I'm a trucker with an old cat on board. She's sick and probably not going to make it. Called so see if I could get some help and just get a cold "Not accepting new clients." That's it. Nothing for this cat who is in pain.

I will try to sum up my experience, I did trust them until they showed no compassion or interest in treating My Nini, she was a valued family member, now at rest.I have a close friend that spent alot on his Diego,( Wiener Dog).My friend cancelled oral surgery on Diego because of the lack of care when they KNEW there was NO hope, only if you would spend alot of money .

My cat is sick and they were booked and to see her it was a 75 emergency fee due to booked that day. Not after hours just a extra fee to see her. Sad that money rules care.

I love Animal Crackers. They are the best clinic in the area to take your pets for vet care.

I purchased a puppy 8 weeks old with shots dew claws removed and tail docked and had all records from Animal Crackers Veterinary Hospital. I called to make an appintmet the lady was very rude and would not accept my puppy because she changed owners and said all her vaccines would be useless because no other vet is accepting new pets at this time and that's not her fault. I even ask for recommendations on what to do about getting her shots like another place or something she said very rudely "that's not my problem, just don't take her outside." I'm not one to complain and I was very nice to the lady I have just never been treated this bad before at any place of buisness.

My dog has had ongoing issues with allergies and ear infections. The vet that saw her last is no longer working there. My dog has yet another ear infection. I called to see if we could get medication for her. They said no that she needed to be seen; however, we have to wait a week to get her in. In the meantime, our dog is miserable and has terribly swollen ears. While we look for a new vet, we will be making the 45 minute drive back to Reynoldsburg to our old vet that we know cares about our dogs and won't let them suffer!!! Also, if you leave a message for the vet, don't expect a return call.

I was so grateful for the way the staff treated me and my fur baby when it was time to say goodbye. I have a new dog and he loves to go to see the staff. They are kind and professional. I highly recommend the vets at this practice.

My dog hadn’t eaten in a week and didn’t seem to be in good condition to live much longer, we asked to have a vet see her since its an emergency and they said they would not take the dog even if it’s an emergency, then hung up on us.

Before I went to Animal Crackers Veterinary Clinic everyone told me how, "expensive," they were going to be. I have had two visits now and neither time have they overcharged me. In fact all I've been charged was the office visit both times. Yes, their office visit is more that's because they do more in their office visit.

Easy to talk to even when I am nervous talking about my dogs symptoms. Works with you when it comes to being able to afford the bill.

After hitting a beautiful cat I took it into animal crackers to put it down and end it suffering. First off the sense of importance I recieved from the girl at check in was zero. I was a bit frazzled as this wasn't my animal. She ended her call and got me into a room. Where a Dr told me euthanasia was best. So I proceeded with it. I paid for it out of my own pocket and was charged for an emergency visit on top of the euthanasia. Come to find out others have gone in and had the same done only to be charged for euthanasia. I feel ripped off and for a business to have a double standard for billing disturbs me.

If your animal needs their vet because they are sick they make you wait 2 weeks. Lost my cat recently. He would of been cared for better had my vet tried to get us in . Cash may of passed anyway but he suffered. I wont go here again. I need a vet when my fur babies are sick!!

My family had lay our Marilyn to rest. Animal crackers assisted us in her crossing. The stuff was so respectful and courteous. We opted to have her cremated and Bring her home. We received a beautiful card in the mail from the staff and the box her ashes came in was perfect.. along with hair and paw prints. I could not ask for a more better experience in such a horrible time. Thank you to all of the staff!

I absolutely love the staff here. They truly care of the animals and offer many services. My grandmother used to also her cats here. When she passed, I took them in and decided to keep them with the same vet. I ended up so happy, that I've brought mine in too. I have a 6 year old beagle mix and her teeth had tarter build up, looked brown and had some bad breath. They are so clean and white now. Honestly so happy with every service I have gotten. Between the teeth, shots, check ups, and emergency care.

Took our 2 recently adopted cats there tonight. First time being there. Rebekah was awesome, when she checked us in. Dr. Young was very thorough and did everything to make sure we had 2 healthy cats. We loved this place and will continue to go there

Very professional, understanding, affordable, knowledgeable, patient and caring. I feel they don't rush me to get me out the door. They answer all my questions. Interact, pet and make my pets feel welcome and safe. I would recommend Animal Crackers to everyone for a safe, clean, caring staff visit.

Very rude and unprofessional staff! When I called the office the receptionist did not inform me an appointment was needed to be made before the vet would examine my injured feline. After I showed up later in the day the two secretaries found it quite humuorous and decided to laugh both me, and my disabled cat, out of the office. Do NOT recommend!

Over the last two days we took both of our dogs to Animal Cracker for there annual visit and shots. The vet, tech, doctor entered the room and asked if there was anything wrong with the dog. The answer was NO. A short look in the eyes, mouth and hand down the dogs back was the examination on both dogs. Total time from when the doctor entered the room and left the room was "44 SECONDS" and a charge of $30.00 for each dog. Do the math and see how much money per hour this facility is making off of pet owners and animal lovers. It appears Animal Crackers is all about the money and not the well being of our animals. Shame on the owners and management.

Took our two pups in , loved the staff. My complain is that I brought them in for their grooming and shots. They had the shot records so why charge $30 per dog for an examination ??? So I paid $60 that shouldn't have been charged.

Tried to call 5 times and each time it goes to a “time warner voicemail box that is already full and not accepting new messages.” Edited to add: this started as a bad review because I was frustrated that I could not get through and my call was going straight to voicemail. The manager Troy saw my review and immediately reached out to me to let me know the Line was busy. He spoke to the office staff who called and we were able to schedule an appointment. Thank you so much Troy.

Just a terrible place. My dog was experiencing symptoms of heat stroke. She could not breath, stand and would not drink water. We attempted cooling her down with cool towels. It seemed her throat was closing up and barely breathing when we started driving to Zanesville. We called this facility in hopes to come here rather than drive another 30 minutes to a hospital. They informed us that they would not accept her and that they were too busy with appointments. Even though we expressed our serious concern of her not breathing and her tongue was turning blue. Very disappointed with the lack of compassion clearly present at this facility. I’m sure people with would not have minded waiting just a while longer in order to save a dogs life. And I’m sure their Friday night plans could have begun at a slighter later time.

Terrible place. Took my dying dog in there in a rush in emergency. They didn't care. Was an absolute waste of time. Was too busy doing a regular check up on another dog to at my dog. What a miserable place. Will never go back

Thank you for taking good care of Cheeko I couldn't ask for better staff and doctors. He was so scared, and you made him feel good about being there.
