Best groomers we've had to date! Loved the care & compassion they seem to have for the pets that come in as if they're their own!

We have been going here for years. Always have been happy with everything. They seem to be struggling a bit right now. But, they do love my baby!

Took my babies here for the first time and she do a really good job they took to her when they first met her I love the atmosphere she will be my regular groomer for them

This place is amazing! I only take my dog here for his haircut. The pets here basically get a spa day with their haircut. The owner is a retired nurse and she puts nothing but absolute love into grooming her clients pets. I went to pet smart once or twice and my dog hated it there so much. H made me feel like I was going to abandon him. Nothing but crying and shaking from start to finish. The first time I took my dog to All Paws he looked so happy. When I drive him to All Paws now he is so excited and rushes me to the door.

Staff was so sweet and loved on my little guy as soom as we walked through the door, prices were affordable, and they were understanding and and advised me well being a new pup owner!!!

Great little place that’s easy to get to. They had my two dogs finished within 1.5 hours and they looked great! The staff is very friendly, understanding and willing to work with your schedule. I highly recommend this place!

Nothing but great things to say about this place & the staff. Before this place, my Shih tzu/Bichon used to be terrified and shaking every time I took him to get groomed & as I picked him back up. I started taking him here instead and from even the first time he was so happy and calm when I picked him up that he barely even wanted to leave! Now he’s excited to go to the groomer and drags me running up to the door to go in there. What a night & day difference it makes to find a place where they all treat them so wonderfully, play with them a little, and make them feel at home. The owner is the sweetest woman too and you can tell she genuinely loves her clients’ dogs. It’s obvious they genuinely care here and love what they do. I can’t imagine anyone having a negative thing to say!

We bring our dog here roughly once a year and they've always done a great job!!! The staff is always friendly and helpful!!! If you live in the area give them a try!!!

Always good with the kids!

They had my cavalier for almost 6 hours, were only half done after 4.5hrs but hurried after I called. He’s shaggy and his ears look terrible. Won’t be going back.

I've been coming here for a few years now. We adopted a dog that has very bad aggression problems so he would need to be muzzled and held down. Everyone here is so patient and kind, he has actually graduated to not needing a muzzle. He still gets scared, and the groomers will give him space to cool down. I'm in love with this place. They're so supportive and understand dogs need time and compassion to heal. Their prices are great, the front desk lady is incredibly sweet, and the groomers know what they're doing. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone.

I love this place! I only go there to have my dogs nails cut, because its too much work trying to stop a 7lb chihuahua to stay calm for clipping.He's 12 now so I really dont want to STRESS HIM, nevermind me. So the ladys there use the rotor- drammel to file his nails down. We're in and out in less than 15 minutes. I Appreciate the friendly and efficient service we get. I highly recommend this place.

Terrible feeling when you don’t go with your first mind and something bad happens. Every time I take Rhocky to get her hair cut at her new groomer she seems anxious which she never did with her old one. I thought she was just adjusting. I take her in to get a full body trim because her fur was getting wild. And she comes back with a huge gash in her leg. Then the groomer wants to argue with me that it’s my fault because she was matted and that’s why I signed the waiver. She says to me as a nursing student you should understand. My response to her was that as a nurse I don’t plan on cutting my patients. She offers me $10 off and asks me not to “blast her on Facebook” my dog has a huge gash on her leg and all you can worry about is your Facebook reputation? Don’t take your pets to “All Paws” in Ypsilanti. Clearly they care nothing about your pets. She’s still bleeding by the way. They should be shut down!

Nicest nail trimmers in town

Great experience at All Paws, Chewy looked and smelled awesome. Groomers were friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and amazing to our little Chewy! She enjoyed her time there and even made friends with the cat! We are definitely going back. I highly recommend them!

We love this place. We bring our golden doodle in once every few months to shave him down and he always looks so cute!

My shih tzu always walks out looking like a million bucks! And she likes the groomers.

WARNING! THE OWNER OF THIS GROOM SHOP HAS NO SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR PET! The groomer sliced open my dog and played it off as a "little nick." I had to take her to the vet and it cost me 3x the cost of the grooming itself. The vet that I had brought her to had agreed that this was not a small nick. When I told the groomer about this, to try to see if they had any type of grooming insurance for the potential harm they can cause to pets, I was told that it was my fault for not having brought her in more regularly. They also insisted that the cut was covered under the liability form that they had me sign when I started with them. I was given a refund for the cost I paid for them to cut open my pet and a "free grooming," which doesn't come close to covering the damage done. If you are going to be taking a blade to someone's pet, you need to have a sense of responsibility to them and their pet. Be warned, and look somewhere else.

All Paws is amazing! my dog looks great & was so happy when I picked her up! the staff is warm, welcoming, & punctual! Holly was our groomer & she did amazing! we will definitely be returning.

I have a rescue dog that needs special attention. They are so great. Love that place!!

My 2 Cocker Spaniels are done well consistently. My elder dog comes home in one piece not aching from being stretched and moved too much. The cuts are true to standard. Knowledgable friendly staff.

Our dog has been going to All Paws for almost 2 years. His haitcut and nail trim are always perfect and, more importantly, he is happy to visit the salon. I highly recommend All Paws.

I take my dog Copper there on a regular basis and I would highly recommend to other dog owners. Don't listen to bad reviews.
