This clinic saved my cat's life! He is an older cat with many food allergies. The other local veterinary doctors never suggested an allergy test but rather keep him on daily medication. The cat did not respond well to the medication but trying to find a vet who would take the time to listen and actually solve the cat's medical condition was difficult. So glad that I found this clinic. My cat is now happy, healthy, gaining weight and drug free. Thank you!!!

I was advised, after visiting Synergy with my 15 lb havapoo, that she had a luxating patella, grade IV and needed an operation immediately. The initial visit was blood tests x2, X-rays, seeing a dog orthopedic doctor, and the vet for a final cost of almost $800. Being suspicious of this recommendation I contacted Dr Wellman from Bridgewater. He came highly recommended and I was very pleased by his no nonsense approach. He did one treatment of cold laser therapy and my dog is perfect, it’s been 6 months. He did not agree with Synergy’s diagnosis. The lesson from this is don’t jump into an unnecessary surgery for your fur babies. Some veterinarians jump to surgery immediately. Makes you wonder about the reasoning

Love this vet so much, so reasonable, kind and understanding with all treatment we’ve needed for our dogs. So thankful for them!

OK, where do I start? In 2013 I called Dr. Fung, desperate to find someone who would treat my elderly Pomeranian both traditionally and holistically. They squeezed me in and I never have regretted it. Boy, did she take care of him and the other 7 dogs we have had in that time. We have now lost 4 (including that wondeful older Pom) and she has been there for them and for us, both in life and in the passing of life. We get chiropractic, supplements, medical and good common sense at Synergy. Here's the biggest thing about Dr. Fung, other than that she is agreat person: she is the best instinctive veterinarian I have ever met. Sure, we take blood and urine and imaging but 99 of 100 times the clinical tests only confirm what she told me simply by examining my dog. She will always take the time to explain things to you. And, when hard decisions have to be made, she doesn't back off of giving you her opinion. Having had to put four dogs down in 8 years, I can tell you that having a gifted professional tell you it is the right thing to do serves both the pet and the human (by removing any seed of doubt). I have never hesitated to recommend Synergy / Dr. Fung to anyone who has pets. Call. You will not be sorry.

Staff failed to communicate immunization schedule and was generally unprofessional. The vet and staff were rough with my cats as well.

Doctor Fung & staff are exceptional, can highly recommend! My Cat always got 5 star treatment.

so happy we found this place. everyone is super amazing and dr fung really cares. she'd rather take the time to make sure you consider all your options (even if they are outsider her practice) than to just sell you some snake oil or super expensive procedure. animals' care really is her first priority

Very happy I made the time to call this place. Smaller establishment and that made all of the difference. Firstly, the Vet actually answered the phone and took the time understand my pets condition. Then, she took the time to help me understand her quote structure and after comparing others in the area, this place was by far the best value. They then stayed late to accommodate my schedule and help my pup (same day as call). I was hesitant because I have an aggressive breed dog. However, upon arriving, I was amazed by how well accustomed the staff was to the breed and wasn't shy at all. It only took minutes to calm her nerves for the surgery (removal of cysts). I never thought that my dog could remain so calm without being put under anesthesia. I have since registered my pup with Dr. at this practice and would recommend them to anyone in the area. :) It all started with a call, I know no one does that anymore... But I would encourage you to dial the number, you won't regret it.
