Kept me informed about Nellie's condition. Good follow-up, too. Nellie received excellent care (and so did I).

I began using Pampered Pets about 9 months ago. My son and family moved to Edmond from the Texas panhandle and I began searching for a high quality, trusted, and loving place for my wonderful GoldenDoodle Blossom to go when we visit. I have found the team at Pampered Pets to be very welcoming and pleased when my girl comes for a stay. They were even responsible enough to keep her Bunny until we arrived this time. I will always use Pampered Pets when I am in Edmond.

Great as always, love the staff, and Dr. Ledger is always kind and knowledgeable! My babies are always taken care of here. I've been going here for a couple years and I will continue to frequent here for all my vet and boarding needs!!

I have taken my new puppy here twice, and they take the stress out of the visit. They let me know everything I need to do to ensure the best health of my sweet Bentley. I highly recommend Pampered Pets. Cindy is so helpful and makes every visit a wonderful experience. I am so happy to have found such an amazing place.

Our household was a client of Pampered Pets for years. Our dogs and cat received the best of care, and their boarding facilities are hands-down, the best I’ve ever seen. My only negative is that two years ago, we had to relocate to Houston, and I couldn’t take them with me. :( I have yet to find a veterinary practice in Houston, that comes anywhere close to Dr Ledger and his team.

What a vetenarian. Dr. Brian Ledger is amazing. We moved here two years ago. I travel so my Golden stays with them when I travel. She loves it. His staff is amazing with my dog and cat. My cat recently got sick. She's 16 years old and he was able to get her back to normal for a 16 year old cat. They treat the pets like their own.

Dr. Ledger squeezed me in at the end of the day, without a previous appointment and as a new client, for a fairly urgent (but easily treatable) medical issue with one of my cats. Eight other clinics that I called, including ones I'd used before, were unable to see her until the next day - understandable, but frustrating. He and his staff were friendly and professional, and my cat got prompt, thorough, and proficient care. And although I certainly would've taken her to an emergency clinic if needed, I'm grateful they saved me the expense. Thank you!

My dog, Biscuit, loves Doctor Ledger (and that says much when she is usually there for shots or ailments). Staff are friendly and efficient. Would reccomend to family and friends.

Dr. Ledger takes excellent care of my cats. Always takes time to talk with you and explain test results, calls to check up on them after appointments if they've been in sick or after dental cleanings. Very nice facility

This is the second time I have boarded my 3 Bulldogs at Pampered Pets. My dogs are high maintenance and I feel like I leave them a book of instructions every time I leave. They have been well taken care of each time and I highly recommend Pampered Pets.

This is the only place where my dog will allow the groomer to touch him. They do a wonderful job, and my dog loves it too! We have been clients there since 2008 and have never had a bad experience.
