I took my parakeet to them and he received very good care. The vet answered all my questions and gave detailed instructions on his care. I was very impressed by their professionalism and plan to continue to go there for all my bird’s needs.

They took care of Brain our Guinea pig like she was their own! Very polite and great bedside manner.

I brought my dog in for physical therapy after she had back surgery. The consultation was very helpful and she even suggested video taping her explain the exercises that I could do at home to help my dog’s progress. This was very helpful so that I would remember exactly how to best help my dog and my husband could see and hear the information as well. She also had enough time to do my dog’s first therapy on the underwater treadmill. I’m so glad we found this hospital. It’s a great asset to our lives!

When our Mo had a bite on his bum that we didn’t notice until it looked horrible, they got us in right away and explained throughly what was happening and what needed to be done.

This was the first appointment for my new puppy. Dr. Barks was very thorough on his exam and vaccines, she answered every question I had. I am so glad I chose Cornerstone Animal Hospital for all my puppy's needs.

I had my fur baby euthanized at Cornerstone. They were tender/loving. Allowed me a few minutes for some last kisses. Hardest thing I've ever done. But they walked me threw it. Thumbs up!

We had an emergency situation with our dog, Grimm. It was almost 6:00 and no vet offices were open. I called and left a message on their emergency line and within 30 minutes Dr Stroud called me back. We discussed what was up and she met us at the office at 7:00. Her kindness, professionalism and care for Grimm were exceptional. We are so thankful for Cornerstone and Dr. Stroud!

As always Dr Stroud took great care of my cat. The vet techs are great and Rachel at the front desk is the best. I appreciate the care you give all my kitty babies!

Dr. Loden and his staff have been our family veterinarian since I moved to Joplin in 1991. They have taken care of seven pets for us through good times checkups & bad times illness & loss. They have always provided excellent care to our pets(1 ferret , 2 cats &4 dogs) & kindness to our family. I have recommended them to friends & family. ????????????Update 8/27/2021 the newest member of our family just went for his first check up, vaccinations & chip implant. He is the 10th pet of ours to be a patient Dr Loden & Dr Conrad have been wonderful for our pets for 30 years!! Rachel is always pleasant and helpful Thank you all.????????????????

My puppy had surgery on Friday and on Saturday morning I thought she pulled some of the stiches. I called the vet's office and in 20 minutes they called back and asked that I meet them up at the office in 20 minutes. Bianca didn't pull the stiches out but it was good piece of mind that I had knowing her doctor came up on a Saturday and saw her.

The staff was really nice. They explained everything in a manner that was understandable without sounding condescending. 5 stars!????

The first time I used them I bring A neighborhood cat . Look to be in bad shape. I was treated like it was my fault everyone was very rude. The girl that works up front was very rude rude. Second and last time treated the same way except it was $51.00 for A vitamin B12 . Outrageous.... Very rude there just down the street but I'll use someone else.

I switched over to this vet a little over a year ago because the care at our old vet was not the way it was when we first got there. We switched over and we’re immediately treated like family. Our dog loves the consistency of the place and employees that work there. It seems we get the same bunch every time we are there. We aren’t having to wait weeks to get in to be seen also! We have been battling some issues with our doggos health, and they get her in almost immediately to see her! We love it there!!

Excellent customer service, and attentive, caring attitude toward our dog who needed emergency care.

I had an emergency with my beagle puppy and the doctor was able to get me in at 2 to get her seen. He wasn't super friendly but he was good to my pup and thorough which is the important thing. Her eating junk costed me 215.00 but I understand it was an emergency visit and I'm not an established client. All in all, good service and quick scheduling. Would definitely recommend.

Dogs seemed to be treated well !!!

I live out of town and work here in Joplin. My dog got sick while I was at work one day and I called around and cornerstone was the only vet that could get her in that day. We got her in and they treated her like their own family! I’ve never experienced a vet with so much love for their job and the dogs they care for. I now make the 55 min commute to cornerstone over the vet I previously used.

They said it would be $180. They then did extra lab tests without asking and ended up charging $496 to tell us our dog had allergies.

Stephanie Stroud is our vet here and she is wonderful. Very professional and knowledgeable. She has taken time to talk to me about anything I have concerns about. She personally calls to let me know how my animals are doing if they are doing a surgery, teeth cleaning, etc. I highly recommend Stephanie Stroud. Also, Rachel at the front desk is very helpful.

Had a problem with one of our two cats while traveling. They were able to fit us in. They treated our pet and made us comfortable in being able to continue on our trip until we can see our home town vet. They were reassuring when we were worried. The staff was helpful and friendly.

So much greatness! I had been calling around trying to find an after hours weekend veterinarian and had no luck. I called cornerstone and the on call vet met me there and she was the nicest person. She put my mind at ease and treated my dog like he was family. My experience was so good that I'm switching my dogs vet over to cornerstone. Thank you so much to Dr Stroud!! I appreciate everything she did for my boy. If you're looking for a great veterinarian, I recommend this place. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! ????
