Our neighbor, dogs bark all the time. Customers speed down center of our road which is a 15 mile an hour speed limit. Smells terrible. Terrible neighbor.

30 years of service and loyalty. Dr. Bratton makes it a point to be personable and thorough when assisting his animal patients and explaining their needs to their humans. He's never been anything short of excellent, and he's a blessing to our community.

Dr Bratton is great. Have never had an issue and it's always a pleasure taking my dogs there.

Seem as if they would prefer for you to come in so they can see YOU(not the dog) before they can give you a price if you know what I mean ! I’ve had plenty of dogs and have never called a vet and been told “we can’t give you a definite price on a 3 month olds shots until you come in” .. they trying to see if I got money or not so they can over charge me ! But that’s just my opinion go at your own leisure I won’t be going !

I love Dr. Bratton. He cares so much for the animals in a way that not all veterinarians do. I take my two cats there, and I feel like some people don’t treat cats the same way they do dogs. Dr. Bratton is great with them. One of my cats is an angel for appointments, and the other is an absolute devil, but they handle both very well. This man deserves an amazing retirement but I will miss him when that day comes.

We have been having our animals treated for over 25 years with Dr. Bratton and staff. He has treated our animals with the kind of care seldom seen in this fast computer aged money driven world, He and his team treat our pets, as well as educate us on the day to day care they need from us as pet owners, always taking whatever time was needed to be sure WE FULLY UNDERSTAND what care is involved for the best health of the pet. The staff are always are mindful and courteous. The many times we have been there, the waiting area as well as the exam rooms were clean and well organized. Many times the staff came before and after us spraying and wiping with disinfectant, and Odoban disinfectant was the only primary thing I smelled throughout the building. I know this as I use it in my own home pet areas . I have, and will continue to use Bratton Vet Clinic for all my pets medical care. This guy is the real deal if you want professional care and kindness to your pets. If you are a animal lover like us, believe me- they wont get better care, period.

Dr. Bratton is one of those service providers you take for granted until you hear about someone else's veterinarian experience. Bratton and his crew and hands-down the best vet in NWA.

Took my animals to him for years! The place always smells, and there is always a good amount of fur in the patient room. Had a cat with an ear tumor for 2 - 2 1/2 years. Dr. Bratton continually said that it was ear fungus or bacteria. He never did any tests. My cat died at the age of 3. We found out about his ear tumor at our new Vet, Dr. Cyphers, but it was too late. We have another cat that has been puking everyday for well over 5 years. I complained of this every time we came in. He, once again, didn't do any testing and called her bulimic each time. My cat is currently under Dr. Cyphers care at the Family Pet Veterinary Care on Township over nightS due sever kidney issues. No thanks to years of Dr. Bratton's consistent neglect. As of Feb. 2015 (my last visit with him), Dr. Bratton will never see nor touch my animals again. Dr. Cypher's building does not ever smell and always sparkling clean. She is very thorough and empathetic to animals and not afraid to show it. She is about the same price and sometimes cheaper depending on the services.

Dr. Bratton is kind and thoughtful. He really takes time to explain everything and does not charge outrageous prices like most of the vets I have been to. I highly recommend this wonderful clinic!

DEMAND BLOODWORK BEFORE ANY SURGERY THAT REQUIRES ANESTHESIA....no matter what he says and if he won't do it, then take your dog somewhere else because everywhere else will not only do it, but they require it. Don't let Bratton talk you out of it because it will save you money or because he doesn't feel like taking it to the lab. Your pets life depends on it and you are their advocate, not him. Trust me. Don't learn the hard way like we did.

I went to Dr. Bratton based on the excellent reviews I saw about him. He has not disappointed at all! All other reviews on here sum it up perfectly. His staff is very nice. He is very gentle with the animals and is easy to talk to, explaining what he is doing very clearly. One time he was delayed for about 25 minutes as he finished up some important business; he gave me a 30% discount as a result! The night before I had my cats spayed and neutered, he personally called to remind me not to feed or water them before hand. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Bratton.
