Pleasant Pooch Daycare and Boarding Edmond, Oklahoma

We love Pleasant Pooch. We have a mixed breed lab and a crazy Dalmatian who go here for day camp. They match my pups up with other pups based on temperament and activity level. My Dalmatian is still a youngster and needs extra attention, so he gets training during day camp. We’ve been clients for years and just love the staff!

Would highly recommend! Fantastic friendly staff, reasonable prices, very clean, our dogs loved it.

We took our 8 month old Corgi in for 8 days board and train. He is VERY stubborn and we've had zero success with regular training classes. While he didn't come back a perfect angel....he is sooooo much better than what he does. We've continued with the games and training that we were told to do, and a week later he is still better behaved than what he was when we took him in. We highly recommend them and will take Milo back anytime he needs boarded or follow up training.

Whaaaat, Pleasant Pooch trains dogs to walk like humans?!! My six month old Shiba Inus, Gorbi loves this place. We recently had him boarding for a one week training program. With the accomplished commands, it wouldn’t surprise me if they DID teach him to walk like a human! ???? The staff and the trainer, Kristin Higgs are truly professional in their field and I would give this place five stars. Kristin is quick to respond to any inquiries. We will definitely look to Pleasant Pooch for future training and visits!

I enrolled my Aussie in the 15 day board and train program and WOW it was worth every single penny. The team is so professional and honest. He happened to be enrolled when a big ice storm rolled through, preventing 2 days of training so they asked if they could keep him a couple extra days to make up for it. Everyone clearly loves on the pups and my doggo loved it. He's going to sleep for a month straight after all the fun he had! We will be coming back!!

My 4 dogs love their time at Pleasant Pooch! The extra COVID precautions they've taken have made me feel even more comfortable with leaving my dog kids with such a great group of people.

Fantastic time at the Puppy/Basic class. Our instructor, Sarah, was helpful, informative, and obviously a dog lover. It was a positive environment and my dog and I learned a lot. My pup is so much better behaved after our five weeks of lessons. I would absolutely recommend Pleasant Pooch!

My dog Elsa loves it here!! The staff are friendly, accomodating, and the prices are fair. I can't tell you how many times they were able to make room for Elsa when an impromptu work trip popped up. Great place for dog socialization!

my sister works here, I only stopped by to visit. It's awfully loud I don't think I can work there due to all the barking, but my sister says good things about this place.

My dogs love Pleasant Pooch!!! I love that I can bring my own food and I do not get charged extra!! I love that my dogs get group and one on one time and I do not get charged extra. I have two fairly big dogs and I do not get charged extra based on size. The only time I get charged extra is if I need them to bring my pups to my house (love that this is an option) or when I want them to have additional training while being boarded! Sometimes it is hard to get a hold of someone, but if I leave a message someone gets back with me fairly fast, even faster if my call is urgent! Their hours are the best I have found and I am willing to drive 20-30 minutes away from my house just because of how great the care is here! If I lived closer the pups would be in doggy daycare, too.

Awesome... My lil jack russel learned a lot ... He doesn't jump on visitors and learned how to stay, wait, leave it in just one week. The trainer was really sweet.

Everyone at Pleasant Pooch love the dogs like their own. Kristin did an at home training of my dog. It was a split training with a few months between. I couldn’t recommend her more. After the second training, I had to go out of town so I was going to board her near where I live (Texas panhandle). However, my dog was not sure about other dogs. She was hesistant to play. I asked if Ellie could stay there and she not only stayed there but she continued to work with her on training and socialization. What I love about this facility is that the dogs aren’t just stuck in a crate for 22.5 hours a day. They get play time, human contact, and they have rooms to stay in. As for pricing, they charge by the number of dogs not by the size of room or size of dog like many places. I drive 200 miles to bring my dog to Pleasant Pooch.

A great place to leave your dog for daycare or a long weekend away. The staff is kind and work hard to maintain a clean safe environment. They offer dog training as well. We've never had an issue with this facility. I would/do recommend it to all of our friends and family.

We always feel comfortable leaving our dogs at pleasant pooch! We always come home to clean pups that are tired from having so much fun. We have also done training classes with Kristen and they really helped!

Our dog has stayed at Pleasant Pooch for over four years. Wonderful staff, love the doggie suites and they always take great care of our dog. I highly recommend Pleasant Pooch. Their doggie suites, excellent care and staff are the reason we come back time and time again.

We have taken our year old Rhodesian Ridgeback here a few times and they have done a great job. She is sometimes nervous going to new places, but on her 2nd stay here she didn't brace herself at the door and she walked right in with me! …

Kristen and her Pleasant Pooch staff are the best ever!!! They are so wonderful and caring. My dogs are always happy to go and I know they have been well taken care of at doggie day care or if they need to stay the night or weekend.
