyone was very kind and helpful. We will be back.

I am giving this vet 5 stars because the whole staff is amazing. They did everything they could to save my beloved Guinea Pig. Definitely have a new vet now :)

Have been using this clinic since 2009.

Recently had a dog who needed in patient treatment. These people have worked so hard during this time of crisis, and I'm very happy that my dog is in the best hands. They've been doing a great job helping him feel better, and hopefully he'll be able to come home soon. As far as regular visits, they've always been attentive to our dogs' health and nails.

This is the best veterinary clinic in NWA . I can not say enough about the staff and doctors .my best friend had gotten serious hurt . I put him in there hands and they were just great . Even though i was a new customer I feel they worked out a great deal on the cost . Thank you again Frank Cama

My dog is really sick and the front desk lady blew me off saying no appt today maybe a drop off tomorrow next available appt is Thursday... then saying hope your dog gets better... sad thing is I use to go to them(just moved back)...I will NEVER go back to them now!
