DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I just got my dog back from getting washed and having her nails trimmed. They DID NOT TELL ME that they cut her nails short and that she was bleeding from one of them. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until we got back home and saw blood all over my floor. When I called them the manager said, “I have been cutting nails for 4yrs and can promise you that I didn’t cut her nails too short. It must have happened when she was exiting the ‘cabin’ we were holding her in before you picked her up.” Only after I repeatedly told her that she was bleeding and it was clearly cut too shot did she then apologize and give me a refund upon request. All they needed to do was give me a heads up that they made a mistake and that she was bleeding. Because they didn’t, I now have to pay $250 to get the seats/carpet steamed and shampooed to HOPEFULLY remove the blood stains that wouldn’t come out with water or product. I will not be returning here and would highly suggest you avoid at all costs as well.

We absolutely love Camp Bow Wow! Our fur-babies enjoy the frequent and varied enhancements offered. Most visits we do not get the extra enhancements and my babies still love going to socialize and play with other dogs. I haven't had a need for boarding but if I ever do I will for sure choose Camp Bow Wow! Their staff and groomers are the absolute best!

We use boarding and grooming here and have never been disappointed! What a wonderful place!!

Can I do more than 5 stars? If so I would. I’ve used this facility in the past to board my Aussie and I was pleased then and I now use their Daycare services. I could not be more please with every interaction with this staff. They’re polite, professional and the care they show for the pups is beyond amazing. As a crazy dog mom whole believes no one and nothing is good enough for her babies Camp Bow Bow has exceeded all my dreams and more importantly the dreams of my pups. Thank you for everything! P.s - be prepared to be addicted to the cameras and plenty of photos of your babies❤️

Loved this place ! Watched my dog on the camera's and it was so neat ! The staff was friendly with her and I will be back

They are so sweet to my dog and my moms dog and my moms dog is a great Pyrenees and can be territorial at times but they handle him like a pro and they get to play with other dogs and run around its quite a treat.

Great place! my 5 dogs love coming to their "school". Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I love that I can make an appointment via their app. The staff are very prompt and most importantly, my dogs love them!

From an employee standpoint. Great place for dogs to go, while you take a short vacation. Three feeding cycles and alot of social time with other dogs. No breed discrimination! Dogs area is rather nice. Different rooms for dogs. Dogs constantly under watch of multiple employees in areas and under nice cameras.

It was a great experience. Sophie answered all of our questions and they took great care with getting our fur babies used to the environment. The initial introduction went well as did their 3 hour play time. We have already booked additional daycare days!

This place is wonderful! They took great care of my precious girl. They were attentive to her for her trial visit to help her adjust! I also had them groom her the following day and they did a great job! Thanks for a great experience from a nervous Nelly fur mom!!

Friendly and professional staff Caring and careful with their charges, including how they introduce new campers to the pack. Highly recommend.

Great services, my dog seems very happy and tired from play when I pick her up. I am impressed with how thorough the interview process is and makes me confident to leave my furbaby in their care.

Melinda is a wonderful groomer. All the people who work there are nice, friendly and professional.

We bring our puppy Rigby here fairly often and the staff always greet her by name! I love that I can reach out and they will provide me an update on how she is doing and send pictures of her having a BLAST! We also love how worn out she is after we pick her up from a day of fun! We get such piece of mind knowing she is having a good time while we do errands or something fun ourselves! We are big fans of sending our pup to camp!

Camp Bow Wow is great. My dog loves day camp. The employees are friendly, kind and helpful.

My pup can be challenging because he has lots of anxiety issues. The staff is always friendly and based on what I see on the webcams, my pupper is doing well there. This is a life saver for me, because no when I have trades over to work on the house, I can send him to camp instead of crating him and dosing him with anti-anxiety drugs. Now, if only I could get him to be reasonably ok with the vet????

**UPDATE a staff member named Morgan reached out to me and told me she reviewed the footage from the day my dog was groomed and apologized. She stated for a dog to go home still dirty was unacceptable and the staff that cleaned my dog was talked with. Morgan was so considerate and thoughtful with my concerns and questions. I will be giving them another chance because I really feel like the staff member that handled my dog that day just wasn’t as thorough as expected there. I really appreciate Morgan reaching out personally to me. Original review: Wasn’t super impressed with my experience. The first time we used the camp was for boarding and my dog came back with an eye infection. We went to the vet to get it handled and needed a prescription. The second time we used the camp was for a bath for our Aussie mix. We had been at the family cabin so understandably our dog was extra dirty. When I got her back she still had spots where her fur still had gunk stuck in it. She smelled better though. I just can’t justify $40 for a mostly done job.

We love staffs friendliness professionalism and love for our dog.

All of the counselors at camp bow wow bentonville treat our sweet boy as if he were one of their own! Not every dog is alike and they make sure they do everything to make sure our dog is comfortable in his surroundings and has the best time when he is there whether that’s for a fun day at camp, enrichment sessions, boarding, etc. We cannot thank camp bow wow bentonville enough for everything they do for our wriggs!!

Absolutely love the costumer service, camera visibility of what my pup is doing, and quality of care at camp bow wow! And all that for a great price!

It's always a joy to come pick Allan up and see how happy he is! Watching him play with the other dogs on the webcams is always fun. I wish there was more for them to do in their yard, but not sure what. Edit: sadly. we have moved from the Area days before this reply from CBW. This reply is most likely from their Corporate office, as just about every at CBW Bentonville knew Allan. CBW is a great and caring place though.

After many months and at least $1500, I’m told out of the blue that my dog is “suspended”. When pressed about why, they said they have multiple notes, details of which were never shared with me and I was not permitted to see. When challenged, they became combative, refused a refund for future visits purchased and couldn’t coherently explain what a 30 day suspension for a dog would achieve. Certainly do not recommend.

We Love Love Love This Place!! Our FurBabies Go Crazy when we pull in to the parking lot!! This place is Amazing and The Staff are the sweetest and most caring group of people! It's fun to watch them on the Camper Cams-They are wiped out when they get home from an Awesome Day of Play with all their Friends-Human and Furry!! Thank You Camp Bow Wow!

We are big fans of taking our little guy here for the day or for boarding. The staff is always incredibly nice, the prices are very realistic and reasonable, and the free app we get to download to check the cameras throughout the day is a perk we love to take advantage of. Highly suggest.

Camp Bow Wow is the best part of my fur-baby's week! He gets to play with friends, rain or shine. The staff are always cheerful and friendly. The prices for a day stay are affordable enough that you should treat your fur-baby to at least one day a week! It's also really nice to give Mommy (and/or Daddy) a break from bath time and let the groomer at Camp Bow Wow pamper your pet on occasion ????

We love camp bow wow! My kiddos have been going for several years. My new pup just started going and she had a blast. The staff is very nice and they take the time to explain everything to you so you feel confident that your pups will be taken care of while at camp. The cabins are huge and my kiddos always come back worn out because they have such a good time playing with the other dogs. Love love love Camp Bow Wow!

Our first visit went very well. Our pup obviously made new friends and must have played hard. Slept well last night.
