Excellent care at a reasonable price! Dr Minson is so patient with the animals, and makes sure they are comfortable with him. I can't say enough good things about him. He saved our rabbit's life. We are forever grateful, and have found a vet home for all our future visits.

Awesome experience for us and our bunny! My daughter and I brought her bunny in to see Dr. Minson for a wellness exam. He is absolutely wonderful, nice as can be, very knowledgeable and quite funny ???? His staff are great as well ~ they are helpful and kind and made everything go very smoothly. I highly recommend!

Dr. Zac Coldiron did a great job on my doggos neutering, also fair prices considering the quality of the surgery done! Thank you all! The staff was extremely friendly as well!

I trust these people with my pets 100% hands down. I found them originally because we have a pet cockatiel, and needed to get him checked out. They were very educational about taking care of our cockatiel and not condescending at all. I feel that these people truly care about the animals that they work with. Our cat throws a fit at the vet, and they handle it very professionally. I feel very bad about how my cat acts there, but they at least reassure me that it's good that he doesn't act like that at home. I moved all the way to Norman area and will continue bringing my pets up here because they're wonderful.

Dr. Minson took good care of Major Kira Nerys Bun-bun. He looked at her little hurt paw, trimmed her nails, checked her teeth and gave her a whole physical.

Have always taken good care of my wife's dog thyme and they've known her well before we got her. Does everything from simple nail trims and minor grooming things to dental and emergency surgery. Almost any animal need you have can be met her. Even obscure and exotic ones

I took my chameleon, Pascal, to see Dr. Brad Minson. I had some concerns about one of his front legs due to it looking kind of deformed. Dr Minson looked it over and said that it looked like a previous fracture that had healed. He was very informative about the care of my chameleon and gave me recommendations to keep him healthy. Luckily, my chameleon appears healthy at this time and did not need any additional treatment but if he ever does I know where I will be taking him. The staff was very friendly when I came in and when I left. They even gave me a care sheet on chameleons that also had some common issues that they can have. I would recommend anyone with reptiles to come see Dr. Minson and his wonder staff. Bonus: They gave me a new client goody bag ????

Very bad experience, would NEVER recommend to other guinea pig owners. Careless practice when it comes to small rodents. They do not specialize in guinea pigs and caused much more harm to my guinea pig than if she was untreated. No discussion on initial diagnosis. No pet owner consent when going over treatment. Guinea pig was taken to another room and given medicine without my knowledge or consent. I was NOT involved in the treatment plan and all was done in a different room without me. Medicines prescribed were not discussed by the doctor, was not told on a timeframe for recovery, left with more pain and questions. Called back to get answers to questions and concerns and doctor was not pleasant and kept dodging questions on diagnosis and lack of consent for treatment. Very poor practice. This is the first and only visit I will ever have due to lack of knowledge for guinea pig treatment. Also not told about addition credit card fee until it was already processed. Not a transparent practice. STAY AWAY.

Only place I will bring my animals for care. They also see exotic animals and are extremely fair priced. This is my one and only vet.

Love this place. Very welcoming. The place to go if you have reptiles or exotics. They are also great with the fur babies as well!

In response to the snarky comment, no that wasn't the issue. Each time we went we gladly paid the fee that you charged because it is worth it for the health of our pets. My problem is that you do not know what you are doing when it comes to treating rats. Both times we received basically the same speech. We ended up taking our rat to a different vet who prescribed antibiotics and if we hadn't wasted the time taking him to you and had started the antibiotics earlier he could still be with us. I'm sure that there are many pets you are good at treating. The reviews are one of the reasons we chose you originally. However, between your response on here towards a paying customer and your lack of sympathy for your customers and the fact that your response is pretty much they're old so not much point. I cannot recommend your clinic to any rat owner. I also want to add it would be different if you had reached out in a sincere way to inquire why we were unhappy with your services. At this point I wouldn't recommend your services for any pet. For those who would like to know there is an animal hospital on N. MacArthur and there is one on Memorial Rd. Both are better options and there is an exotic vet on S.E. 89th st that is very good with exotics.

My dog Bucky kept coughing like he was choking on something. I took him in and the staff just ignored my dog and I for over 15 minutes. They told me to "have a seat" with the others but my dog needed serious medical attention. So I left and found a different place nearby that took him immediately. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a medical emergency for one of my cats and had just recently move to the area. I called this vet informing them my cat is throwing up, not eating food, and is showing aggression towards himself and others. When I explained my situation for them they told me I could not come in without an appointment and told me to go elsewhere(which by the way they are labeled as an emergency vet which guess what means they should be able to help with unforeseen events that don’t require an appointment). Now my cat is lucky I did go somewhere else because he needed medical attention immediately and almost died. Oh and the owner will also leave sarcastic and horrible responses to your reviews whenever you could of lost a love one to their understaffed crew.

Their website says they are an emergency vet and will take a pet if it is an emergency. Well I called the other day because my tortoise was having trouble breathing and they turned me away and refused to see her because they were too busy. My pet could of died and they could of cared less. And the receptionist was extremely rude.

Dr Coldiron and his staff have been taking care of my animals since 1995! They are very caring & loving! This is Dr Zac Coldiron with my newest fur baby in 2001!

Today was my first time going to stoneridge and can I say It took me a while to find a vet that sees ferrets! Its quite a drive for me to get there but I was so worth it! Very nice staff super understanding and the vet literally helped save my babies life. I was so nervous and they helped put me at ease. Thank you to the staff for everything you do! Will be going back!
