Dr. Vig and the other vet and all the vet techs are GREAT! They took the time to know my dog Gigi and recognize her great qualities. And they did a perfect job. My only feeling is that they charge too much. One finds pet care prohibitive and ends up not being able to care for their pet for things that are very treatable.

I took my dog here and we saw Dr. Vighnesh. He was really nice and great with my dog, and he helped us a lot.

I have been taking my pup here since I got him about 6 years ago and I couldn’t be more pleased with how awesome the staff is. With both my babies being a Pitbull breed, I have had some bad experiences with vet visits but they always welcome them both with a smile and do everything needed to make sure he is healthy. We appreciate this team!!

I was disappointed,when I called that I was told to get a nail trim for my Dog, you have to come in for something else, I have brought her in before with no problem, I have spent over 5,000 on a surgery + ????????

They were able to see my kitten right away after she chewed a Christmas tree wire. Friendly and very professional. Excellent care!

Took my cockapoo in for something obscure. He was just off, but not seemingly unwell. We got our appointment the next morning and the vet worked methodically with me to get to what was causing our dog discomfort. After just two days, he's back to his normal self. Thanks for working with me to come up with a plan to get our pooch healthy and happy again!

This vet and the techs were so helpful and really took the time to find out what has been going on with my sweet kitty after 4 other vets couldnt!

They have a great doctor and staff this is our pets regular physician.

They were excellent. They helped us when we had to make a hard decision with our cat Caesar. Staff was compassionate and very helpful.

My mother brought her dog here to be neutered for an 8:30 AM appointment. She called at 11:30 AM as she was given no information as to how he was doing post-surgery. She was told that her pet "just went into surgery and the veterinarian would call immediately after the surgery to inform her how it went and how he was doing". She called again at approximately 3:10 PM as no information had yet been given and was told that "he just got out of surgery and the veterinarian was in with the next patient and [she] could pick him up at 7:00 PM" at closing. She arrived at 7:00 PM and stated she was there to pick up her dog and the first thing she was told is "X is how much you owe" rather than explaining how he is doing and how the surgery went. So, no veterinarian discussed with her how the surgery went following the operation. Additionally, she inquired about when the results of a test would be in that were collected during the appointment and was told that it would take approximately two days. As it had been a week since our prior visit and a test (ear infection) was performed then as well, she inquired as to the results and was told "I don't see it here: since it's not listed, the results must have been good, otherwise we would have told you". If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This place is an assembly line for money and your pets are the product.

Took my poor snake here who had an infection on his tail. They took him back immediately but wouldn’t tell me anything. After waiting over an hour, I had to wait for another family to come by and barge into their conversation just for them to tell me that my snake would be waiting 5+ hours to be seen. My snake is fine now (thanks to a different veterinarian office) and he’s doing great. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I took my cat in for an eye infection a while back. I got her there as soon as I could which was 9am, not many people were there. I waited in that parking lot at least until 1pm. I tried calling but got no answer, I tried to talk to them but no one would say anything other than “Oh we’re busy.” Then finally a nurse came out and told me that she’d have to stay over night. I thought the infection wasn’t bad bad but they said it was bad so I believed them. I came back the other day to hear that she was in worse condition and that they’d have to remove her eyes. I didn’t go on with the surgery and took her to another vet, they said that she didn’t need her eyes removed and just needed antibiotics. I can’t believe that my cat would have had her eyes removed if I kept her there.

Absolutely incredible. I drive 2 hours to ypsi every time I need to take my cat to the vet because I refuse to go anywhere else. They are just amazing and have always been kind, reliable, and cost effective.

I've taken my pets here since they were babies. I recommend the clinic. They do a good job with surgeries, and putting to sleep. Always professional and they make sure you are okay with whatever is proposed. Pricing is reasonable but still a little high. Especially $35+ a month per pet for fleas x.x

Cat almost died in their care. Took to another vet and was told it was being treated for something that wasn’t even wrong with the cat! Literally almost killed my cat….and all they had to say when I called for like the 88th time was sorry we’ve not answered we’ve been busy. Busy with what? Killing pets?!?!

We were traveling from the west coast and our dog had an infected ear. The Doctor and technician were both very kind and helpful and we got in the day after we called.

They are kind and sensitive and really care about your pet. They get right down on the ground with your animal.

Took my dog in after she broke her leg jumping out of my car. They took her in and when I asked for an update, they blatantly ignored me. It took 20 minutes for me to get someone to come to the door to ask what was going on. It took another half hour before I was able to get her back just so I could find her a clinic who would actually take care of her after they told me she would have to wait two and a half hours to be seen. -10/10 would not go back.

Don’t bring your pets here if you want them to live and get help, anywhere else is better.

So grateful for finding this vet! Evey other place I called had a 3 to 4 week wait. They got me in within 3 days for surgery and everything went smooth! Will definitely be returning

Everyone I spoke with was extremely kind and the service was quick and easy. I like that you have the ability to access your records online through the app. The speed with which I was able to secure an appointment was shocking and much appreciated. I disagree with most of the negative reviews given to this practice, as my experience with them was excellent and gave me no reason to complain.

Dr Dhaliwal is the only vet I trust

Don’t ever take your dog there mine got spayed there and she had a problem during her surgery and she’s got no breathing after that
