My dog got sick, it was urgent and they worked us in to their day with just a couple hours notice. He had to be sedated and they called to ask if that was okay first. We got the medicine we needed plus some herbal supplements. Dr. Cyphers and the staff are all very warm, calm and caring. Perfect place for pet care.

We used the grooming services and Summer is incredible!! She truly cares about your fur baby and asks questions to make sure you will get exactly what you want. Such attention to detail and love for the dogs makes her the perfect groomer for our family.

The best vet and staff I've ever had. Dr. Cyphers is an absolute gem of a veterinarian and she's incredibly knowledgable, warm, calming, and has taken the best care of our dogs for years now. Every one I know who also goes to Family Pets adores this clinic and the people in it. Highly recommend bringing your pets to see them, and go to the groomers attached as well! They have all around amazing service, care, and really go the extra mile for our beloved animals. So thankful for Family Pets.

Way overpriced.. if you accidentally miss an appointment they charge you 50 dollars. I understand it’s inconvenient but 50 dollars is pretty steep it not see my dog at all. I’ve given y’all a lot of my money. This is pretty sad.

So my vet was booked for three days, and my cat was acting very sick. I called here and they got me in the next day. The doctor is kind and informative, and she defiantly knows her stuff. They gave my cat two shots, and he's already looking better. The price we extremely reasonable, and service was prompt. I will be switching all my pets to this facility. Phenomenal business!

We brought our cat, Nori, in to be groomed. She doesn’t handle visits very well. They were able to sedat me her to make it easier on them. They offer several types of trims/shaves at differing lengths. We are very pleased with our groomed pet :) We’ll come back next year for the same thing

This was the first time bringing our beloved cat to this Vet. Unfortunately it was for euthanization. The staff was very gentle and kind and we appreciated their help at a difficult time. Thank you. Highly recommend.

My experience with family pets veterinary is awesome. I being a first time pet owner , I wanted my puppy to be in best hands. Dr Cyphills is amazing and she is really caring and listens patiently about any concerns I have. My puppy used to have yeast issues, she guided me on the food on what to give and as well some medicinal wipes which also helped my puppy get rid of yeast.The groomer , summer did an amazing job in giving my puppy first hair cut. He is all happy after his grooming session.

Can't tell you how many times Family Pets has come through for my family. Truly above and beyond vet care from people who really care about your animals. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Dr. Zach is absolutely amazing! He answered every question we could come up with, I would suggest not taking your pets anywhere else but here! And the entire staff is so nice!

Super disappointed in the grooming care I had here from Courtney. I got a call saying my poodles ear had lots of wax and hair and she though maybe an infection. I told her to clean them really well and I would wait and see rather than be seen immediately. My dog has dark wax that can look pretty gnarly. I get her home and look inside her ears and one is completely dirty still. At this point they're closed so I call in the morning. I figure she thought she was going to show the vet. And then forgot to clean. No biggie. I call and she tries to tell me did clean both but my dog must have an infection because it got dirty so quickly. This was not runny or anything that could happen immediately. It was old wax buildup. She keeps emphasizing the word infection like I'm 2. She said she thinks it’s an infection because there was hair and wax in her ear. Yeah. That seems normal. I hate being gaslit. I will never go there again.

Just moved to Fayetteville a few months ago. We found Family Pets Veterinary has positive reviews on their professionalism. Due to pandemic, we were asked to wait in our car until a staff came to get our dog. We were nervous about how this would play out because our dog always acts difficult when he goes for his vet visit. (I did give them a heads up on this). After a while, Morgan came out to our car. Our dog gave him a soft growl like a warning for Morgan. But, it didn’t deter Morgan instead he confidently took the leash from us and “talking” with his pleasant voice to our dog, telling him to follow him. We were surprised that our dog willingly walked side by side with Morgan into the clinic without putting a fight. Thanks Morgan for making this vet visit a pleasant and satisfactory one.

Dr. Cyphers is the best vet in NWA. She took such good care of my English bulldog and was always available if I called or had additional questions. We recently moved to another state, however I called to get a food and treat recommendation and she called me right back with her expertise. I would highly recommend this office. They are amazing and really care about their patients.

Very professional people who you can tell love animals. I am glad I chose to bring my little Zoey to them. She was having such bad allergies, and the doc knew right away what to give her. Within a couple hours she had completely stopped itching and was back to her normal self.

My dog got into some carpet and his eye has been messed up since. I took him to the vet twice at 100/visit and was told there's nothing in his eye and it's allergies and if it doesn't clear up he will need surgery for his eyelashes! Today I took him to a new vet and his cornea is scratched, infection behind his eye, and a yeast infection in his ear that should have been detected by the previous 2 visits. So now he's got ear wash, pain meds, and 2 eye drops that he needs. I'm confident he will get better now. Do not take your animals to family pets vet. They are incompetent!

We just moved to Fayetteville. Unfortunately one of our cats got sick ( she is doing fine now) but so relieved we found a wonderful Veterinary clinic.

Family Pets Veterinary Care & Acupuncture is the ultimate place to take your fur babies! The staff are incredbily friendly and truly care about the patients. Their hearts are in the right place. It shows that they are in this business because they love animals. I wouldn't take our fur family to anyone besides Dr. Cyphers! If you need grooming, Summer is undoubtedly the best option in town! We love this family & their business so much!
