Our first dog Ozzy has been going to Dr Wallace all of his 8 years. Her and her staff are the best!! We just love Gulley Park Pets Clinic. They're very kind and very attentive and loving to our furry family members. ❤️

All of the people at Gully Park Pets Clinic seem devoted to the health and well being of my two Bichons. They are kind, and seem always to be in a good mood and loving what they do. I recommend them very highly.

We have been going to Gulley Park Pets Clinic for years! We love Dr. Romy and the entire staff! This past Friday, we had the pleasure of working with Dr. Myers for the first time, and she’s a gem! Our cat was attacked, and part of his face was practically missing. Dr. Myers cleaned him up, and sewed his face back together! His face is healing nicely, and looks “put back together” very well. She did such a great job, and loved on him! They always do follow up calls to check on our fur babies! Highly recommend these wonderful people!!

I should’ve written this review back in October when my fiancé had complaints about his experience establishing care for our pets at this clinic. Our dog has unfortunately and suddenly developed new patches of missing hair including a bleeding mass overnight. I contacted the clinic as soon as they opened today and spoke with who I assume was a receptionist. I think her name was Patricia but I honestly cannot remember. She was incredibly unprofessional on the phone and even laughed at the situation. As she was laughing, I told her, “Never mind. We’ll take her somewhere else since you’re being unprofessional.” I hate that we even gave this vet clinic a chance. We moved from out of state and read all the “great” reviews. We should have paid more attention to the negative ratings. Please don’t waste your money at this overpriced, unprofessional, and inadequate clinic. ***UPDATE*** I contacted Stanton Animal Hospital and received the utmost kindness and professionalism over the phone. Their staff was concerned about our dog and immediately booked us an appointment. They even told us to call them back if our dog’s condition worsened before her appointment. That’s the care everyone deserves!

I can't say enough good things about this clinic and the staff! I have brought my labradoodle puppy here since she was 6 weeks old, and genuinely look forward to her appointments! The staff truly makes you feel as though you are a part of their family, and the care you receive from Dr. Wallace/the entire staff is exceptional! Betty and I feel so lucky to be patients at Gulley Park Pets Clinic!

These are wonderful people. The are a great pet clinic but they are also very people oriented. I came to them as a new client and was so impressed with their whole staff. I hope to work with them for my two fur babies for many years to come.

Incredible staff and incredible service. This team of professionals give out top notch care and each member of their team is super nice and very patient. I feel blessed to have each one of you at Gulley Park Vet to take care of dogs.

Our little Yorkie mix was hit by a car. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that he received immediate attention and gave him the best of care. He is still recovering, but I will recommend Gulley Park Pets Clinic to all my friends!

Our experience with Gulley Park started out great. They were professional, responsive, and took the time to really explain everything that was going on. That was until earlier this year when things started going downhill. The staff started to be less professional, more curt, almost to the point of being downright rude. While that happens in a lot of businesses, it still affects the experience and really made me not enjoy my time there. Now, for the big issue. My partner and I moved out of the country, and we took our cats. For this type of move, you have to get international health certificates, shots, etc. We tried to start this process in June for our October move, but Dr. Wallace told us to wait. So we did. When it came time to schedule our appointment for these various procedures, we were told "oh we don't do that anymore". You can imagine our frustration. So we went to another vet, because we had had enough at this point. After meeting with another vet we learned that we waited to long to start the paperwork and shot procedures (per the Dr. Wallace recommendation), and as a result my partner now has to stay in the US for two extra months, we have had to change our plans around entirely, and it's costing us a lot of money. So, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is terrible.

Dr Wallace and staff are the utmost professionals and take excellent care of our fur-babies. I recommend them to all of my friends and family in the area. Dr. Wallace is extremely diligent in her exams and diagnosis of issues. If she isn't sure, she will tell you that and then help you find someone that can get the answers or provide the treatment needed. I have full trust in Dr. Wallace and the staff at GPPC.

Friendly, compassionate, care from knowledgeable vets and my dog likes them. They take the time to discuss her problems and what can be done so that I feel comfortable with the treatment. Also convenient location.

We've been taking our pets to Gulley Park Pets Clinic for 12 years and have always been extremely happy with the care they provide.

Love this place! Everyone here are so good to the pets, as well as the owners. We had a Toy Fox Terrier (Roxy) that would get so nervous to go to our previous vet, her blood pressure would shoot up. Here at Gulley Park, she was actually happy to go! That both said & meant a LOT to us! All of the staff here were so good to her! Unfortunately, at 16 years of age, we had to say goodbye to her this past January. We can't thank everyone at Gulley Park Pets Clinic enough for their care & understanding, nor can we say enough about Dr. Romy Wallace being there for us during a extremely heartbreaking time! We now have another baby girl, Bella (a Chihuahua), as well as Buddy (a Shollie), and we wouldn't have anyone else caring for them! A HUGE thank you to Dr. Romy Wallace & staff for all you have done & continue to do!

