My first experience with Crosstown was 16 years ago. A pup I had just adopted was bitten by a snake, and Crosstown were the only people in Guthrie with an emergency vet on staff that summer morning. I was only a teenager then, the pup was my first dog, and Crosstown staff helped me with a process I'd never navigated and helped a very worried Dog Dad with professionalism and the swiftness that situation called for. Thanks to the folks at Crosstown, my beloved Brindle lived 14 healthy and joyful years before passing in 2019. November of 2021 - my family took in a stray that wandered onto our property, and I called Crosstown to schedule a checkup for him. A little less than a week before our new Buddy's checkup, he sustained a bite from another dog in a less than pleasant location, and again, I was forced to make an emergency run to the vet with a freshly adopted pup. When I showed up panicked with an injured animal, the prompt and professional service I'd experienced all those years ago was immediately applied again. They calmed a stressed customer and promptly checked out a sullen pup. While Buddy was a bit of a mess when we got to Crosstown, he is back home sleeping on his favorite couch, and is expected to make a full and healthy recovery. I cannot at all sing my praises for this location and staff enough. For at least the 16 years that I've known of the location, they've clearly been offering the same expert services and extraordinary customer support that any pet parent would be ecstatic to receive. I highly recommend this location to anyone that doesn't have a regular vet in town, or for any new pet parents. Thanks again Crosstown, amazing job.

Amazing place all the way around!

The kindness shown by the employees here will never be forgotten. They sat on the floor with my dog and me and helped us through the toughest day of a dog owner’s life. I recommend them for all of your pet needs!

The vet himself is 10 stars!!! A very caring concerned man when it cones to my animals. However his front office staff. Is ; let's just say if someone evervcomes in between me and my dogs health ever again I will have to file a complaint. I asked to post date a check for not even 5 days, we all are having difficult times right now, so I was TOLD not explained to that she would keep the medications until fully paid. I cannot stress enough how important the health of my dogs are to me. And for someoone to jeopardize that,left me with ill feelings. But if you dismiss one of the front office staff you will have a GREAT experience with someone that puts you're animal's health first & foremost.

Great people and affordable boarding

Dr. Bertrand is one of the best vets that I've taken my dogs to. He listens and answers all my questions, the techs and front desk are awesome as well.
