I have enjoyed Eastside for 25 years. Love the doctors and staff. Dr Siedenburger is wonderful.

Took my Moms dog for shots. Very nice Dr. Sears helped us. Asked if any concerns.

Always taken great care of my doggos and they have the small town care and feel

This is a great veterinarian office. Dr. Sears and her colleagues are fabulous. Would recommend Eastside to everyone and anyone for your pet needs.

Our lab Buddy had minor surgery at EVH. Dr. Bob and the staff were phenomenal. They took great care of buddy, kept us informed about his procedure, the testing and his recovery. They sent us home with crystal clear instructions for aftercare and even a little bag of treats. We couldn't be more pleased with the care, communication or the value of the service we received.

They are extremely compassionate. Thank you.

I’ve been with this place for years. Have had to request not to see one doctor for being charged $300 for treatment that wasn’t clearly described. They cleaned my cats paw. Not removal if the claw that was hanging out but to CLEAN the paw off that we could have done at home. I’m not sure since that is in our chart now that they are rude and hateful to me or what. They’ve gotten thousands of dollars in my business. We recently had pregnancy care with them for my dachshund and when she went into labor no one would call us back. 3 hours later after a dead puppy the vet just said well that’s what happens. I decided to leave this review after calling today and tolerating yet again another rude encounter of the front desk. I was inquiring about getting the puppies neutered and boarding for them afterwards while we are on vacation. She didn’t have time, she was rude. The office in the background was so loud she couldn’t hear me.literally the only time this lady was decent to me was when I said you know if you don’t have time to give me a quote to have 3 dogs neutered I can just go somewhere else. She said OK! Like it was the best news she’s heard all day. I’m a 7 years customer with multiple animals and surgical procedures through them. Very sad.

Dr.Bob is the best. We had a new puppy appointment and everything went great. Thanks guys.

Very professional office, the vet's listen & help, I am known by name when I call or walk in, sends me notifications for when my animals are due for anything.

I love this place! They are always so nice and are great with all three of my dogs.

They were very warm and considerate of my pets feelings and needs. Batman got bit pretty bad and had festering infection. They were honest about costs and even though we paid upfront, they had a cares credit plan that you have to apply for to get payments with interest. They really were good to us and Batman.

They are an hour away but they are AWESOME FRIENDLY CARING & HE LOVES GOING HERE & I just could ask die anything they cover everything & I appreciate knowing he is in great hands when we have to go on trips or just check ups ... ????????????❤️????????????????❤️????

I’ve been bringing my dog, Otter, here for a year now and they are always so kind and they answer every question! Otter loves coming in!! I moved over thirty minutes away but I refuse to find a new vet because we love this place and the staff!

Very friendly and professional care for you love ones (pets).

I don't like this place because I called to discuss cancellation options for my puppy. The person who answered the phone said the person I needed to speak with was out for the day. But that they would call me on Monday. Never called. A week has passed and still no call. Has customer service really devolved to a point where companies can't pick up the phone and call their customers. I doubt this company will be around much longer. I'll vote with my dollars and spend them with customer focused company who isn't afraid to call their customers.
