Mary the vet is wonderful with the animals.You can tell she is vet due to her love for animals.Her price for care is very reasonable.

Not taking new patients . Too bad they don't give the name" Hospital"to somebody who might actually be open , to bring pets to. It is decieving.

Asinine scheduling policies and inflexible vaccine protocol resulting in additional appointments/trips; won’t allow multiple pets (3+) from the same household to schedule appointments back to back on the same day citing policy and “overwhelming covid brain fog” despite stating that my spouse would attend as well to manage pets. Referred to herself as “doing [me]a favor” by even seeing my pets, which no, she’s doing a paid service. Phone rings busy constantly; hard to reach. Practice office dingy and in need of a good cleaning. And it is both condescending and unprofessional to call clients “honey”.

The vet told me not to bring my prescription therapy cat back after his second time there getting his rabies shots.

I have been coming here for years and I am so grateful for the compassion shown to my animals and I am especially grateful for the prices, being a single mother. Thank you Mary for your dedication to the field and for staying true to what it's all about!!!

Horrible vet. Our family had been customers of her father Doc for 3 generations—that man was best vet that ever lived. Unfortunately his daughter now can’t fill his shoes or even be somewhat as good. She is a despicable person who treats people bad, a bully. We took our sick dog there and not once did she provide help, she criticized the breeder. Tried to put blame on us for buying our dog..too late- and vets are not paid to scold people on purchasing dogs.:she is to do her job and help make animals feel better! Oh We got answers and care —from our groomer! The actually disease our dog had was given to us at our groomer for $40 hair cut and excellent care! This vet is a bully and even talks to kids in rude manner. She made my daughter cry when she blamed her for not taking the dog to get surgery. How would we know what is wrong or if it could be fixed there when this vet office don’t answer phones, and literally doesn’t provide any real services like xrays or anything when sick dogs come in. This vet has no clue how to even communicate in a respectful way..nor how to provide appropriate care to pets. Her dad would be ashamed of the way she treats hiS customers. She has no business being around people or animals they way she acts. I found a new vet and will never go back...she just didn’t lose one customer.:she lost a whole family of loyal customers who will never take their animals into her office again. Hopefully one day she will learn how to treat people like her father and her brother does. It’s a shame because her father and her brother both treat people well and with respect...but yet she thinks everyone is beneath her. She needs to remember she is not above anyone, and quit talking the way she does . Just a nasty personality so beware to be treated bad if you go there- it’s not worth it. Other places may be few dollars more- but it’s worth it to be treated with respect and get the help for your pet that you need

We have always had good experiences with Marysville Animal Hospital. We started with Doc years ago and continued with Dr. Mary. Our pets have always been given excellent vet care.

The people there are so friendly and are so loving to your pets and will care for them

The Staff takes good cares for the animals as if they are her own! They are friendly and reasonably priced!

Doctor Mary Smith is wonderful.

Mary just called my mother who has gone there for years and ask her why she didn’t come to her appointment. And that someone else could’ve took that spot. Well Mary from 10-1130 wasn’t a set appointment and we were told to call in ! However Mary didn’t think twice about canceling our so called appointment last week on Sat when we were to be there between 10-1130. My mother isn’t feeling well and forgot about this appointment! The last thing she needed today was to be scolded like a two year old! She lost a loyal customer today!

Mary and her staff took amazing care of our new puppy. Very knowledgeable staff and a great family history in the area.

I think Mary is great and the staff I have great danes and small dogs and she loves them she is great with all my animals and they care I have never had any issues with them as my vet and I will never go anywhere else.

I understand there is a pandemic going on in the world right now, which is exactly what the (2) ladies at the desk sarcastically said to me after informing me that even if it's an emergency and your a client and your pet may have to be put down you must have an appointment! I thought they took walk ins in the evening. They were not at all understanding and were rude. I brought my cat home to keep him comfortable because I had no other choice They gave me the number for a clinic in Buckey Lake but unfortunately I dont drive so that was not an option for me. My cat was a client and received NO help.

No such thing as an emergency here.. Just go somewhere else you'll be happier you did.
