The staff here are semi friendly, really depends on the day. There are 2 people I always hope are working when I come in,( can't remember their names, both guy and girl are proficient in aquariums). My complaints are this store is always half stocked (Aquarium area), and getting an employees attention to help you is like walking through a ghost town at times. They're always trying to call someone else to help, except the 2 above, they do everything they can to help then and there. Hope they make some changes soon.

Took my blind senior rescue dog to the groomer for the first time. I was extremely nervous leaving him. The groomer, Tara, went above and beyond with my Leo. She even called me midway through his groom just to let me know how he was doing. Not only was she great with me, but Leo loved her! And he left looking fantastic!

This place is the most overpriced bulls**t I've ever seen. Ridiculously Overpriced every day pet products. I'd go broke if I bought my pet supplies here .

I can get in and out quickly. The store is extremely clean and organized. The prices are sometimes a little higher but I can't always find what I am looking for at the cheaper locations.

The staff was very helpful with finding me just the right brush for my German Shepard. She went as far as asking the groomer which one she preferred, which I really appreciated.

The guy who works with the reptiles and fish is amazing. He knows everything and is very cool! He has helped us anytime we have come in with questions regarding our turtle!

Nice staff Clean store. Easy to find what u wanted. Wish they did more adoptions of animals and less selling of animals.

The supplies are pretty expensive. Food discounted is like $40. The animals are very cute though. Also, if you can't take care of an animal, they have plants you can take care of.

Our rose loves Mikki the groomer. She pays attention to detail and always keeps our little one looking amazing. She is always great at keeping rose calm as well. Love this place.