4 years ago, I wrote a 5 star review. I have now amended my review today down to 1 star. This change was not the result of one bad day, or sour interaction, but a series of unprofessional, neglectful, and incompetent experiences. I want to write this review to warn existing and potential patients; to save them time, money, and potentially dangerous outcomes. To begin, the staff that I was fond of has since moved on. The replacements have been rude in their customer service. They were very confrontational and brusk about letting my indoor cat's rabies vaccine expire (and while I understand the safety concerns in this, it's quite apparent I was not bringing in rabid cats). There were also several instances of botched bookings. But the worst was when they lied to my face about trying to rebook a scheduled dental cleaning for my two cats. They had scheduled it with the wrong doctor, caught their mistake the week before, pushing the appointment back another week. The day before the new appointment, I received the courtesy phone call reminding me of the surgery. I show up at 7am with my two cats, one of which travels poorly. The staff comes out and says in a condescending manner that she had tried to call me yesterday, and that the doctor wasn't able to make it. I verified my phone number with her on the spot, it was correct, but knew I didn't need to as, again, they had called me the day before reminding me of an appointment that no longer existed. She was insincerely apologetic, and I never received any sort of phone call afterwards even to reschedule, let alone make amends for the error. Every experience I've had with the staff here has been steeped in incompetence and rude behavior. Next, all of the vets here seem bound and determined to push dental cleanings and extractions. While I believe in this for pets and am fortunate enough to afford this level of care, sometimes people cannot. I used to not be able to. But the vets are constantly making cleanings seem like a necessity. Are there situations in which they are? Yes, rotten teeth can become septic. But this is rare, they know this, yet make it seem like this is the inevitable outcome. It's not. It's also standard practice for vets to call you before removing any teeth as each individual extraction is another fee. I requested this and they acted like I had deeply offended them. When you take your car into the shop, you don't let the mechanic just do what they want and then give you the bill. They tell you the issues and you decide what level of service you want/can afford. While I don't believe pets are objects, they certainly are your property and short of life saving measures, vets can't do what they want and foot you the bill afterwards. Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion if they are recommending anything dental. Seems like it's their monetary bread and butter. While I have other issues, I keep exceeding the review character limit, so I close with this. 3 months ago, my partner and I found out we are moving abroad. I told Dr. Wallace this and she assured me to wait till closer to move time for scheduling required vaccines. I saw her several times over the summer for, shock, dental appointments, mentioning where we were going each time, no issues were ever brought to my attention. I call 4 weeks before we leave to schedule vaccines and am met with "we don't do international certifications anymore". Not a word about this new policy was ever given to me as a warning. Needless to say, the new vet we were forced to go to last minute brought to our attention that this process will take a total of about 11 weeks. The time we had, but lost per instructions. The new vet was astounded at the lack of professionalism Gulley showed us. My partner and I will be separated 2 months as he starts work, costing us money to rebook, and scrambling to find living accomodations for 2 extra months as we had ended our lease. All of this because no one took the time to properly do their job and provide correct information to a patient. I trusted Gulley and it cost us big time.

Great vet! I just moved to the area and I had to quickly get my dog in. They got her on the same day and got us what we needed to get her feeling better. Reasonably priced. Everyone was super friendly! They even have the option to do curbside or you could go inside with your pet. The decor inside is also super cute

We love Dr. Romy Wallace and all the vets and staff at Gulley Park Pets Clinic! They take excellent care of all of our fur babies. Appointments are easy to make, and if one of our dogs or cats is sick, they always follow up to check and get us right back in if needed. I highly recommend Gulley Park if you are looking for people who will love and care for your pets as much as you do.

I have a very nervous, elderly dog who absolutely hates going to the vet. The Dr at Gulley spent the first half of the appointment sitting on the floor with her, petting her, and letting her get used to her, something no vet had ever done with us before. My girl stayed calm and even let them trim her nails without fuss, something I've never seen before. This was the best vet experience I could have asked for, I'm never taking her anywhere else again.

My puppy had hurt her knee and could not put weight on the leg. Trip to Gulley. There appointments were full, but said If I could bring her in leave her they would work her in. Shows responsiveness reliabilty. They are always professional.

I have taken all of my pets to Dr. Wallace at Gulley Park Pets Clinic since 2010 when I moved to Fayetteville. She is great with them and very down to earth. All of the staff over the years have also been great--friendly, caring, helpful. I can't express how much I love the care given to my pets here.

My rescue has pretty much been a low-maintenance pup UNTIL he decided to eat the squeaker in his toy. The clinic took care of him and got him back to being a rambunctious, happy dog. NO MORE TOYS WITH SQUEAKERS! Even though Darwin has some anxiety about going in to the vet office, he always leaves with his tail wagging. Super caring sweet staff!

We made an appointment for a dog we were given that is 15 years old. We were checked in on a timely manner, the waiting area and exam room were both very clean. The staff were very friendly and professional and had our blood work, physical exam, rabies shot and prescription suggestions ready in under an hour! The accept the care credit card that we have for the pets and the payment/checkout process was easy. Based on this first experience we highly recommend this clinic!

These people are the friendliest I've met! I trust them completely. I've done everything here from a check up to spaying to making sure my dog was okay after she decided to eat a bag of raisins (????). They're always kind, quick, and they answer my questions even when I call them over the phone! So sweet!!! This is the place to go if you want to be 100% sure your pet is in good hands.

This was my first time to go to Gulley Park Pet Clinic and they were wonderful! Very thorough, took their time in explaining all the tests to me and followed up to see how my pet was doing. I will certainly use them in the future!!!
